I have submitted application for my fathers death certificate on 14th august and done end number of follow ups with nilesh, this is online and should have done it with in 15 minutes as he was not doing anything. He has prepared it on 25th aug and given it to chhitar the other clerk for seal and sign, he asked me to pay the property tax and water tax first then only he will process further. My father never kept any tax pending and they all are aware about the facts, still i have paid the advance tax for 2018-19. Mr chhittar would have given it by putting the seal as this is system generated certificate and do not require signature but he has not given it and kept it with himself, on discussion o[censored]rgency and past instances of signing such certificates by himself, he abused and kept the certificate with himself.in absence of cmo someone should have given the certificate with in 2-days. Still certificate is pending. This is harassment and misuse of government facilities by such government employees. I expect strict action against such useless employees.
