This is to bring to your kind notice that I am Ram Kumar Verma living in 10 khyber pass market first floor near civil lines Delhi 54.

There is a Dhaba (Pradeep Chicken House) running in the ground floor from last three months without concerned authorities license. The Dhaba owner serves alcohol and also allows people to bring and drink alcohol inside the dhaba. This has made the atmosphere around in very discusting. We have our staircase next to this dhaba and people coming to that shop often use our stair case for the same. These people eve tease and has made lives of females living in that building miserable.
We have complained about the same to Dhaba owner many times but of no use. Would request you to take some action against him at the earliest.

Dear Sir,

We would like to draw your kind attention that the nuisance made by the Scooter garage in the residential location at UU Block, Pitam Pura, Delhi. The name of scooter garage is Khan Scooter Repair Service at UU-72-A, Pitam Pura, Delhi.

It is also to be noted that he repairs & services lots of two wheelers which creates heavy air pollution, noise pollution which affects the health of the children & elderly people very much.

We have lodged his complaint to local Police, but they are hand and gloves with each other.

Despite of its closure by the MCD Deptt. he is running his business smoothly in a shed of closed garage.

Now we request your intervention in this case to get rid of this garage.

I PARKED MY CAR ON NEHRU PLACE PARKING NEAR PARAS CINEMA EVERYDAY. PARKING MAN DEMANDED RS. 40/- FOR PARKING. I REFUSED TO GIVE HIM RS 40/- as it was not parking rate. HE LOWERED it to Rs.30. When i saw parking slip thoroughly, i saw he had not cut the slip properly. The actual printing on parking slip was (5 scooter 10 car 30 tempo per entry) but he has cut the parking slip from such a place that is shows us ***cooter 10 car 30 tempo per entry**** Every person gave Rs. 30/- to Rs.40/- for every entry for park the car.

This needs serious attention to check the irregularity of Parking.

we are the resident fo janakpuri c-3/11, janakpuri are facing the severe problem of sewage pipiline leackage. despite complaining several time to MCD. delhi they simply peforms their formal duty of inspection and they comes here one, s ina week and went back without the solution

The situation here is very hazardous, and still growing inhigenic day by day, shops and the residence here is floded with sewage water. The very seriouse situation rasing here as the entire sewage is finally going inside the the dumped handpump water pipe for last two month.

the street dogs are troubling in Vasant Kunj D-3 spl in night time they are staying in doorsteps .

MCD — Street Dogs in the Colony - Very Dangerous

This complaint is about the increasing danger to the residents (women and children) in the colony due to STRAY DOGS. There are at least 15 – 20 stray dogs in the colony moving freely. These dogs are infected, seems to have various deceases, hungry and fearless. They move in small groups and it is becoming dangerous for children, women and elderly people to move out on the road. The situation is getting worse every day and it is becoming difficult to step out for a walk without the fear of these dogs biting anyone. There have been several incidents of these dogs attacking the children and woman.

The complaints have been made in the past as well but there have been no action so far. We are constantly living in the fear of these dogs since it is beyond our control to ward them away.

It is a humble request to kindly remove these stray dogs away and let the people feel safe. I hope this complaint will not go unanswered and you will take necessary action at the earliest and oblige.

Municipal Corporation of Delhi is a corrupt body no doubt. But its elected councilors openly indulge in all kinds of law twisting nefarious activities. Who bothers about Delhi's trees? Here you see an MCD councilor by the name of Praveen Gupta of the Bahujan Samaj Part (BSP) getting an Amaltas (Cassia fistula) tree, the Golden Shower Tree, cut, in spite of he having sent his brother to Delhi High Court to get an order on 23 October 2009 to have the tree transplanted elsewhere. But the folly of all follies, Praveen Gupta did not even want to pay for the transplant, so the tree was quickly killed way back in August by his men, but the High Court was never informed. So, the High Court passed an order to transplant a dead tree, which was ridiculous to you and me. But it made sense, because the law took its course, the officers did write reports and they guided Praveen Gupta into the art of tree killing in Delhi. So, after Gupta loses the next elections, he could very well start a consultancy to help all the future tree removers in Delhi. He is sure to get good business, as Delhi now only needs cars, roads, flyovers, smog and millions of disposable potted plants for the 2010 Commonwealth Games! So, obviously, Delhi CM Sheila Dikshit is a very busy lady, although she seems to have a lot of concern for the trees.

