Since last 10-12 days we have been observing a bad smell related to chemicals in our prahladnagar area (Green acres), this smell is very similar to what we face in areas near vatva.
We feel that it is some chemical pollution or illegal discharge done from some industry.
Please find the reason behind this and take strict action against the guilty.

I am a permanent resident of 4, shyam pooja_2 society, which is situated on motera stadium road near maruti showroom in motera, i wanted to inform you that there is a school running in our society with the name of honey bees pre school. They have parked the private advertising bicycle on the footpath which is causing a major inconvenience to the pedestrians in our locality. This a pure violation of the rules and regulation of the municipality. We tried to inform the managing authority of the school and even after that nothing has happened. I am providing you the name of the owner of that school and his number so that you can talk to him about this. His name is abhijeet jain: [protected]. I have attached the photographs of the school and the bicycle. This is a request to resolve this matter by removing that bicycle so that there will be no inconvenience for the pedestrians. Kindly look into this matter.

We are not able to live inside our flat due to the bad smell from open grounds opposite to our flats, due to the defecation by people who are dwelling in temporary shelters near by.

Hello sir,

The roads are in very poor condition near radio mirchi tower. The whole road from "shyamal over bridge" till the end at the other end passing through "radio mirchi" and "time of india" press is in very poor condition. Please do the needful for the same.
I have filed many complaints before and they said after monsoons it will be done, but till now no action has taken place over here.
If we compare some good roads like what we have in "judges bunglows" and the roads nr radio mirchi tower. There is a vast difference. Please look into it this time atleast.

Dear sir,

Since renovation of chandlodiya lake to till date we observed following repeat & repeat and increasing every year and day to day problems

- polluted water is stored in lake.
- illegal drainage connections are connected in lake from some society.
- after monsoon terrible bad smell is flowing due to polluted water and it will flowing every time every second till lake will get empty.
- terrible mosquito problem in monsoon and winter season due to polluted water.
- due to terrible bad smell and mosquito problems the citizen feel trouble.
- due to terrible bad smell of polluted water the morning walk getting suffer of citizen.
- due to terrible bad smell of polluted water the people are avoid to move nearby lake during day and night.
- the garbage is floating over the polluted water.
- footpath is covered with cow dung and dog’s potty.
- lake is utilize as a open toilet.
- lots of garbage are going to dump in lake.
- sitting benches are in broken condition.
- no maintenance done yet for any items.
- nuisance people are sitting surrounding the lake up to late night and the citizen get disturb during night hours.
- at some places the decorative railing and supporting wall are broken and it will completely break down in next few months.
- dust bins are required at surrounding footpath and gardens.
- the lake is now become a hell.

Prompt conventional solutions from amc

- remove the floating garbage.
- empty the lake and remove the polluted water.
- illegal drainage connection must be seal permanently.
- decorative railing and supporting wall maintenance.
- every day footpath can be clean by sweeper.
- replace the sitting bench.
- provide the dust bins.
- stop the people to throw the garbage in lake or decide some penalty who going to do this.
- stop the people to utilize lake as a toilet or decide some penalty who going to do this.

Permanent future solution

Instead of spending amc money every year we can go with following permanent future solutions as a single time expenditure.

- fill the lake permanently and provide the sports academy like shreyans foundation and eklavya sports academy so citizen can get extra amenities in this area and shall pay and utilize the facility.
- fill the lake permanently and provide the garden, children park, jogging track etc. With surrounding wall and gate with nominal fees like river front and kankaria lake so citizen can pay and utilise the facility.

Self openiion – i feel we shall go with permanent future solution only

I paid the amount on 07-oct-2017 of above mentioned bill rs. 3415 through online services of website ahmedabadcity.gov.in. My payment reference no. Provided at website (Paynimo) is 332620. The transaction was successful and bank payment reference no.[protected]igacdpbrd5 was generated for further communication. The payment has also been deducted from my sbi account but receipt was not generated through ahmedabad muncipal website portal. Please look in the matter as soon as possible. And solve the issue. Will wait for ur response.

I, bina rajendrakumar shah, having tenament no.[protected]k.

In the year[protected] my tax bill was rs.603/- for 65.24 sq. Meter till[protected].

But in the year[protected] measurement has changed to 82.53 sq. Meter and amc send me bill of rs.1257/-.

I had never build anything more in my flat.

So there is difference in measurement i. E. Original measurement 65.24 sq. Meter - (Less) from[protected].53 sq. Meter= total difference 17.29 sq. Meter.

I would like you to look into this matter seriously, as why should i pay more tax even if i had not extended or build anything more?

Request to revert my measurement & send me correction measurement in my next bill.

I have applied for the name addition of my wife several times all the applications is been attached in this mail, i have submitted written application in the department on 11/08/2017, 1/09/2017, 5/10/2017 and at last i have been told that it will take 15 days more to process the application.

I, mr hasmukh patel stayed at krishnavihar society near uma school nikol naroda road ahmedabad. Since last two days in my society garbage collection vehicles didn't came. Now a day festival season so garbage is too much so kindly give attention and do needful for that. It's whole society problem give regular service in my society also supervise accordingly

There are a lot of eating stalls illegal opened on the land strech from vishwakarma college gate to croma store. They have even put up bamboo fences to cordon off the area. They threaten everyone who parks their cars there and hence people park on the road n congest traffic. I request you to take strict action and remove them from there and not let them set shop again.

We are facing serious issue of gutter line blockages at above address.

We have taken steps to resolve this issue but we are helpless due to blockage of entire gutter line attached to road.

We have facing problem about water since 1year and the water are not coming in pipe line and daily we are going outside taking buket and carry water from other society, if water is coming in pipe line its smelling in water its messy smell like gutter water, plz i humble request you to give solution for us.

Address: ketan jhaveri g -4, premvardhak appts, new vikasruh roda, near dharnidhar cross road paldi ahmedabad 380 007. Just opposite to my appartment entrance 3 rain water drains are installed and potholes have appeared nearby them. I have been filling up the m regularly bur still the holes persists.

Request to resolve the same at the earliest.

There are chanced that the holes may be due to rats in the drainage lines.

Need urgent attaention

Regular sevage problem at santosh sweets, opp supreme tailor, patiya kubernagar.

Santosh sweets owner has not done proper drainage of sevage at his showroom as a result of this we are facing huge health related issues.

Because of this customers are also given sweets of not proper standards.

Request you to kindly send health team to inspect.

The mentioned above subject the problem for residents no 1092. (Kalupur area) regarding drinking waterline is leckage so water supply is very slow down the internal pipeline are very bed condition so you can change the pipe line and resolve the problem

My society dharnidhavilla near sarjan bunglows parshwanath road nava naroda thakarbapa nagar ward water supply with low pressure and irregular having no fix time for supply, the valve man supplying as per his choice though raska supply is comes in nearest society up to shri hari residency but but delaying to supply my society though our society is older about 10 years than this shri hari residency but municipal authority giving priority to the builder choice and support them in their business and ignore the old society which is a serious matter pl solve our problem at an earliest.

My complaint was not solve till 3 days yet and i am suddenly shock by getting the sms from vm-knwlty on today that "your complaint number 1373652 has been resolved. Thanks for calling us" on today at 6:29 pm on 25 september 2017.
This is totally fraud and cheating by amc and contractor had not done repair work yet so this massage i am writing to knowledge your department are doing fraud and money of public is going wasted and if my complain not had been solved in 24 hour i am going to main office with all public surrounding living area to affected from this problem.
