MCD — Irregular Parking

Respected Sir/Madam,

I would like to bring to your kind notice about the irregular parking at Saket, C-4, District Centre. .

I work as Dy.GM in IRCON International Ltd. situated at C-4, District Centre, Saket, whereat many offices, malls etc. are located. I was told that the parking around our office is managed by MCD. In the evening, when we come on to the road from our exit gate of our office, the cars are parked on both sides, i.e. starting from the side of the Sharaton Hotel to the front of our office, by which, the people coming on to the approach road from our office would not be able to see the incoming vehicles, since the cars are parked on both sides. Once, twice, I tried explaining this to the parking managing guys, but they had given me such a look, I do not think that they would stop this.

I request your goodself to intervene and do the needful to avoid any major accident in the evenings due to heavy rush due to the many malls situated here.

Hoping for fast action in the matter.

mcd contractors — unauthorized charges

In Rajouri Garden near Vishal cinema in all malls people charging Rs 20 instead of Rs 10 as their is vast corruption in this matter. And lakh or rupees come under in month due to this and govt not seen this scenario.

This is to inform you in public interest that footpath in front of Sukh Vihar, Delhi – 51 has been damaged and become a part of the road. Approximately 2-3 accident occur daily. About 500 school children passes from this road. A major accident also took place today at same place. Therefore you kindly requested to raise the height of footpath about 2 ft to avoid any major mishappening. A lot o[censored]n authorized parking and U-turning of HMV must stopped. Making of footpath can save the lives of school going children, so you are again requested to take an early positive action in this regard.

Some people come and starting cutting branches of tree without permission of Horticulture & forest department which is illegal . I have videos and photo of this activity.

Dear Sir,
I want to bring inform you that this building is booked for the demolition in the month of August 2011. But till today MCD not taken any disciplinary action against this building . And MCD given the No objection Certificate for the use of commercial purpose. How can be possible if the MCD release the demolition Order against this building (That is B-26 East Jyoti Nagar Main Loni Road Shahdara Delhi -93) They can use for the Commercial Purpose or even their personal used. That is against the MCD building law 2012. and building by law. Presently he is doing unauthorized construction against their building plan. And MCD is also agree that all the construction is unauthorized and illegal. But not taken any action. I have so many time complained against this building and MCD try to confused me that the building construction in the compoundable condition. But the building is total illegal construct. The owner of the building not follow their pass building plan and changes in their building plan time to time.
They not follow building plan and not make any silt which is purposed in their building plan. And in the back side of the building only one gate pass in their plan that 2.6’’ which is already constructed. why they have try to make another wide gate that is about 10-11 ft. and the building height is more than 15 meter that is cross their limitation of the pass building height. In front side they can make only one wide gate. but they already construct three gate and another so many illegal construction in this building.
Sir this is my humble request that look after this matter personally. Stop illegal construction, Reject the NOC Certificate and take action against the building. Otherwise I will go for the court or high court for the justice according to condition if I will not found justices I will also go to supreme court. Please look out this matter and take appropriate action against the building . I will be grateful to you

MCD — Mosquito breeding ground

There is a moquito breeding ground near lane No one Sarva Priya Vihar New Delhi 110016, in front of temporary Metro office where there is huge pool of stagnant water for last one month. In spite of several reminder to Metro officials there nothing has been done. A quick action may be taken to remove it. Thank

Unauthorised Construction - regarding

This is to bring to your notice that I am a resident of G-23/191, Sector 7 Rohini, Delhi and wants to inform you that there is serious unauthorized construction going on the in our area. Some of residential owners has covered appx. 6ft x 20ft area on the road and some of residential owners have covered the space with Irong Jungla etc. I had already complaint to MCD at Rohini, but no response has been recieved so far. All this construction have been narrowing the passage of the road as well ocupied the Khancha.

We had requested the local administrative body to come into action to stop the unauthorized construction but all such requests have fallen on deaf ears. It is pertinent to state that the local administrative body is allowing him to carry on the unauthorized construction by becoming mere spectators. This construction is creating lot of miseries for the residents around and is a threat to normal living and if this unauthorized construction is not stopped immediately it will encourage others to follow the same practice.


It is therefore prayed before your goodself that immediate action should be taken against him to stop the illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that have already built.

Mcd,delhi — Repairing Of Roads

This to inform you about the poor attention being paid to the roads of
"Pratap Street, Darya Ganj New Delhi-110002(Behind Golcha Cinema)", the roads were practically broken to repaire the dwelling system and have not been rectified ever since. Due to this LACK OF ATTENTION on the part of THE MUNICIPAL DEPARTMENT the residents are facing grotesque and unhygeinic living conditions, not to forget problems of waterlogging and garbage disposal on a daily basis.So, this is a kind request to THE MUNICIPAL DEPARTMENT to repair the road as soon as possible.

Janak Setu Flyover (Nangal Raya) is under repair since June 2011 but till now flyover is not complete. Some time ago I have seen personally, there is no man at work there, What is the reason for this? Sir, Every man is facing the traffic problem in this area. Number of patient is facing the traffic problem in this area perhaps someone will be died due to not reaching at time in hospital.

Sir, you are requested to kindly take the stick action and help for every one. Please advise us how much time you will take for compete this flyover.

its very sad that in a place like Delhi roads are in such a pathetic condition .the road to reservation center near preet vihar connecting karkardoma courts had been digged by you for sewer lines and till date there is no initiative of repair work.will any one is responsible and sincere enough to take action from MCD to get the road repaired.

most respectfully i beg to state that during demolition of encroachments in our society new deluxe apartments, plot no. 11, sector 9, rohini, delhi-85 some illegal structures were NOT demolished deliberately. also a portion of park in our society has been encroached and cemented by nearby flats no. 10 and no. 69 and made a part of the flats. some trees are also included in the encroached portion.
