This is the outlet pipe from overhead water tank of Aartham hospital opposite our house. Hospital has been completely negligent of this fact that water overflows leading to wastage and breeding ground for mosqitoes. Please penalize them as it happens regularly. society and surrounding bunglows have brought this to their notice but they have been ignoring it completely. pls take appropriate action and penalize them and provide a resolution.m

Hpcl petrol pump and cng pump are in operation near mansi complex x roads. This is just adjacent to our balaji avenue, gulab park co-op society having more than residential 170 flats. The company had installed cng machinery @ just 10-15 feet distance from our apartment viz.: "d", "e" and "f" blocks of our society. Cng machinery is making too much noise from early morning to late night every day. (Minimum 7 am to 9 pm).
In past, there was a fire accident in this area just near to our block. Firefighters with mr rajesh dastur were present during fire fighting operation. He was surprised seeing cng machinery installed near residential buildings. But no actions were taken by amc at that time.
At present, there are more facilities in operation near cng machinery viz. Car washing, vehicle parking and garage of cycle store etc. They have locked gate of hpcl compound and constructed shed on our common compound wall. How the manager has permitted to close the gate that is not understood. Auda approved plan shows gate and do not show other facilities in patrol pimp area. Cng machinery and car washing facilities are making too much noise disturbing old age parents, students and all others. The machine is being operated by non-hpcl staff and sometimes gas escapes suddenly putting all our members in a dangerous situation.
Requested to stop cng station away from our apartments and stop noise totally and also remove all illegal facilities from these petrol pump area and confirm that hpcl has obtained all permission from amc / auda / collector / gpcb / nhrc and all other relevant govt. Bodies regulating pump operation near the residential area.

I have submitted an application for change of details of occupant ofmy flat on 20.12.2019 to vejalpur nagarpalika office. However when i enquired on today ie 05.02.2020, they told me to contact jodhpur office. It if it is to be done from jodhpur office, it is to be infored at the time of form submission. The staff is not giving reply properly. This is merely harassing the public. When i submitted the application for transfer of name they didn't inform that for change of occupant details another form have to be submitted. For such a small work they are taking a long time and staff are not all customer friendly. The complaint no. Is[protected]-0004.

Waste is always burnt in the daytime near kali gam station, the smoke causes difficulty in breathing. The practice of burning waste is so common in chandkheda and d-cabin region that even something is burnt aside kaligam public garden
It seems that burning waste is a public offense has not been communicated well to the public. I wish that amc take proper action in this regard

Respected sir, in our block there is a tree. The branches are getting inside the balcony. The tree has got some deseased which is spreading to other plants. It needs to be cut. Ifwe get it cut personally the problem of disposing the woods is there. The regular employee s for collecting the waste and kachra doesn't take the.
So please arrange to get it cut.

From long a time. Ahmedabad municipal corporation hasn't come to build a damage and uneven road in our street, road of our street is so bad that accidents are also happened. Kindly look into matter as soon as possible. Also our neighbours are so shameless that they daily through garbage on road. Help us with permanent solution of this problem.

We are totally five hundred families residing in our locality. We are facing a severe problem of growing problems of blockage of drainage for the last 2 months in our locality.

This blockage in drainage causes the problem of bad odour and leads to growth of mosquitoes which may lead to malaria. Small children playing outside the door have already affected by diarrhoea. Sometimes we feel vomiting and nausea.

We have already given many complaints to our local authority for specially look drainage at my house because of blockage start from my house, they are always giving us empty promises and doing nothing. So kindly am requesting you to look into this matter personally. If you do the needful then i shall be very much thankful to you.

I am living in sarvoday -2 near sattadhar cross road, in our society door to door garbage pickup van is not coming regularly and they not coming inside the lane, they just stand at the end of the lane and blows the whistle! Our lane is bit small to enter the van in but the person can come in to the lane and blow the whistle so at lest the residents will know there presence! Please address this problem asap because it creates health issues!

