I would like to bring to your notice that we are facing severe stray dogs menace in our street and surrrounding our entrace gate through out the day which makes it very difficult to move in and out of our building entrance. They always spoil the whole street by doing /spread garbage everywhere even at the entrance of our house. They always bark at the passers-by and sometimes they bite the people and...

Respected Sir/Madam,

Hereby this letter I wish to draw your kind attention towards the ongoing issue which seems to be minor for the MCD sweepers but when it comes to the household people it has become the pain in the head. Every second neighbour complains about the drainage for our house but the sweepers demand money when refused they speak and behave ruthlessely. What to do what not to do we are in a fix. Despite of the hygenic issue it is also an health issue. The drainage is not built properly, whatever it is being built it is not getting cleaned properly.

I AM RESIDENCE OF 3626 Prakash Bhawan, Near Golcha Cinema, Darya Ganj New Delhi - 110002.

Just opposite to my house on MCD toilet is there. No one is taking care for cleaniness of that toilet. Due to it no one prefers to go inside toilet for discharging urine in urinal. Near to is there is Main hole for Drinking water supply to our area. Please do the needful or if possible shift the urinal away from drinking water main hole.

Dear Sir,

The Sewage system of Vigyan Vihar was chocked due to heavy construction and erecting toilets for the labourers. The system was cleaned to some extent and the filth, garbage and dirty material is lying at the back of my house, thus creating unhygenic conditions, a source for mosquito breeding and unpleasant smell due to rotting litter for more than 15 days. Our RWA President has visited the Yojna Vihar office a number of times but no action has been taken.

You are requested to take the necessary action.

this is regarding shastri park asaf ali road which is the only park for the morning walker of bazar sita ram area.
the park is in very bad condition in absence of maintaince.the jogger track in such a condition that one can't even walk.there is nothing for children in it.other problems are also there which can be easily visible.hopefully the authorities will take proper step to save the park.

i am residing at Qtr. No. 65, Police Colony, Hauz Khas New Delhi. There is a garbage dump in the colony. This garbage dump has constructed for the residents of this colony. But it has been observed that the garbage of outside from the colony, i.e. area of Mayfair Garden, outer roads, etc. is being dumped in this garbage dump. Due to this it look filthy and it gives bad odour and which polluite environment. It is pertinent to mention here that there are many 'Dhalao' in the area of Mayfair Garden as well as surrounding area of this colony, but some erring officials/ karmcharis are being dumped the garbage in our garbage dump for the reasons best known to them.
you are hereby requested to take some strict action against this issue.

In the public interested it is requested that necessary action may please be taken to remove unauthorized construction.

The garbage collection van is playing truant, and missing many visits to CC Block, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi. 110088,thus causing inconvenience to the residents of 624 flats. On enquiry from the staff of the van, they simply pass on their absence or late visit to the defective van. I had already made a request through this column, but instead of improvement, the condition has further deteriorated. It is therefore once again requested to kindly arrange constant supervision through a responsible man, so as to regularise the timely visits of the Garbage Collecion Van. Thanking you......( R .K. I would i like to inform u illegal constuction in the front of the gali number - 1, New chandrawal , Kamla Nagar, Delhi - 7, in the of peuo there are some illegal activity are run like illegal light,cable and water. In the night some people drink wine and doing illegal activity. firstly only peuo was there but time to time create lots of thing. All the time one sardar was sitting there he connect a illegal light connection. cable connection, and water connection and watching tv all the time.This construction is creating lot of miseries for us and is a threat to normal living and if this unauthorized construction is not stopped immediately it will encourage others to follow the same practice. Such unauthorised construction is a serious threat to the peaceful living of this residential area and it is therefore prayed before your goodself that immediate action should be taken against him to stop the ongoing illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built.

Even the dogs tears the car covers,clothes etc of the residents of the pocket 6.

I am Vikas and residing at H.No. 6, Street No. 1, Shiv Vihar, Rishal Garden, Nangloi, Delhi-110041. The Nangloi-Najafgarh Road from Nangloi to Najafgarh has completely damaged and is having very deep pits in It.This road is having very heavy load of traffic and driving on the road has become very dangerous. The light vehicles are very difficult to be drived on the road. There is a need to re-carpet it immediately to avoid fatal accident on this road. The Low floor Buses has been stopped by DTC becouse of these conditions therefore, public have to face many difficulties in the travel. The matter has been taken up with PWD department of Delhi Government but the department has still replied that the road is to be repaired and recarpted by MCD and MCD is become dumb and taking no action.

