Mumbai Traffic Police — echallan - tnccm[protected] for no reason

Hi,

Last week i was Crossing Majiwada Area ( going towards thane station, started from ghodbunder road), under the bridge there was lot of traffic as Traffic police manually control traffic crossing ( People coming from Kalyan/Bhiwandi side road and other traffic coming from Viviana side Service road crosses this common route).

There was no police person to guide the direction hence many 2 wheeler moved towards including me, assuming they are supposed to cross now but then all of sudden traffic police came and stopped and started taking photos of 2 wheelers, none o[censored]s broke any traffic rule and now i see there is eChallan against my vehicle.

Please Drop these charges as these are illegal and unauthorized for below mentioned vehicle number

Vehicle Number - MH05BA7903.
Challan Number - TNCCM[protected]

Reason mentioned in eChallan is "Mandatory traffic Signs not observed" but there is no traffic signal light or yellow line.

Traffic police cant just play with us, i have not broken any traffic rule, it just happens to be i was in first row and all other vehicle including Public bus (TMC) and others were behind but i got trapped in this mess.

Also I observed the way police person started taking pictures arrogantly it was just display of Power in hand which should be used for right purpose, please help me here to get cancel this echallan ( TNCCM[protected] )