There is an open gutter on service road of odhav ring road bridge to kathwada gidc circle, near newaly constructed petrol pump near makhan misri hotel, nikol.

There is no sign board or anything else. It is dangerous. Kindly repair it.

I live at shaktidhara socity. B/h dinesh chamber. India coloney road. Bapunagar, ahmedabad. There are few mad dogs in our society. One of the dog has beaten so many people here. Our kids dont go out to play, we cannot walk around. We r so scared about these dog's. There are about 2 to 4 dogs nearby.

I live in sun city, south bopal. Here day by day number of stray dogs are increasing. They bark day and night and chase people & snatch things from them. I am 7 months pregnant and yesterday only when coming home from office 4 puppies surrounded me and tried to snatch my bag & i was literally helpless and afraid.

Is the seller responsible to pay the property tax before he sells the building or not? And why you have been ignorant towards such important things? So now you will go to the responsible BUILDER/ Seller, TODAY itself, who did not pay the tax till it was sold? Immediately? So that we can pay the balance tax for the period when we started owning the premises? We are honest responsible citizens of FREE INDIA And we want to pay the tax for the period for which we own the premises but we cannot pay tax for the entire of population of INDIA who do not pay their tax.

Property TAX PAYEMNT:
We purchased three offices one after another from you (deal done sitting in C 617 as addressed above), the offices bearing number C 915 [in the name of Kamal Shah], C 1114 [ IN the name of Bhaumik Shah] and C 1015 [ in the name of Rupal Shah] as the first names. The sellers are shown as Serva Shanti Properties Pvt ltd Addressed at A 114 Siddhi Vinayak Towers, Makarba. And since we purchased everything form you, why are we made to run form pillars to posts for the payment of due tax for the period before we purchased offices? It is not our duty to go here and there and request any Tom, Dick and Harry to beg for the payment of Due tax with interest.
After lot of time post purchased office number C 1114, [ registration date as per papers 03/07/2017] the tax Bill Up to 15 June 2017, that we received and we paid the bill even though the then owner was supposed to pay to the corporation, as we paid upon assurance of yours that it shall be reimbursed by the seller . NOT PAID TO US TILL DATE Which is overdue with interest. The amount was 16937 as per Bill which we paid. So please send that amount to me asap TODAY.
Office NO C 1015 purchased by us 17.10.2018 as per Registration papers BUT we find that the Tax is not paid for the entire of previous period which was at about Rs 35541.00 till AMC property tax Department South west Zone, addressed at Bodakdev sealed many offices in the building, with the red colored notice that the one who touches the seal will be prosecuted. However, I found that the seals were removed by SOMEBODY on the same day without payment of tax the concerned department, and the people / person removing seals are seen clearly in CCTV footage, well maintained by the maintenance department of the building.
WE are unable to pay further tax post we purchased the office/s because any new payment goes towards outstanding tax and interest and we fail to understand as to why the tax is not paid so far as also why the department is not doing anything at all? Why the government money is not paid in time and what the department people who take salaries each month [ which comes to them from hard earned money of INDIAN Citizens], why the department never visit again to check the seals and why total inaction of the department even after removing the seals and why still corporation is inactive even f so much of tax is not paid by the Builders till the buildings were sold.. Who is responsible for the collection of tax and why is it not ensured by the department in-charge the non-payment of such tax by the responsible chairman / secretary / owner of the building construction companies? Wo at the Corporation office is responsible to check if the seal is broken, whether due tax is paid or not? Who has missed to check this and why he / she much not be penalized by the state revenue department of Gujarat Government? Who is allowing to run everything without the payment of tax? Who all are involved in this type of silent system where people can apply CaCO3 to the Government? I am sure without involvement of the person / people at AMC property tax Department, such non-payment of tax with interest and still run the properties, can go on for even for a moment.
I still met people at A Building first floor and met and requested Shri Devangbhai and Setubhai patel, Heavenbhai… number of times to request for the payment of tax but in vain.
So finally, please communicate to me as to when you will pay the tax to the department concerned? OR who is responsible or who will do this?
