Garbage and Water Logging in Plot No-192, Gali No-4, Rajpurkhurd, New Delhi-68

I am S.L. Gangia, a resident of Khirki Extn. Malviya Nagar in South Delhi and holding a post of Public Relation Officer of R-Block RWA. I would like to lodge a complaint against the MCD Inspection who is looking after our area in connection with Malaria/Dengu deceases. No body is visiting in our area to check out the water logging in coolers and other places for a long time. No spray to kill the mosquetoes has been done in this monsoon season.

Also one or two bldgs in our R-Block (R-13 etc.) are in worst condition due to huge water leakage/ seapage in it which may come down any time and may cause lot of casualties as about ten familities are residing in this apartment. This has been brought to the notice of the concerned residents (mostly tenants) but are not serious about this. Ours adjasent building are also in danger and can be affected due to this particular building. It is therefore requested to kindly arrange to make a visit in our R-Block Khirki Extn to solve the problems cited above. We suffers, i am working in the late evening shifts & can't tell you i am not able to see the face of the persons just becoz of high darkness. It's really not safe for us so pls. do something for us as soon as possible.

I RAKHI THAKUR TOTALLY AGREE WITH THE COMPLAINT REGISTERED BY MR. SHAMSHER. I MYSELF IS A RESIDENT OF KRISHNA GALI. IN OUR DAILY LIFE WE ALSO FACE PROBLEM OF THIS LAND ENCROACHMENT. IT IS ALWAYS VERY DIFFICULT FOR US TO MOVE OUR VEHICLES SPECIALLY THE 4 WHEELERS IN THIS PARTICULAR AREA.
I REQUEST OUR HONOURABLE AUTHORITIES TO SURVEY THIS AREA FROM MAUJPUR, MAIN KRISHNA GALI.(SPECIALLY NO-6 &7).
AND ALL STREETS NEAR SABZI MANDI MAUJPUR.(GURGA GALI-1)
IT IS EVEN DIFFICULT FOR PEDESTRIANS TO PASS BY.

I Satish Sachdeva resident of D-373 Tagore Garden Ext. Delhi 110027 suffering a lot of problem as there are hardware shops below our house amd all the plumbers, who work there in the shops they use to sit below our house, they use to abuse a lot, play gamble, use to fight with each other because of which the ladies of our house are not able to go down and children are not able to play down. We have tried to tell them several times, not to do all the illegal things but of no use. The officers use to come and take the money from them and in such way no action has been taken. The shopkeepers have created a mess as they have kept the things of their shops in front of their shops due to which there is no space for parking for our vehicals. Please I would request you to please take a severe action against this so that this place should be improved for living standard.

The road at crossing of Seemapuri-DLF is totally in chaos.
The redlights are there with hardly any followers.
There is a serious encroachments of the localites which hampers the traffic. People are seen selling non-licenced meat which is not only a threat to humans but also to the environment.
Since the area belongs to the 'Voter Bank', therefore no action seems to be taken.
It looks that the common man who is travelling there and who does not wish to see such sites has to become blind or a prey to such systems.

I want to draw your attention towards the illegal commercial and residential constructions at Yogmaya Complex at Mehrauli New Delhi.1 Mr. Shashi kumar resident of 10/33 constructed a commercial building at yogmaya complex 9 months back but it was demolished by MCD, he then paid some money to junior officials and he again constructed a three storey commercial complex on unauthorized land, and he has given this building on rent for commercial use just because of that our road is always blocked because people come to this commercial complex and parked their vehicle on the road, we are suffering a lot because of this unauthorized commercial building.
2. Another resident Mr. Kamal Kishore Vats resident of 10/16, Yogmaya Temple Mehrauli has constructed a unauthorized construction three months back and covered a big part of road and just because of that road became so narrow that it is difficult to take our light motor vehicles to our residence and just because of this illegal construction our road is always jammed ,not only he covered the road but made a extra large balcony which is blocking the road and nearby residents are suffering because of this unauthorized construction.
3. Same is the case with Mr. Inder Narain Vats resident of 10/22 and Rajiv Sharma resident of 10/4 property builder of this area and resident of Yogmaya Temple Mehrauli both of them have raised an illegal construction 5 months back.
4.Illegal construction of Mr. Praveen resident of 10/17 yogmaya mandir.
I will again request you to take a very strong action against these residents of Yogmaya Complex Mehrauli

