I had submiited a complaint around 15 days back ( most probably on 25th April,2010, but I hvn't recd any response to that & the same complaint is again replicated hereunder

This is regarding Property Tax on the property details mentioned hereunder
Address- AC-1/179 A , Shalimar Bagh,Delhi-110088
This is residential property.
Last year i.e. 2009-10, the property tax of the abovementioned residential property was paid twice as per payment details mentioned hereunder:

Property Ref ID No.[protected] paid Rs 1065/- on 2nd October,2009 vide Receipt No. 638298 into Axis Bank Branch in Shalimar Bagh,Delhi.This was offline payment

Second payment was made vide Property Ref ID No.[protected] on 20th May,2009 vide Receipt No. G8-327779 for Rs 1251/-. This payment was made through Internet Banking

So, out of two payments the correct amt of pymt was Rs 1065/- as it was made in the name of Mrs Kamlesh Maggu ( widow ) & she had taken the rebate meant for women.

The paymt of Rs 1251/- was made in name of Mr L N Dhawan ( the original allottee ), and is an excess pymt. for Finacial year 2009-10

Now, today I wanted to make the Property Tax payment for 2010-11 ( through online ) & accordingly all the details were filled by me. Since, I hv purchased the flat in Dec.2009, so this time I have to file the return in my name as " Akshay Kumar Malhotra'.
Accordingly I filled the property tax return of 2010-11, online vide Property tax Ref ID No. [protected] dated 1st May,2010
But the amount of tax paid twice in 2009-10 is not getting adjusted.
So, the current demand of Rs 1376/- is not getting adjusted agst the excess pymt of Rs 1251/- made in 2009-10. So my net demand shd be Rs 125/-

It appears that pymt records in ur systems r not updated resulting in the excess pymt of previous year not getting adjusted agst the demand of current year 2010-11.

Pls suggest me how to handle it
I cann't visit ur office to get it corrected at myself through personal visit

Dear Sir,
As Iam residing in Pocket C-3, Sector-11,Rohini,Delhi I want to compliant regarding encroachment in lane haing plot no 72-88. The street is 27 feets wide,but it is totally blocked and lefts approx. 15 feets which is very less to even move freely. Illegal parking is also being done from outsiders. Please take necessary action immediately to live us a in a freely atmosphere.

My nieghbour Mr. & Mrs. Sangeet many time harrase childern while they are playing on the gali.. Even we cannot pass thorugh there home she usually sit outside of home with her dog without any loose chain. I think they have not liecence for keeping the dog. they have not proper space for such a big dog. So Kindly Help us. His address is

Dear Sir

The complaint is about our neighbor who has kept a pet dog with out obtaining license from MCD. His name is Sunil Kumar and he lives at LP 2E II Floor Maurya Enclave Pitam Pura Delhi-110088. He always confine the dog under lock and whole family goes out for long hours 6 to 8 hours without providing enough food for the dog. The dog keep on weeping and barking in loud voice and his screams pierce the heart whole day. We witness this cruelty all the time and want to do some thing for the poor dog. Sunil Kumar who is solely responsible for this bad condition of the dog must be punished by authorities .

I am a resident of A-44-45, Flat No-4, Jawahar Park, Deoli Road, Khanpur, New Delhi-110062. The only approach road from our colony to the main Road Khanpur is Deoli Road is broken for many years.

There were several diggings by Delhi Jal Board for some repair work.They have just filled the pits with sand and stones.No bitumen has been laid ..

In fact, the complete road is full of ditches and its been ages since bitumen has been laid on this Road.

Due to this the dust is spreading out and causing pollution, health hazards & hardship to residents of our colony and nearby colonies. Many accidents have taken place in the vicinity due to broken road.

As the esteem citizens of Delhi, we need to have basic amenities in place and cannot afford to stay in these extreme adverse conditions for such a long period.

Request to attend the above matter urgently as Rainy season is approaching , water logging would happen and can lead to accidents as it is a busy road.

Hi Sir/Madam, My name is Rohit Chhabra. I would like to bring your kind attention on the problem which Pocket - A - 11, D.D.A Flats Kalkaji Extn. New Delhi - 110019 areas people facing in these days. Sir, there are so many mad street dogs in this locality because of them its very difficult to take step out from our houses sepcially at night.I come late night from my office and I have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and they come closer to the motor bike rider to bite them. sometime biker lose their consideration from the road wcich become a cause of serious casulities.Generally, these dogs you can see lying on the roads and they make their victim all the person who pass from them.I have fallen on the bike two times as well. so this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send immediately Dog catcher team in this area so that we wil get rid of this problem soon.

Sir,

The residents of 161-A, Pocket- C1, Janta Flats, Mayur Vihar Phase -3 , New Delhi are dangerously hovering to all type of serious health hazards due to drainage water logging. Flow direction of the drain towards My flat is extremely choked for months. I tried in put up a clear picture by making complaint to you previously ,but didn't got any solution. Now with the high temperature in summer it will become highly susceptible to stay here with lot of filthy water on the road, mosquitoes and extremely unhealthy condition. You are humbly requested to do the need full and save our lives. As condition is very miserable . I hope this complaint will work, and we will get helped ,to survive in a health condition .

