I namrata biswas writing this letter to consumer court behalf of all 16 people who have registered for pawna lake camping for 31st december 2017 with amit bhadorua and his organization named as mumbai-ranger which work through facebook.
I saw mumbai-ranger advertisement on 27 on harshi lake and i wanted to join it so i call upon [protected] which was given on the site and said contact amit badoria so i called him up that time he said...

I had enrolled and done payment of rs 3600 for 2 seats for kaas on 15-16th september 2017.
Due to heavy rains tour was cancelled by mumbai rangers. This was brought to notice of mr. Amit bhadouria on 27th of september. And he agreed to give refund within 7 days.
Bank account details has already been shared twice with him over skype.

I had booked a trip with this tour company which got cancelled. I was told my refund will be processed within 7 days. Its been 10 days now and no refund has been processed. The owner, amit bhadouria, has been blocking my calls and ignoring my messages. I have repeatedly been asking him to give me some details regarding the same and have not received a satisfactory response....
