Mumbai Traffic Police — Wrong challan and grievance not accepted.

I am Akash Kotadiya, Would like to raise complain against Mumbai traffic police. As they have issued a wrong challan and after reporting a grievance on Mumtrafficapp app service they have rejected saying Vehicle number is correct so the challan is correct.
But I would like so show the image shown in challan was of 2wheeler. Perhaps important thing I want to share is "I have registered & received my new car on 25th November 2020 & Challan is on date 17-Sep-2020 of 2wheeler violation." Then how can they say that "vehicle number is correct so the challan is correct."
The Challan on my vehicle MH47AU6827 of [Violation - Sec 119/177 MVA - Mandatory traffic sign boards not obeyed - Rs 200/-].

I have attached the image below of my challan showing a 2 wheeler, my car, and screenshot of a grievance.

Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my grievances regarding the fine or summons that I received for not wearing a helmet.
Kindly note my Grievances which are,
• For grievance 1, Notice number MUMCM[protected], dated. 23rd Aug, 2021 is does not match with my vehicle registration number MH01DY8657, dated. 26th Nov, 2021 date. Attaching my copy of vehicle registration certificate as a proof of claim.
• For grievance 2, here I want to point out that the images shown in the notice are not of my vehicle, but of a different model and colour. Mine vehicle Model is Activa 6G and shown Access 125 and also colour shown is black and my vehicle colour is Pearl Precious White as per Registration number. Attaching a photo of my vehicle as a proof of your claim.
• For grievance 3, state that the images shown in the notice are of a duplicate plate number that does not belong to me. Request the authorities to verify the authenticity of the plate number and the vehicle owner.
I respect the law and the rules of the road, and I always wear a helmet whenever I ride my two-wheeler. I understand that wearing a helmet is important for my safety and the safety of others. I request you to kindly empathize with my situation and cancel the fine or summons that I received.
I hope that you will consider my grievance and take appropriate action. I appreciate your time and attention.
I also want specify here that I already submitted my grievances on your mahatrafficechallan.gov.in, but till now no reply received.
