Sir,
I am living in Timarpur, Near Mayor House, Lucknow Road and in the area there are many dogs which were created menace in our locality. All the night they shouted on each other event the chowkidar is afraid to go near them. We tried many times to lodge complaint in MCD but all the times there complaint webpage is remain not responsive.

I would appreciate if a dog squad can be send to get rid of these dogs.

I am a resider of SHIVAJI PARK,GALI NO 6,GURGAON(HRY)...its very regretfull to tell you that the water supply here is very poor. in such a scroching summer to be without water is like hell. there is no water for drinking propose even. mostly people have submersible and they do not bother for the supply. but condition with some people is pathetic.... please sir...a humble request ...please look into the matter...and provide water supply ...other wise no option is left other than a petition to be filed..... i hope you will resolve the problem today only...please :( request...

Regarding the garbage .....
The sweeper of our locality comes daily but doestn't picking up the accumulated garbage which increased day by day causes flies all around.
If someone say him to pick up the garbage he always say yes i am coming but he doesn't come..Almost 1 week had gone the garbage increased in a higher quantity....
He always demands money and if given by someone, then he works ,,,,,,,,,,
I reminds you , Its a rainy season and diseases spread quickly. Its harmful for the children .

I shall deemed it a great favour if you take serious action and if possible to come and see how we are managing ourself.

Hope you considered my complaint positively and remedial actions to be taken.

This is to bring to ur kind notice,that from past 6 yrs we are waiting for the justice for the unusual happened to us. The sealing of the ashram chowk shops was d biggest shock to us past 6 years back.. The shops were sealed by DDA, but lately it got in the hands of MCD saying that the property belongs to them. Sir these shops belongs to the time of independence, and are our ancestral shops. Bt we were thrown out of the shops in a minute without taking the second thought. Since then we are going on trials, requesting , every body to open the shops. The mental trauma which we faced n our parents are facing must end now. If something would have to happen then the govt would have informed us earlier or should have provide some aid before. We belong to a democratic india where we have right to say what we want buit to my surprise I feel ashamed that I belong to a india where general people voices are suppressed by the law. If the shops were illegal according to DDA or MCD then where were they 50 years back. If they wanted to do something like this then the govt should have provide economic help to us to establlish new business. But nothing such happened. We are and will face everything alone, the mental trauma, financial crises, regular visit to the courts hearing, regular flow of our savings on the judges. But when we will get the justice. Sir I request you to please help us and look into this matter seriously. I request that our bad times must end now.

Sir, It is stated that for the last 6 months, MCD has started to dump the garbage in front of the gates of the Rishi Apartment and Captain Satish Dahiya Sr.Secondary School and near the side wall of the Dharamkunj Society. Desipte several requests that the dumping of the garbage has not yet been stopped. As a result, there is a possibility of spreading over number of diseases e.g. Dengu, Maleria etc. We have made several requests to the concened authorities but no action is taken to stop the dumping of the garbage. It is to mention that on one hand MCD request to the citizens to keep their surrounding neat and clean on other hand they are dumping garbage in open area which is inviting number of diseases.

IMMEDIATE ACTION SHALL BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED.

Quality of MCD water supply not good
Respected Sir,

We are residing in West Delhi, at street no.1, jagran chowk, t-block, uttam nagar, N.D.-59.

Here, we are facing trouble in MCD water supply, as the quality of MCD water supply is not good.
The quality of water supply is dark black in colour and with a bad smell. It seems that severage water is coming in our residential area.

Please check it out problem at the earliest.

I would like to bring your kind attention towards the worst condition of SwamiNarayan Marg . Construction of this road started in the month of December 2011, but due to MCD Election in 2012 the work was delayed. In this area BJP have won after 15years so probably Congress have shown unruly behaviour towards this road sta, though i am an extreme supporter of congress. After some days monsoon is going to arrive in Delhi so we are surely going to face lot of difficulties . If something is not done immediately then many accident cases may come into the news.

