I am rahesh from NIT Faridabad (Parvatiya Colony, Near Bal kalyan School) Haryana. Our problem is regarding to bad water supply in my area from last 6 month. In this concern i had approached to finance minister of haryana Pandit Shiv charan lal sharma and told them about our problem briefly but their responce was not good and they told us that "it is a goverment work and it will take time " even MCD emplyees told us that it is a major problem and take time but still no action is taken from any side we are suffering from bad water supply and for alternate we are purchasing water from water supplier whose rates are increasing day by day because they know the bad water problem in this area and charging higher then the normal price. It become too dificult to live with such options where govt. denying to sort out your problem.
we are badly suffering from this problem. Now our all hopes are vanished.

this letter aims to draw your attention about main (nala) road of Block-H Ganga Vihar which has been cut near Gokal village ,resulting thousand people of Ganga Vihar,Johari Pur as well as Bhagrithi Vihar are Facing Taffic Jam.MCD has destroyed a Main Road without giving any substitute road.I urge the concerned authorities on the behalf to construct the road soon and till then a substitute road Must be given to residents of the Ganga Vihar, Johari Pur as well as Bhagrithi Vihar

IS FACING VARIOUS PROBLEMS OF SANITATION AND CLEANING AND PROPER DRAINAGE.
NEITHER IN THE NEWLY FORMED GOVERNMENT NOR THE STAFF IS LISTENING TO THE PROBLEMS OF RESIDENTS OF AREA.

THE PROBLEMS IN OUR AREA WHICH ARE AS FOLLOWS AS I HAVE ALREADY MENTIONED IT EARLIER


1.SANITATION AND DRAINS CLEANING
2.HEAVY WATER LOGGING ON THE KARDAM MARG( from Guru Harkishan Public School to c 12 yamuna vihar pulia)
3. ABSENTISM AND CARELESSNESS OF MCD SAFAI KARAMCHARI
4.NOT ANY ARRANGEMENT OF GARBAGE DISPOSALS
5.NO PROPER DRAINAGE SYSTEMS
6. LAST BUT NOT THE LEAST , MR JAISWAL'S NON PERFORMANCE REGARDING OUR AREA


BUT DESPITE BEING SEVERAL COMPLAINTS MADE TO VARIOUS CONCERNED OFFICIALS IN MCD FROM TIME TO TIME.ITS BEING SEEN THAT NEITHER NEWLY FORMED MCD GOVENMENT NOR MS CHANDA SHARMA-THE COUNCILOR IS SERIOUS ABOUT TAKING THE RELEVANT ACTIONABLE STEPS ON THE ABOVE SAID COMPLAINTS AND THE PROBLEMS PERSISTS AS SAME AS IT WAS EARLIER.

MAIN ROAD(KARDAM MARG) ALWAYS WATER LOGGED AND IS IN DISASTROUS CONDITION.

THERE ARE ALSO NO ARRANGEMENT OF DUSTBINS IN OUR AREA FOR GARBAGE DISPOSAL.

THE WORKERS ARE NOT CONTINUOUSLY ABSENT FROM THEIR DUTIES SINCE THE MCD ELECTION ARE OVER.AND WHEN THEY COME TO DUTY SOMETIMES THEY ARE NOT WORKING PROPERLY. THIS SHOWS THEIR CARELESSNESS.

SEWERS BEING EMPLOYED FOR DRAINAGE WHEREAS ALL THE SURROUNDING AREAS AROUND KARDAMPURI LIKE WEST JYOTI NAGAR HAVE THE FACILITY OF SEWERS.

I WOULD HEREBY LIKE TO ASK SOME QUESTIONS TO THE MCD GOVERNMENT THAT......................................

1.WHY THE EMPLOYEES OF MCD BECOME SO FEARLESS AND SHAMELESS THAT DESPITE VARIOUS COMPLAINTS BEING LODGED THEY ARE NOT READY TO PERFORM THEIR DUTIES?

2. WHY THE PROPER ATTENTION IS GIVEN TO OLD KARDAMPURI VILLAGE AS COMPARED TO WEST JYOTI NAGAR AREA?

THEREFORE I WOULD LIKE TO DRAW THE KIND ATTENTION OF MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF DELHI TOWARDS THE NON DEVELOPMENT OF AREA AND ALSO TOWARDS IRRESPONSIBLE MCD STAFF.

HOPING FOR THE KIND CONSIDERATION AND RELEVANT ACTION TOWARDS THE COMPLAINTS.