MCD — Sever & Garbage problem

Dear Sir

We have a shop No 1464/1 Gurdwara Road,Kotla Mubarak Pur,New Delhi-110003.Outside our shop their is a toilet which is never cleaned,Customers have to face several problems.In the night people dump their garbage outside the toilet .In the morning the sweepers dont come on time and it causes a lot problem for us.
Kindly try to keep a garbage trolley so that it can be easily collected

Sir we are facing a problem regarding the waste material of pop and stone in front of H-23 lajpat nagar-1. we are facing many problem like during rainy season it may cause diseases. so i request you to please solve this problem and by removing the waste from there.

MCD — Garbage on streets

It was supposed that there will be three wheelers from you to pick garbage along the sideways of colony streets, but it comes one time in a month or in two months.
There are hge dumbs of garbage along streets.
So, please send them regularly to pick that for a healthy environment.

MCD — Car Parking in children ground & meat work doing all street

Dear Sir,

I am residing in Gali Pipal Wali, Motia Khan, New Delhi -55. I regret to inform you that our some street people parking their car outside street small play ground. Many time I told all car owner this is the play ground but they never listen. The main reason is all the children go to play on road. Some children had minor accident. So infuture never happen big mistake. You are kindly requested do the need full on prioprty basis.

Further I want to your notice another things which is regulary happend in our street. Everyday 1/4th people doing meat job in street road openly without the shop. It is very shameful to all walking people.

Once again you are kindly requested to take the necessary action immediately for both the work.

Misbehaviour of safai karamchari
Sir,
We are from palam colony, raj nagar-II, near D.D.A park in front of Mother Dairy) Maximum karamchari is misbehaving and even using abusive language.If we say something for cleaning drain, they misbehave with us and He doesnot collects garbage and proper cleaning from front of all residents and throw in front of few shops.As he is not giving her full efforts towards her duty.This type of behaviour cannot be tolerated anymore by us.Either change them duty or I request you to take action against them.As u know very well dengue spreading very fast in delhi.

Municipal Corporation — toilet fee at bus stands

I need to know about the government charges for using municipal toilets at bus stands. As per my information 2 Rs/- for boy and girls each. But whenever i go there...they charge 5 Rs for girls. Kindly check that, If I am wrong. And please tell me the actual charges.

I am resident of pooth khurd, delhi 39. The Road infront of the mcd park pooth khurd, main bawana road, narela zone.
Infact I draw your attention towards the fact that this road (pooth khurd) was not constructed or even repaired from so many year and this lead to so many holes are created on the Road day- by- day causing accident

This is to comlpaint about the Stray dogs in Old Delhi(Jama Masjid). There has been an increment in their number. And Recently due to this reason i have lost a dear pet of mine (CAT) which the dogs have brutally killed in a brawl. And has bitten several people in the locality as well.
So please note that its a threat to Life as well. And as a responsible citizen i think we need to sort this serious issue ASAP.

construction — harrasment of Mcd employee

We are writing this letter to lodge a specific complaint in regard to harassment given to us by some people .

We are the owners of property situated at Rohini , New Delhi..

He started demanding bribe during construction period Now he is threatening us that he will keep on issuing many such challans in future on this or that pretext. He has warned us in case we do not pay him he has the right to stop our construction and issue even warrants,.

We are law abiding citizens of the country and do not want to indulge in corrupt practices. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful so that he does not mis-use his powers

i am myself a victim of MCD. we paid the parking charges with 8% interest and conversion charges but the employee at MCD made the receipt for conversion charges and vice versa. we brought it to their notice through a letter and they assured the required correction. now after three years they have levied a fine of 12318 with interest and issued a notice. it is extremely sad, hurting and agonizing that the honest citizens of the country are being penalized for their flaws and there is no help whatsoever.the employees at the mcd are the most thick skinned people with no brains are sitting there and harassing the common man. wish something in that breed of people bring in some common sense and not do silly mistakes for which we pay a huge price.