SUB: CLEARING O[censored]SELESS TOILET CONSTRUCTED BY MINISTRY OF REHABILITATION IN 1952
Dear Sir,
We and our family members live in A-Block, Double Storey, Kalkaji, New Delhi - 110019 which was allotted to us by the Ministry of Rehabilitation in 1952. Since these allotted quarters did not have toilets, the MCD had constructed public toilets for the convenience of the residents. Subsequently all owners constructed toilets in their houses and thus the public toilet was rendered useless. These toilets, however, are used by stray passers and also are never cleaned by MCD employees. This is causing serious problem to us as it is breeding ground for mosquitoes and other bacteria, thus causing a serious health hazard. We would also like to mention that these toilets are exactly in front of our Houses and so we are the most affected. The matter was brought to the notice of Chairman, Standing Committee vide our letters dated November 25,1988 & dated April 5, 1999, Shri Subhash Chopra, Hon’ble MLA on July 12, 1999, Shri Jagmohan, the then Hon’ble Minister for Urban Development dated August 16, 2000. Shri Jagmohan marked the letter to Shri V.P. Sharma, Dy.Land & Development Officer, Ministry o[censored]rban Development & Poverty Alleviation (Land & Development Office), Nirman Bhawan, New Delhi. Shri V.P. Sharma, Dy. Land & Development Officer, Nirman Bhawan, New Delhi marked the letter vide reference to letter no. 24 (352)/2000-CDN dated 11.9.2000 to The Commissioner, MCD, Town Hall, New Delhi alongwith covering letter dated 11/9/2000, copy marked to us. The Commissioner, MCD marked a copy of the letter to Additional Commissioner (Health) vide Dairy No. 1433 Dated 11/10/2000. Additional Commissioner (Health) marked the copy to Deputy Commissioner (Central), Lajpat Nagar vide Dairy No. 1774 Dated 12/10/2000. Deputy Commissioner (Central) marked the copy to Executive Engineer (CSE), Shri Ranbir Singh vide dairy no. 11674 Dated 17/10/2000. Executive Engineer (CSE) marked the copy to Assistant Engineer (CSE), Shri Brijesh. Assistant Engineer (CSE) marked the copy to Junior Engineer (CSE) and Junior Engineer (CSE) marked the copy to Sanitary Suptt., Shri Rishal Singh. Shri Rishal Singh sent two persons from Kalkaji for inspection who inspected the site and also admitted that the toilets are in a bad condition, so it could be demolished. The file alongwith remarks returned to Shri Rishal Singh, Sanitary Suptt. who has returned the file to Shri Brijesh, Assistant Engineer (CSE).
A complaint was filed in PGC vide Grievance Number - [protected] dated 25/05/2010. During the course of 2 years, lots of communications were made in PGC between MCD and PGC. On[protected], Assistant Engineer-II & III, Div. M-II, Central Zone, MCD has submitted the reply in PGC vide PGC (Order / File No.PGC/2010/MCD/106) dated 19.12.2011stating therein that:-
“It is submitted that after receiving the requisition by the DEMS department and allocation the budget by the E-in-C estimate has been framed and sanctioned by the competent authority. For the same tender were called and received. The proposal has ben concurred by the finance. The rate and agency has been approved by the competent authority. Work order has been issued vide no. EE (M-Central-II) EE Br.-I/SYS/2011-12/199 dated 19.12.2011, the work is expected to be stated within 10 days” (copy enclosed).
When no action has been taken against the above mentioned reply given in PGC on 19.12.2011 by the representatives of MCD, contempt of PGC order filed in PGC vide Grievance No. [protected] dated 31/01/2012 and Grievance No. [protected] dated 27/02/2012. The contents are as under:
“It is humbly submitted that the work of demolition / removal o[censored]nwanted abandoned toilets constructed by MCD in A-Block, Double Storey, Kalkaji, New Delhi, was to be started by the contractor of MCD within 10 days from order of PGC (Order / File No.PGC/2010/MCD/106) dated 19.12.2011 (copy enclosed).
However, no demolition work has started till date which is clearly contempt of order dated 19.12.2011.
It is therefore humbly requested that necessary action may kindly be initiated against the responsible representatives of MCD / DEMS”.
Against the above mentioned contempt, the engineering department of MCD has given reply which is as under:
“The work order for C o office of sanitary inspector in place of old lavatory block has already been issued. The work is held up due to resistance created by the local residents of the area”.
The local residents of the area has given representation that these toilets are the property of L&DO that is why MCD cannot demolish.
After that the representatives of L&DO department was called for the next hearing fixed on 4.6.2012 in PGC where the reply submitted by Dy. Land and Development Officer (II) stating therein that:-
“A block (double storey, Kalkaji, New Delhi is a `C’ type rehabilitation colony where toilet block were constructed in corner. These toilet blocks were commonly leased out to 104 lessee for their common use. Therefore, this office cannot grant permission for its demolition” (copy enclosed).
After the above mentioned reply filed by officer of Dy. Land and Development (II), the case stands closed in the commission.
It is added that the file and papers are moving from pillar to post but no action has taken during the last 12 years inspite of regular pursuation with PGC and the concerned local authorities.
It is, therefore, requested that necessary instructions make please be given to concerned local authorities for removal o[censored]nwanted abandoned toilets in front of our houses to mitigate our health hazards.

Respectfully I Beg to say that the main road of KRISHAN KUNJ COLONY,LAXMI NAGAR,DELHI-92 (MCD WARD-221) is a approach road from Laxmi Nagar Main Market to Pusta Bandh Geeta Colony,SDM Office and P.S Shakarpur. But sorry to say that the Road and Footpath of M.C.D .Primary School, Krishan Kunj Colony, footpath in front of BSES transformers and Krishna Park of MCD,KRISHAN Kunj EXT,Part-I,Delhi-92 is encroached by Three Building Material Suppliers (Shop-Keeper Namely Sh. Pawan Sharma,Satpal Sardar ji,Vimal Jain) and now they store Bricks,Reta,Badarpur,Concrete on the Road it self.
As the Building materials are being dumped with impunity passage of Road and footpath and illegal encroachment by Thela Rickshas and damaged Pulled Ricksha has been shrunk creating great in convenience to the traffic to pass through easily due to narrow road most of the time traffic gets clogged which causes noise and air pollution and no option for the pedestrians to walk on road at the risk of their lives even during the rush hours often passersby specially students and women are looked trapped in the situation
This just beginning of this illegal building materials suppliers activities and an action to romove this encroachment need to be taken
we are surprising that MCD OFFICER and BEAT CONSTABLE OF P.S.Shakarpur also share the same place when they relax as they also sit alongwith these illegal vendors
Sir, It is pity that our Executory is not doing their jobs properly resulting in so much of problem in general and later on with judiciary,with so much cases coming up to them because Executory fails to do their job properly