I am resident of S block, MCD primary School West Patel Nagar. There is a small park near MCD Primary School. Some residents and school chokidar involved with Mafia and locked the Park for there personal use. Earning their bread and butter .They give Park for Marriages and Parties without informing MCD and earning good Money. MCD has not taken any action. Please take achion against these people.

WE want to bring to your kind notice that the road in B-Block Maya Puri Industrial Area Phase –I, New Delhi so worst and deplorable. It is difficult even for the vehicle to drive cross that way. There are potholes on the roads, the roads are not uniform further the condition is deteriorated in times of rainfall. The potholes on the road are causing traffic hurdles as well as damage to the vehicles and also increasing air pollution due to traffic jam. In the rainy season the waste drain comes on the dugged road ladies and workers staff faced the walking problem and how to cross the road .

I humbly request you to take action against these roads and construct them as early as possible.

I am a resident of sector 15, Rohini Delhi -110089. Due to heavy rains last year i.e. 2010, big craters (holes) have been developed on this road between connecting road from outer ring road to sector 18 Rohini via Badli, Rohini Jail and it causes a lot of discomfort for the resident of Badli , Rohini Sector 15,16,17,18 & 19, . Recently, a lot of accidents have also started occurring on this road. This road needs to be re-constructed as soon as possible.

Sir, A flyover near pankharoad-dabri is being built by m/s Dinesh chandra Agarwal. It is almost 3 years since this is being made and crossing here is blocked. This time period is a huge for such a small project and it has been troubling people for too long. Even now they have blocked the foot crossing of people forcing them to go too distance for this and through very dangerous way. Can MCD tell why they are allowing this so slow contractor is being allowed to trouble people like this? If this contractor is not completing jobs in time how he has been awarded latest contract for road building near Manglapuri terminus? RTI need to be filed to seek info on flyover project and its time period and about latest contract.

Dear Sir,

We are the residents of Pitam Pura Vaishakha Enclave Delhi residing in UU block opposite AP block near City Park Hotel. The road in front of our house is really in a bad shape, there was some work happening before of digging the road by Delhi Jal Board which is now over. For that also I had put a complaint in Public Grievance Cell, as per that the work which DJB was working on got finished after mentioned period of time due to which the condition of all the residents living there became hell with dust flowing all the time and residents are eating and sleeping dust all the time due to which we are facing health hazards.

Now we received a letter from DJB that there work is being finished and the road restoration work will be done by MCD Delhi, but no action is being taken as yet by any authorities regarding the road. As now the road has been open and traffic is flowing day and night due to which the dust and sand on the damaged road enters in our houses and in our bodies. The old ones and children are going through a real problem.

The life is becoming hell day by day and we are suffering like this for last two years. Kindly look in to the matter as this is really serious.
Hope the problems get solved. Kindly let us know how take further action.

Dear Sir,

I am not sure whether this email will reach but if it does, then I
will request you to take necessary action against the guilty persons.
An unauthorised multistorey building is coming up on a triangular
park/government land opposite Vanasthali School (this itself is
unauthorised) at Madhuvihar Mkt and adjacent to Maurya CGHS at IP
Extension Patparganj. Whoever is constructing is very smart as no
worker can be seen working yet the building is nearing completion. I
am sure the local MCD inspector responsible for this area must be
aware and in collusion with the people.

As a responsible citizen may I request you to do the needful please.

Dear Sir,
There are manySTRAY DOGS seen loitering around , can be heard barking at passersby,many a times bites at strangers/ guests ete. Do the authorities feel it approprate , then let it remain as it is.
BG5/BG5A Paschim vihar is already a den of anti-social elements, not liveable for a common man with his family.
I'M sure if authorities interupt and take action against corrupt officials and local goons who bring in stray dogs , the problem can be ressolved.

Illegal extension of Temple
Hi,

I am a resident of Vikas Puri, Block FG/1, DDA LIG flats and have been trying to get hold of someone in local MCD department to lodge a complaint against illegal extension made by the priest in our area. This is a DDA ground on which the temple was constructed as FG/1 was once a lonely area and had no connection with nearby spots.

This Shani mandir is not a very old temple and its boundaries has been extended way beyond covering the DDA park. The local residents randomly face problems with the people visiting this temple with threats and abuses due to traffic jams and car parkings.
The local Pandit has also recently picked up habit of organizing special early morning tantric pujas and open pandal pujas for collecting money.

I request someone to look into this matters and help to forward the complaint to the concerned department.