MCD — corruption

we are living in New Kondli market in east delhi. The MCD cleaning (Naali) staff here is demanding Rs 1000/- from each shop or otherwise they are pulling all the garbage from the naali in front of the shops. They are creating a real mess and no one cares to listen. Pls do something................

I am a resident of 125B Pkt. C1Mayur Vihar PhaseIII. The MCD workers are not cleaning the street on daily basis not even once in a month. They clean the sewage and place the waste by the side of the road. The villagers near this area also throw their garbages in front of our house.And the villager's cattles are often staying (tied up) in front of our house. And leakages in the pipeline also worsen the situation. The roadside is now like a ploughed farm land.The wastage and water lying in the roadside couples chance of mosquito breeding. The unhealthy surrounding cause many diceases to the residents of this locality

I am a resident of JG-II, Vikaspuri and am facing a lot of problem due to the blockage of drainage system ( main line). After a repeated number of complaints, the matter has not yet been solved. whenever i go to ask about the matter, the persons on duty give me baseless excuses that they have tried to clear the blockage but in vain, we have to bring some machine to clear up the same. Nallahs were newly constructed in Trilok Puri area, east Delhi recently. During this construction, drainage from the streets were closed so that no water goes to nallah under contruction.
But now after the construction has been done, even now the drainage in the streets are closed due to which lot of mosquitoes are growing. It has been horrible in the night and here may break any disease any time which may be uncontrollable.

please look into the matter as soon as possile and get the matter resolved. ...

I wonder, why despite having zonal offices of MCD, there has been a problem occuring for 13 years???
I myself am facing acute parking problem in Vigyan vihar. There has been a lack of self-descipline amongst the people. All have got there kitchen gardens made in front of their houses and park the cars at common areas, deemed as theirs as the place happens to be in front of their houses. More the no. of years a person has spent in the colony, more is his or her monopoly to be the deciding person in the area. So much so, that the influential builders in the area would openly tell you to go to MCD and complaint as if they own the department. I don't know, why MCD never bothered to emove these kitchen gardens in the first place. At least this will create more of common area and then spread the awareness that the common area is COMMON!!

MCD — illegal commercial activity in south ex-1.

I would like to draw the attention towards concern authority that illegal commercial activity of CAR DENTING WORKSHOP under the name of ISLAM'S MOTORS CAR PURCHASE AND SALE is going on for last several years at C-1, HOUSING SOCIETY, SOUTH EXTENSION PART-1, NEAR ALLAHABAD BANK, NEW DELHI-110049. Actually, they have divided their premises into to parts. First part they have showed as the office and in the second part they kept their tools and equipments. Due to that we are facing lots of problems like tariff jams and most importantly noise pollution. Several times, we call the police but there will be no result.

Its my request that kindly take the strict action and close down that shop as soon as possible.

I want your Attention towards illegal mobile tower installed on top floor of BC-48C ( Janta Flats ), Shalimar Bagh which is already in use for the past 2 years. On its installation a complaint was lodged with MCD. The tower is in up gradation and even after behaving unwillingly, the neighbours are not showing any positive response to our threats. I want you to look into the matter and take corrective actions.

There is a illegal construction going on QP-8 Second Floor, Maurya Enclave, Pitampura, Delhi-34, Since the building was constructed in 2003 according to that year norms it cannot bear the brunt of extra 3rd Floor. So, it is giving sleepness nights for our safety(Resident of Ground and First Floor) residing in the building.
Already given complaint to PCR who has already forwarded to the Executive Engineer of MCD on 20/11/2008 no action has been taken till yet.
Kindly take the action as soon as possible and save us from Mental Harrasment by the Second floor Owner.