ITS MORE THAN ONE MONTH THE ROAD WORK IS NOT STARTED DUE TO THE BAD CONDITION OF THE WORK I M NOT ABLE TO EVEN WALK OR PASS THROUGH THE LINE ITS VERY RISKY.. DAILY I HAVE TO PARK MY CAR AT PATEL NAGAR METRO STATION, HOW MUCH I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW TO START THE WORK.

ESPECIALLY IN NIGHT ITS VERY DANGEROUS AND UNSAFE.

sri nagar , shakur basti , delhi -110034 is our locality . in our locality some builders built building which is illegal construction work. one of them builders rajender panu and mukesh sharma both are partners built many of illegal buildings in our locality. many time i am complaint for this illegal construction to our local JE and our councellor of ward 62- rampura but the dont give any response to me because they all are part of this illegal construction. latest both of builder built their building whom address is mentioned below.
1) wz-447 street no. 1 drum market, srii nagar, shakur basti delhi - 110034
2) wz-598 street no. 1 near rejoice pastry parlour, sri nagar, shakur basti , delhi-110034
please take a stric action toward them.

I am a resident of Sec 31, Gurgaon wants to divert your kind attention towards the terror of monkeys in the society, they have made the life hell, we can't even stand in the roofs or lobbies,children can't play in open area. They destroy all the flower vases and other useable stuff and even the water tanks at top floors. They even snatch the food items from public in the market area and destroy. Please take the necessary actions to stop this horrible actions.

hi i am SUSHIL i live in F1/319, SULTAN PURI, DELHI-110086 from the last week we are getting water from mcd which contains very foul smell and dirty particles this is my request rather solve this problem or tell water ministry to come to my home and drink such anice water supplied by them mcd give water bill at time but no one is there to listen our problem this is very disgustin this is not my problem.this is problem of my block small kids getting stomach infection pls try to make this problem rectify as soon as possible

We are residence of MCD Flat at banglow road under civil line zone. Lots of tree are coming out of wall. You are requested to do the needful and cut these trees on urgent basis, as these become dangerous to the flat also.

Current year Tax: Rs. 2412
Total Rebate : Rs. 976 ( 30% of 2412 = Rs.723)+ Rs. 253 (lumpsum payment before 30th June)
Tax Payable : Rs. 1436 15% of Rs.[protected]
The software has not been programmed/updated accounting for "Helping Hand" announcement dated 23rd May,2004 ( Times of India, Delhi) according to which " the Tax increase is capped at 2.5 times the Tax under rateable value to avoid hardship to Senior citizens, and other economically weaker sections.”
Tax under rateable value was Rs. 400 prior to 2003-04 and thus tax increase under Unit area method shall be capped at Rs. 1000 and Tax payable under unit area method works out to Rs.400+ increase capped at Rs.1000 = Rs. 1400

Thus, Tax due is Rs. 1190 and not Rs. 1436 as per challan for payment before 30th June 2012.

NORMAL CHARGES FOR A CAR PARKING UPTO 12 HRS ARE Rs.10/- as fixed by Mcd.

but attendants there at karol bagh parking charges forcefully up to Rs 100/- if it is beyond one hr.

on refusing they warns of dare consequences like -how will u take ur vehicle out?

all attendants gathers there within a few minutes.on arguing of legal charges they plea like that all money is not going into theirs pockets.illegal amounts are paid to authorities in advance.

Issue : Over charging for car parking
Time 9:30 pm IN -11:40 pm OUT
Date:18th April 2012.

I wish to bring to your kind attention that the attendant at the above mentioned parking lot has been asking for twice the tariff than mentioned in the parking slip. When asked to produce a supporting document , he refused by saying " 10 bajee ke baad itna hi hai.". Also, while leaving the place he suggested " Dobara mat aa jaana yahan galti se".

Why is it that the person who is trying to discourage corruption and follow the rules is made to feel he is wrong. Kindly look into the matter so that people are not harassed specially at that point in the evening.

I would like to bring in your kind attention that there is illegal encroachment of pavements in Dwarka Sector-7 Near Ramphal Chowk.

Every shopkeeper has taken over the pavements, because of that there is hardly any space left to walk around.

Please do something about this it is becoming unbearable now.

Looking forward for some action on this.

Two rooms and a long peripheral balcony have been cionstructed illegally, without approval of any competent authority, in flat No. 175, Pocket-D, Dilshad Garden, DELHI 110095 in the Shahdara-North Zone of MCD. The balcony, which is outside the boundary of the flat also houses a toilet. During the period of construction, the neighbours of the said flat have undergone tremendous problems caused by the said illegal construction, for which the JE concerned ( reportedly Mr Devendra) took Rs 35,000/-. The illegal construction may please be got demolished immediately.