Subject- Complaint about unauthorised construction at 38 Vidya Apartment

The residents of 38 Vidya Apartment Opposite Jwalapuri No. 5 are doing unauthorised construction in the said property more particularly from the Shaft side portion . They want to illegally extent one of their rooms in the Shaft portion. They have already demolished the wall towards the shaft portion and has thrown debris / dust etc on the ground floor.

We the resident of Ground Floor 36 Vidya Apartment when objected to the designs of the illegal construction of 38 Vidya Apartment, they scolded , abused and threatened us. There act is causing extreme inconvenience and harassment.

You are humbly requested to get the above unauthorised work stopped immediately. More details will be provided later on.

At Nizammudin Railway Station 2 wheeler parking(sarai kale khan Side), I had to pay more than what it was written on the parking receipt.
In the parking receipt, it was written: " Rs 10 per entry for 10 hours and after 10 hours Rs 20". But for 26 hours the MCD authorized personnel charged me Rs 30 saying that "It is Rs 10 for every 10 hours". I refused to pay it then they were fighting with me and so at last I had to pay Rs30 as I was helpless there, against approx 4-5 persons.
I am hoping a strict action against them.

but here they have not implemented the complaint system for East Delhi area.

It is brought to the notice that a unauthorised construction is in progress on khasara no. 52/2 near Ambedkar park in village pehlad pur Banger Delhi-110042 by Mr. Devender Kaushik S/o Sh. Chander Bhan Kaushik in the shape of oil factory . And he had also excavated road infront of his factory and laid a sewer line and a water pipe line on government land which have become leaked and affected the phirni road of village pehlad pur which was earlier constructed by M-IV division of M.C.D rohini zone . He has excavated 3 big wells for filling of oil .it is very close to residential area so may cause serious accident in case of fire.I have made a complaint to D.C rohini and to S.E bldg. H.Q but all in vain A demolition squad of M.C.D have reached there but after taking bribe they gone back. It is a serious unauthorised construction on which no one is giving attention. I request you to take action on this . this U/C have completed upto 2nd floor.no action till date have been taken be M.C.D as per D.M.C act.

It's been years after years since hearing that MCD is going to fix the Shyam Vihar roads, but no work has been done so far.
Atleast the main market road connecting Dwarka Metro Station (pachees (25) foot road) and the High Extension road (on which Mishri Devi School is) should be made as quickly as possible.
The rainy season is soon coming, and with this state of the road we are risking so many things.
There are numerous Mishri Devi school buses running on the high tension road which appears to fall any time. The road is in real bad shape. And with no sanitation in place, we have heavy water logs, diseases, traffic, accidents, etc etc.
The only good thing there is the Metro for connecting to the outer world, but the road to Dwarka main metro station is pathetic. Its just ~1.5 kilometers of strech, but it takes almost 20 mins. We have heard that the tender is passed, etc etc, but nothing has been happening.

We request MCD to atleast fix these two roads (pachees (25) foota kakrola road commecting metro station AND high tension road going pass Mishri Devi school) AND build sanitation across the Shyam Vihar colonies.

We are really very worried about this, any development would really be appreciated.

Dear Sir,
The service road on the side of outer ring road from District centre, Janakpuri to Anand Kunj residential societyin Vikaspuri is not cleaned regularly and is full of debris and garbage. We have brought this to the notice of the newly elected Municipal Counceller of Ward No.123 orally on phone and his reply was that it is not the responsibility of MCD for removal of debris. Removal of garbage, debris and regular cleaning of the service road comes under MCD which was being done hitherto. I reques that concernd authorities may kindly take suitable timely action to keep the area around our socieety premises neat and clean. your early action will be highly appreciated.

I would like to bring to your notice that we are facing severe stray dogs menace in our street which makes it very difficult to take a step out from our houses. They always spoil the whole street by doing /spread garbage everywhere even at the entrance of our house. I come late night from my office and I have seen and faced this situation where these dogs bark on us and come closer to the motor bike rider to bite them, the biker may lose their concentration from the road which becomes a cause of serious casualty. Generally, these dogs you can see lying on the roads and they make their victim all the people who pass by them. They have even bitten young children and our kids are not safe due to them. Also their loud and strange noises during the night are a major disturbance to the people. Please help us to get rid of this stray dog menace and take immediate action by sending MCD Dog Squad to catch them. My residential address is as under:
