It is to bring it to you in notice that our locality has been suffering the problem of chronically polluted unpleasantly stinky water last for 3 year. Locality complained many time to concerned government organisations regarding this issue. Water supply has been extremely polluted on day to day basis making our lives intolerable. Quite often, water supply is such manner polluted that it smell bad and even we can't use this water in cooking etc. Even appearance is similarly to petrol fuel.

I therefore, on behalf of our locality request you to kindly look into the matter and it will be so nice of you if take necessary strictly steps to restore proper clear water supply on regular basis.

Please note multiple street light is not working near theatre media centre, chenpur jagatpur road, and so many people get accident during night because of light is not working and so many animals like cow and buffalos are moving between the road.

I am dinesh kakani[protected] living in vandematram gota cross road,
I am suffering with road problem. From last 8 years road was not made from vandematram to s. G. Highway.
Vandematram area has 26 society and each society has at least 100 flats and each flat has 3 member at least and most probably everyone travel with same road so mostly 1 lakh people traveling with same road so i humble request to make road so everyone need not suffer. The length road is approx 800 meter only. Let me if you need more details

Sir,
Do not collect complex garbage from our shop's general drums by tampo since last 3 days at satyasurya complex, satadhar char rasta, sola road, ghatlodia, ahmedabad.
Please send vehicle to collect garbage regularly. Tempo comes regularly, but staff do not collect our garbage daily. The drums are overflow and garbage are out side and spread of drums. They arguments and do not collect garbage regularly. Please do something about our promblems as soon as possible

Dear Sir/Ma`am,

The illegally constructed area around shops without any permission. There is no approval from T&CP and AMC. He has covered complex parking area which is against the laws. There is no map approval has been taken from the zonal office. And also he has covered a part of footpath(goverment.road)due to which all people suffer and vehicle passing problem is taking place. Also being a concerned citizen I request you to take action against this illegal construction.

The road from manav mandir to vivekanand chowk (Via memnagar gam, ioc petrol pump) is totally broken since last 2 months and driving on that road without getting back injury has got impossible. It waste our precious time and affects our precious health very much. It also create huge air pollution due to raw dust from broken road. Its became unbearable. So, please clean roads and create new efficient roads (At earliest), which don't break easily by little rain. Otherwise i'll have to write to higher level authorities.

We are leaving in parshwanath township, nava naroda area. Since last one week we are having a bad smell coming from air throughout the entire day and all night. Out children and we also can't sleep with this bad air. It was not so earlier. This we may assuming coming from anil starch mill. Please take necessary action for this bad air and company. I myself not even slept property since last 3 nights. Please take a hard steps against such pollutive mills. I am planning to file a fir or rti for this. Who is responsible for air then?

Your car has not been able to take garbage for 3 months. I do not answer from the day i go to complain in your city civic center. If we turn your taxes on you, then you are punishing us. Let us know what works in your duty. You need more salaries but no one is answering. If i do not give the answer to this problem soon, then i will make this complaint to delhi.

Last 2 years i have problem of our uper floor flat owner bathroom and kitchen water leakage problem. Many time i have inform to owner and society but owner is not ready to repairs this so can you please suggest what is legal action for this. Actually our uper floor owner has renovated his bathroom before 2 years like new tails and bathroom flooring and many more changes in his home at that time to till i have problem of water leakage. Many time i have informed but his told me i have recently expance to renovate my house so now i never expance whatever you have problem. Now after 2 years i have say same problem so his told me now i have not getting same flooring tails and now i don't have money for this. So please suggest what i do for further legal

Dear respected sir,

I am residing at a housing society near sonal cross roads, on opposite of my flat window there is shop name ""popular", shop between rd gas service and west view consumer stores, said name "popular" shop is located on a lane between sonal cross roads to sarjan tower, exact opposite of prit residency (Flats), area gurukul road, memnagar, ahmedabad. Above named shop "popular" is doing wooden
Carving work and they are starting their shop in morning 8.00 am and their shop opened till midnight 11.00 pm. During this full working day they are doing wooden carving through drill machine and making so much noise and it is disturbing our child's study process as well as our routine life. Our small kids can not slip due to this heavy noise in residential area.

I am also hereby want to inform you that said shop "popular" is without running any proper license.

