Mumbai Traffic Police — Police constable nitin bharti [ kandivali [-w] cash collect from my son.

I'm mr. mukesh c. trivedi from malad west and my son akshat mukesh trivedi staying with me he is student of c. a.. final. he went one day on his bike i. e. yamaha - mh02 dm 1331 and caught by constable nitin bharti for the signal break up. this issue is happened as on dtd. 25/01/2017 near shanker lane kandivli west and constable got his licence with him and given challan of rs. 200/= then after constable demanding rs. 200/= cash which my son given him at same time. for the same my son request him to give my licence back to me, he replied that you collect it from kandivali r. t. o. office which is near to railway station. my son akshat argued for the cash of rs. 200 /- which he paid to constable but nitin bharti rudely answered i. e.in hindi "mera dimag garam mat kar ja yahase" my son taken challan and return back to home.
As today he said me all story of traffic police i shoked and visit the r. t. o. office at kandivli dtd; 21/02/2017 at 12.15. p. m.
I met the constable and asked for cash collected by him as on that day and he refuse to reply me for the collected of rs. 200 cash and told me leiying and not accepted my complain. all r. t. o. officer and staff roughly arguied with me that y your son paid cash to him directly. it is right i m accept my sons mistake but he don't aware the rules of payments. but here i know that nitin bharti one of the traffic police taken cash and leiying me roughly. after all matter i again paid cash of rs. 200/= and recieved my licence from office.
