Mumbai Traffic Police — muccm[protected]- challan wrongly issued

Dear sir,
I am the owner of honda activa reg. No. Mh01-dh-9239. I received a message on my mobile on 15th september, 2019 that there is a challan (Muccm[protected]) issued on my scooter for -
1. Without helmet
2. Police manual signal violation

I sincerely request you to check your records as i believe that this challan is wrongly issued. 15th september was a sunday and i was at home the entire day and did not ride my scooter. There is no evidence image that is present for this violation.
I request you to kindly reverse the challan amount as this is wrongly imposed upon me. If you happen to have any evidence kindly forward it to me so i can stand corrected. Requesting you to kindly look into the matter and suggest further action.
