Munafa Co-operation — Fake and duplicate products | |||||
As i saw a advertisement at FB and i ordered 1) Nike lower and tshirt. 2) Jacket then and there. When these products came to my house they were fake and wrong what i ordered over munafa site. I told to courier guy these are fake and i m not going to pay for this then that guy stated abusing me. I am trying to contact munafa's cust. Care. their number never get connect and by Chance if whenever they receive my call they always disconnect my phone, they talk very rudely. i did a very big mistake by trusting a new online company(munafa.co.in) I am trying since 3rd of september and till now i have written around 7-8 mails and till now i did around 15 calls but no reply from company side. I have order combo 6 color T-shirts size XL, but i recived 3 blue, 3 white T-shirts and size is 5 T-shirts XL and one is L size, please i need to change all the 6 T-shirts
The ordered powerbank of 20000 mah is not working and looks like used before. It do not charge the phone. The switch is not working. All of the powerbank is garbage. Please replace the powerbank or give me my money back. Thank You
