With reference to the above subject, kindly note there are people who have made a mockery of our judicial system. Its an eye opener for all the staff of MCD. Kindly note house number G-4/D, Munirka DDA flats, has taken everyone for a ride. The resident is not at all bothered about the safety of the building. This building was constructed by DDA, way back in 1970's. This is 44 years old building. There are lots of cracks on the building. He is raising a tower from the road (which is a common area). Lot of residents have complained him about the safety of the building and raised their voice against unlawfully grabbing the public land, but they are not moved. What is our authority doing to curb this menace. I believe everyone expects acche din aayenge. I request the department to take an action against the culprits and show them that, dont take law for a ride. It will be an eye opener for others as well, who are thinking of doing the same and grabbing the public land. If there is no action taken, in a weeks time I will file an RTI and move the case upwards to commissioner. Together we all can make some difference to our society...A RESPONSIBLE DELHI CITIZEN

Our country is developing at a fast pace, but basic issues like these are still not taken care of. There are a number of wandering dogs in our colony. They are the main source of danger to the people living here. Neither are they vaccinated, nor are they given proper nutrition, nor are they shelters made for them to live in. Several cases of attacks are being heard these days. One day a child playing in the park is bit, the other day an old lady walking in the street is victimised. Several complaints are being made to the authority concerned, but no action is taken yet. All these dogs continuously bark in the night, sometimes fighting or killing each other. There is no peace at night, only because our government cannot even take care of such small things also. They have become a major threat to everyone. Children are not allowed to play outside for long hours, only so that they are not harmed by these stray dogs. The municipality should make stray dog shelters so that these animals get a place to live in, and the people are also not harmed. There should be checks held in every colony to make sure that there are no dangerous animals wandering here and there. These dogs should also not be killed or harmed, so people should be appointed to make sure that animal cruelty does not take place. Hope action is taken soon. I am a resident of C.R.Park, ward no.190 and like several others residents, I am very distressed by the trouble and discomfort caused by the rampant road digging done by Airtel broadband company.. Which have been left unattended and the rains are making matters worse by the adjoining areas also caving in. We were told that M.C.D has been paid by the Airtel company to relay the roads back to normal, which by the way were perfect before this digging nightmare!! The condition has become so bad that everyday 1-2 cars get damaged and stuck in these deep craters, further causing long jams..especially on the main K block road.. We have tried the councillor but to no help and uninterested, please help.

It is intimate to your authority that I am the owner of house no.4/2736, Behari Colony, Shahdara, Delhi -32. I have got sanctioned a building plan vide letter no. 14/B/SH/S/AE1/D-67 dated 3th feb 2014 from EDMC by depositing their necessary charges for sanctioning of the Bldg. plan amount Rs. 1, 54, 500/- with E.D..M.C on dated 7th Jan 2014. Sir, as soon as I started demolishing my above old house & started reconstruction the above house. Two officer of E.D.M.C Mr. C.S.Tiwari (J.E) & mate Mr. Surinder came to me frequently and demanded Rs. 1, 000, 00 as illegal money that is bribe otherwise they will not allow to reconstruct the old house & said this amount goes upto higher levels. I have said that I have already got sanctioned building plan why should I pay the money. They said this is the practise here otherwise they said they will demolish the building & get the work stop notice. Sir, now I have received two notices & addressed to concerned S.H.O, Farsh Bazaar, Shahdara, Delhi & copy to me, under the signature of A.E(Bldg), Shahdara, East zone, E.D.M.C to get stop the work. Notices are based on false & fabricated grounds stating that unauthorized construction is carried out. Where my construction is on the basis of approved & sanctioned bldg. plan. Correct is that, I have not paid them the illegal amount to Mr. C.S.Tiwari(J.E)& his associates mate Me. Surinder resulting being harassed/torchured/threatened by getting the work stop & issueing baseless notices. On the other hand, the owner/private builder's whose have not even got sanctioned/approved the building plan & constructing their building in with gross violation of norms & doing without sanctioning the plan & executing the building with major unauthorized construction, where is not being checked by their officer's beause builder's have fullfillefd their demand's illegal money. Pvt. Builder's pay to those officer's of E.D.M.C heavy amount for illegal construction. On the other hand I am being bonafide owner having approved sanction building plan depositing legal charges with EDMC. I am being harassed & tortured by these officers of EDMC name C.S.Tiwary(J.E) & mate Surinder. A.E(Bldg.) - 1 shahdara east zone EDMC who has also associating with wrong doing. This is nexus of correct officer's who have as the bonafide people & theft the real culprit by misusing their authority. It is also intimated that such type of corrupt officers giving lost to the Govt I have been so much harassed by the above officer's & are compelled to approach to your higher officer with a request to take immediate action against these officer's so that bonafide/genniun/ owner could be saved from harrasment/torture/threat/compulsion to deliever person..

