Dear sir/ madam.
I have received sms containing 2 e - challan
1. Challan no. Mumcm[protected]. And natrure of violation is driver found two licenses in his name, 2 images were also provided as an evidence, challan is for rs. 500/- dated 24 apr 2020 time 17.44
2. Challan no muccm[protected] and the nature of violation is without side mirror 1 image was also provided as an evidence, challan is for rs. 200/-dated o2 oct 2019 time 17.48
1. The vehicle is seen in both evidences is not mine, though the registration no of number plate is almost same t. My vehicle's registration no is mh 02 bk 0946 and same is appearing in my number plate. But in image it appears as mh 02 bk 946. There is no 0 on the number plate before 946.
2. Difference is that in the image provided, vehicle appears is black in colour, where as my vehicle's colour is l b blue.
3. I do not hold sticker for essential service as appearing in image provided. But my vehicle carries parking sticker of my society where i stay.
4. Front side of my vehicle is covered by plastic cover for rain etc. And both side mirrors are appearing clearly.
5. Violation date and time mentioned on challan mumcm[protected] is 24th april 2020, 17.44, but i have not moved my vehicle on the date and time mentioned in the e-challan.
6. Violation date and time mentioned on challan muccm[protected] is 02nd october 2019 at 17.48, i have not moved my vehicle on the date and time mentioned in the e-challan.
I request you to please look in to the matter and cancel both the e-challans issued.
Also request you to check as early as possible how there are two vehicles bearing the same registration number.