Sweeping in our street Opp. Durga Mandir, near Jain Sathanak, Nangal Raya, New Delhi is done on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. If the emplyee is on leave on these days then no one comes for sweeping. There is no supervision at all. Supervisor is hardly seen in the street. May the authorities look into it.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I appreciate the initiative taken by your esteemed Website in bringing the issues in the notice of the public as well as the authorities.
The problem exactly goes like this.

There is a nullah (Waste water Drain) which is passing through Sector 2 R.K. Puram has become a dumping ground of garbage at Crossing of Africa Avenue Road near the St. Thomas Church at Sector 2 R.K. Puram. Some portion of land along side the Church has been allotted to Cabinet Secretariat and the nullah has been covered in that area. But practically the nullah is flowing by the side of covered nullah in its own manner without any care or maintenance. It has become a problem and particularly a threat of epidemics like Malaria, Dengue or Cholera to the dwellers of the area, Central School, The Preparatory Schools by the side of Church, Type –I and Type IV Quarters in the vicinity.

Therefore, you are requested to kindly forward our request to authorities to first grace a visit to the site and then take appropriate steps towards relief measures.

We the residents of the vicinity would like to place following lines for consideration and action by the concerned authorities:

1 First of all some measures for spraying of insecticides there.
2 When the construction work of covering the nullah is over, it should now be made to flow through the covered area immediately.
3 Some arrangement may be made that garbage dumping is avoided in this nullah particularly near the St. Thomas Church.

Sir,
I am the General Secretary of Resident Welfare Association, Bali Nagar, New Delhi-15. We have a big park in Bali Nagar in which about 300-400 persons comes for their morning, evening walk as well as light exercise for maintaining their health. We have following complaints for its maintenance:

1. They have cut down many trees and Plants for better growings but did not lift this waste for about Two months which is causing hurdles for smooth use of this Only Big Park near Mother Dairy.

2. Parapet in this Park have also destroyed here and there but no maintenance is being carried out for several times.

Combined effect of these two related hurdles, the resident of Bali Nagar are under wrong impression of MCD Services though now a day they are making good efforts in maintaining the services meant for the maintaing the health of its citizen.

Thus I, V.K.Chada on behalf of the Bali Nagar Resident Welfare Association make this complaint and expect a speedy redressal of this complaint.

This is to Bring to your notice that the uncovered drain on the side of BG-314 Sanjay Gandhi Transport Nagar, Delhi – 110042 is a cause of concern for several reasons –
1. Since the drain is not covered it acts as a breeding ground for mosquitoes/ moths, which are causing diseases like malaria.
2. Polythene bags are often dropped into the drain as it is open, this leads to blockage of the drain, further stagnation of collected water.
3. Every few weeks the cleaners come, take out the junk from the drain and leave it outside. This is again very hazardous to the people living in the vicinity.
4. People in the area who have tea / food stalls are suffering because of the unhygienic surroundings.
5. The junk from the drain also leads to traffic jams.
Please make arrangements for closing the drain and arrange for regular cleaning of the area to bring back the hygiene to the locality.
We sincerely hope that this request will be taken seriously and the necessary steps will be taken at the earliest.

Dear sir,

This is in reference to my complaint to Chief minister of delhi no 534794 you have already recived the complint from her office but you have not taken any action till now.
The illegal construction is going on at M-50 kalkaji new delhi 110019 where as he is only allowed to have a ground floor and he has constructed first floor and finished it and now the work for 2nd floor is in full swing . Your department official are sleeping for last 6 months or they have taken something to keep quite and ignore what illegal is happening .

I am sure that you people know and you are keeping quite as you have got bribe for the same because in 6 months you never visited the area and he is doing the lanter for 2nd floor ia laid today as it is saturday and your will be enjoying your off with the money you have taken from the owner to keep away till he is done with the construction.

Shame on you people

Dear Sir,
With due regards I am the resident of D-14/115, Sector 7, Rohini Delhi. The sewer in front of D-14/223, Sector 7, Rohini is block(chocked) . Due to that the waste water of Nalis is not outgoing.from that sewer. This has created a very messy condition and lot of flies and mosquitoes are there. It has made a very difficult living condition.
Despite of our complaints in central control room[protected] with our complaint numbers 4817dated 08/04/2010, 4895dated 09/04/2010, 4981 dated 10/04/2010, 5173 dated 12/04/2010, 5319 dated 14/04/2010 and request to Shri S.N. Rai (J.E.)([protected]) and Shri Lalit Mohan (Chief Engineer)([protected]) no action has been taken till today.
The workers of sewer department says that it is the complaint of Nali blockage. There is no outlet of Nali. Whereas the MCD Department says that it is a complaint of sewer.
Please look into the matter. I hope you will look into the matter as soon as possible.

I Would like to draw your kind attention towards very serious problems of dangrous dogs in our area i.e School Block Shakarpur Part -2, Near Jingle Bells Academy (school), Shakarpur, Delhi – 110092.

We are highly troubled due to maddening dogs in our street. Childs of our locality are also not safe in such atmosphere. Many of the dogs are very Dangerous, they bark on person passing through street without any reason. They have bitted many persons unreasonably. Even today also they bitten a girl.

They are increasing in number day-by-day. And their alarm / horror is also being spread constantly.

It has been causing of lot inconvenience to the common people of our area. It is too difficult to believe that such things should have happened under your efficient control / esteemed functioning.

You are requested to look into this matter & take an immediate action.