I am a residence of 4/53 Lodhi Colony New Delhi, this is to bring to your kind notice that the area behind our residence is in a very bad, unhygienic and poor condition. MCD had dug the area around the trees in order to maintain the condition of the trees but the garbage has been left behind. We residents of the same colony are facing huge problems due to the unhygienic conditions causing health problems due to the filth collection behind our houses. Rain is also another problem as the rain water gets collected behind causes of harmful diseases and pets entering the houses. MCD DOG SQUAD, I want to bring to your notice that we are facing problems with the stray dogs in J1 Gupta Colony, Khirki Extn., Near Tikona Park, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi - 110017 despite several complaints to pick up these stray dogs, no action has been taken so far. There are lot of stray dogs which troubles the locals They even keep barking throughout the night resulting in lack of sleep to us. i, Amit Gupta, Residenced of D-294 Nirman VIhar want to state a complaint about the Wild MONKEY gang roaming in our street since morning . there have been 3-4 incidence in our street only with different people at different time period whole day. 1. in morning around 5-6 monkeys came to our first floor. and then come inside our house as well. 2. then after 2 hrs they come again and our maid and driver were stuck with them in our balcony. they toar cloths of our maid and set on her head as well . she was not able to move and was in complete shock for those 10 mins but the time my driver managed to get a stick . 3. then 3rd case was with our neighour . atleast 6-7 monkeys all come on her and snach her bag ans everything, they have bit some more people in nirman vihar. you are kindly requestted to look in the matter immedietely tom itself. my number is [protected] please inform me so that i can come to know the any action has been taken on my complaint.

11.07.2014 Dear Sir I would like to complain that the RCC concrete road was laid in shakti nagar in Delhi - 110007, but due to poor material being used the road the road in front of my house no. 12/4 and other houses 33/1 & 12/5 is wearing out in just 3-4 months of being laid out. I m a resident of 4517 arya pura gali khosla roshnara road, i will like to bring to your notice that the sewer line just outside my house is vey badly jammed. I have complained many time to our local authorities but they do not pay any heed to it.It is very difficult for us to go outside the home. Moreover it has become home for so may mosquitoes and insects and as you know rainy season is arriving it will be lifethreatning.Furthermore it stinks very badly and sometimes the waste burst out of the sewer. I humbly request you to change the sewerline of our street.

I am a Delhi resident at 273 Kohat Enclave Ground floor, Pitampura New Delhi-110034. This residential building was constructed keeping in mind three floors only i.e. Ground, first and Second floor only.

Sir, here I like to bring to your kind notice that the owner of top floor (IInd floor) Mrs Gurmeet Kaur is building a structure on the roof which is illegal and i feel it is dangerous to other building occupants and neighbours as well because the building underneath may not be able to bear the load of expanded structure and collapse.

I would also like to inform you that I have already lodged 2 complaints dated[protected] and[protected] in MCD, Civil Lines Zone and no action has been taken yet.
I request your kind intervention to stop the ongoing construction work at the above address at the earliest.