During full day and 365 days a year they are working, even on sunday they are doing their work round the clock from 8.00 am to 11.00pm.

From 8.00am to 11.00pm they are using more than 2 drill machines makes heavy noise in particular area and specially to my flat as my flat is very much near to this shop.

So please look in to matter and arrange to close this shop which is running without any proper license and making much noise pollution in residential area.

I travelled in a lift in pinecrest - godrej garden city ahmedabad which was functional. That was the only lift working which was for sagety. Other two lifts were not working. The lift in which i travlled up to 12th floor was horrible. The lift is like a pessage and very suffocating. I would not know i doubt whether the same lift has passed through all safety norms. What will happen if one to travel upto 22nd floor which is the height of the tower.

This mail refers to the complaint made by me on behalf of my society vide complaint number lgt-[protected] dated :[protected].

Kindly note that i have been calling to the complaint department with my complaint of dis-functioning street lights in our line. There are 2 street lights in our line and both are not in working conditions since
[protected] i had called on the amc complaint number and registered a complaint regarding the same and was been told that the same will be repaired soon. Later on 9th september i once again called to the same number and they told the same thing. On 10th september i called back to know why the complaint is not being resolved and got the answer that the complaint has been forwarded to the isanpur ward on the same day i. E. 8th september 2017 and they are not having any more responsibility to know either the complaint has been resolved or not.in addition to this other members from our line have been calling to the same complaint number since then but they got the response that the complaint has to be logged by personal visit to the isanpur ward office. So by considering all these issues i would like to know from your goodselves that what is the purpose of such complaint numbers??? Who is responsible to track the complaint resolutions??? Who has to be called to make a proper and effective complaint regarding such problems.???

There is a village type feel in our line as there is not light and is getting worst darkened during night hours. There is a house being constructed in our line and has an open access to anybody through the common plot in our society. Before some days there was an incident of a thief tress-passing through that house. We feel afraid to get outside from our houses during night hours.

Yesterday our society members have asked to destroy the street lights as they are not being repaired.

Now i require your answer for this.

I hope i would get the response from your end at the earliest.

There are 2 service roads next to the toll plaza near vaishnodevi circle on sp ring road. Both roads were in good condition before rains. The roads started developing potholes during heavy rains. I was hoping that these potholes will be taken care of in due course of time.
I noticed that the toll road was being repaired considering that prime minister and japanese pm are visiting, but no one cared about repairing the broken roads next to the toll plaza. Workers were aware of it but they did not bother, maybe because they have instructions.
I would like to request appropriate authorities to please intervene and get these service roads repaired at the earliest.

I live in chenpur, ahmedabad. I am frequent traveller towards jagatpur gota road and new ranip. The roads are damaged so badly that stones are coming out of the road and there is lot of dust in the air.

Although, amc has done patches on the pitfalls but those pathes gets distorted by one rainfall or frequent vehicle movement.
Evenings and late evenings the is fog of dust all through the road, due to this itbis difficult to breath properly.

I request amc to get the roads repair asap, as such air pollution is not got for citizens health.

The road from chamunda bridge towards rakhial road should be repaired..
After crossing chamunda bridge and going towards rakhial road, it gets worsen.. Not only road is full of dig and uneven but also there are many cattles on that road too.. After monsoon it became like a lake..
Even after a single mild episode of rain, the road becomes full of water and people get feelings of driving through the lake..
Kindly solve it as soon as possible

Ahmedabad-380008 i am registered complaint at[protected] this number and worker are coming and repaire that but it is on only 3 to 4 days and after street light off many times this situation but not solve this issue so please i am requested for repaire permenant or new connection not temporary repaire...

We are facing street lights problem at last 8 months. Repeating my streetlight problem was not solved in my society under 6month...& last amc lights complain numbers was... 774233 / 1053811 / 1059928 / 1081723 / 1015608 / 192920/ 1123593/1137046/1319984/1334203/774233/... And last complaint is 1348043 at last monday was solve and today was not on all street lights... It is all my complain number and fault was not solve so please... Reply me sir... Plan pass karvaya hai isle hisab se 100% inligal construction society me ho chuka hai... Resident me commercial kar ke road and common plot cover ho chuka hai... So pl inligal construction ko remove karke corporation apni jimmedari nibhaye... Road and common plot...