This is to inform you that in the area of Budh Vihar, U-1/19, Phase 1, Delhi 110086, CHOKIDAR named Narender is not doing his work completely.

All night dogs barked and our infant is get horrified and cried but this area MCD is not hear our complaint in this regard.

We are fed up with our MCD and our area CHOKIDAR Mr Narender.

So, thrice time, we request you to kindly look into the matter and to solve our problem immediately.

Sub: Unauthorised Construction in FLAT NO.142, DDA-SFS Flats, Sector-1, Pocket-1, Dwarka, New Delhi-75

This is to bring to your notice that we the residents of DDA-SFS Flats, Sector-1, Pocket-1, New Delhi-110075 are seriously affected due to unauthorized constructions going on in the pocket by some of the office bearers of the Residents Welfare Association in the behest and support of Shri Hari Chand---President of the RWA..

Shri Hari Chand is the allotte of the Flat No. 142 (1st Floor), DDA-SFS Flats , Sec-1, Pockt-1, Dwarka.
Recently, Shri Hari Chand has converted a Store Room in the Ground Floor belongs to the allottee of Flat No. 144 as Lavatory -cum-Kitchen. Prior to that, Shri Hari Chand converted his "CAR GARRAGE" some years back as an Office Room / Chamber. Shri Hari Chand is the pioneer in all such unauthorised illegal conversion/ construction/extension in this DDA-SFS Flats, Sec-1, Pkt-1 since 2002-03 after he became the President of the RWA. On seeing him, many other residents has converted their "CAR GARRAGES" as Living Rooms/ Business Spaces/ Office Rooms. With such illegal conversions,most of the car owners are parking their vehicles in the approach roads of the said DDA-SFS Flats and making it difficult for smooth entry and exit of cars/vehicles through these approach roads. This has become unbearable for senior citizens and children to commute freely and for getting walking space /playing space. We pay taxes to MCD for good living. Number of parks inside the campus are converted as jungle by arbitrary plantation under the stewardship of Shri Hari Chand, President, RWA., DDA-SFS Flats, Sec-1, Pkt-1, Dwarka.

An inspection team from MCD can find the truths of such complaints.

Recently from 5th and 6th April'12 ( Holidays) and keeping in mind that MCD Election is scheduled on 15.04.12, Shri Hari Chand is extreamly busy in another illegal extension in his Flat No.142 in the said DDA-SFS Flat for constructing an additional "VARANDA/ Corridor" in his flat without any proper sanction of the MCD for such construction.His plan is to convert his 2 BHK flat to 3 BHK by encroachig common space of other neighbours.
Shri Hari Chand had also not taken the neighbours in confidence--nor obtained NOC in writing. All the Flat owners in the same and adjacent blocks of Shri Hari Chand are facing extreme hardship with such high-handed attitude of Shri Hari Chand.

It.is, therefore, requested to take strict action against such rogue elements in the society and inflict exemplary
punishment to such residents of DDA-SFS Flats, Sec-1, Pkt-1 who have flouted the norms of MCD by doing unauthorised constructions. Your kind attention is drawn to the news item published in the Hindustan Times

Dear sir/madam,

i am resident of pyare lal road dev nagar , karol bagh block 16 b resident. Number of unidentified vehicles including commercial vehicles like three wheeler and cabs etc parked before our building ( next to nagar nigam school )constructed in pyare lal road.

vehicles being parked by unknown person and parked for some days then vehicles gone for some days again back in locality.
We are not able to park our vehicle and secondly who is using vehicle and for what purpose no one knows. Even if it being use for anti social activities no one can give any clarification about same.

Surprising, how could commercial vehicles being parked in residential areas and authorities including policy taking no action is surprise for us.

Request authorities kindly take stick action against such vehicles no belong to this area/building.

Since one month we are facing the problem of water, its really to difficult to live without water.They are supplying the smelling water.It would be difficult to survive with smelling water. This is humble request to you please solve this problem as early as possible. Full F-3 block of sector 16 rohini faced above said problem. I already complaint orally at your mcd office and also complaint regarding above said matter on telephone but there is no positive response from your side.

Dear Sir/Madam

This is to bring your kind attention that sewer line in front of 5/117 A, nirankari colony(near bandh) , delhi - 9., is blocked and over-flowing due to sewer line blockage. Moreover, almost every sewer line is blocked in the vicinity of that above mentioned address.
It is becoming a very embarrassing problem for all of the resident living in this area and the whole area has been converted to a foul smelling dumping area.

I therefore request you to please take an immediate attention as the situation is really getting worse. Local authorities are not helping in this regard, they only got one answer that it’s not their duty or the area doesn’t fall under their administration which is absolutely wrong.