Dear Sir,

We being a Law Abiding Citizen of India, want to bring the Illegal Activities going on in our area to your Notice.I would like to bring into your notice that our neighbour is Altering the Standard Plan of the Building, Against the sanctioned plan set by MCD, Delhi.
The Constrtuction at F-102 Vikaspuri, Delhi has Exceeded the height of Building more than 15 Mtrs, which is Against the MCD Bylaws .

This alteration will result in difficulties for the other owners since the alteration will result in non adherence of the Laws of MCD & Going Against the Sanction plan from MCD, as this Step of NON-ADHERENCE OF MCD LAWS will be adopted as a routine affair & followed by all other neighbouring people, doing the Construction of Houses at Vikaspuri.
We hope that MCD Dept. will take strict action against UnAuthorised Constructions like this & penalise the people deviating the said Laws & structure laid down by MCD.

You are requested to kindly take immediate steps to stop the above explained activities & forward this Complaint to the Concerned Officials.

Every day we are facing the attack of stray dogs. Even in day time, I have seen children are being attacked by dogs. I have spent nearly Rs.5000 for treatment of my guests and me to save our lives after getting bitten by dogs.

Due to some interest of Managaka Gandi to Dogs, public are suffering from stray dogs. If she is realy interest in stray dogs, let her open a farm for stray dog at her cost or let those dogs stay at her house, why public should suffer for some one mad personal interest.

Govt has to take serious action ASAP on this issue ... or after some day youth like us take the rule in hand .

Please help us also. We have about 20 dogs living in our place. the create problems. I ve been attacked last week. I am so scared now. My neighbours called the gouverment many times to remove the dogs and rats from the area. We are waiting for some months. NO REACTION. I dont dont how to live in this country. Refer to my previous application no dated nil on the above subject vide which requested to widen the above road but all in vain .
In this connection it is added that there is a PARK in front of my house no B/194 and lane in front of this house .. Previously there were less vehicles but now the no of vehicles has increased and causing touching of vehicle in front of my house and causing dispute always.along with accidents also.
It is also added that there is a road 17 feet as against sanctioned road of 25 feet in front of this house . The road is occupied by your park which required short.ening of wall of park.

It is therefore requested that the aboveroad may be widened to 25 feet to save us from dispute. It is again requested that Personnel attention may be given which always appreciable.

There is a Park in front of My house no B/194 Prashant Vihar which comes under DDA and Colony Prashant vihar comes under MCD . The Park in Front of House no B/194 has become a SHAMSHAN GHAT which has not been cleaned for the last 4years as MCD horticulture deptt. People says that this does not come under MCD and cannot be cleaned as comes under DDA. This Park creates lot of mosqoutoes during summer/rainy seasons causing malaria/dengue during the season. Therefore this is essential to clean this Park on Priority basis.
In view of above it is requested that this work may be earmarked and instructions may be sent to do the needful.
An early action is always appreciable and I will be grateful for this work

I want to complain about the road near parade grounds..near model town the road on which the "prachin shiv mandir" and "hanumaan mandir" is located... the footpath is covered with and only ...
there are slums of rickshaw pullers and all and there's no facility for them whatsoever. Crossing that stretch of road is such pitiable experience...when one comes from the university to model town via vijaynagar. Iam sure something can be done about it.. Its so close to police lines.. Its really sick that such condition exists in the capital of the country.

I want to complain about the road near netaji subhash marg Darya Ganj, ..opp to ploice chowki main crossing on which the "Jangeer Chicken Corner" on the footpath is covered half footpath with and only .. used to serve chicken. we cant cross the road people stop there car and drink wisky also in front of police chowki.

I have a park in front of my house in the evening the park is fully converted into vegetables market and so much noise pollution creating there, they all drunk after somtime they fighting together and abusing loudly. its very cheap for our famliy members mostly my mother and sisters. and second thing is in our block every park has been fully maintained except our park beacuse some shopkeeper says if park mantained then his shops not seen properly. I reuest you please maintain this park as soon as possible and give some another place to vegetable shopkeeper around the block.

This factory singly, have made the area virtually uninhabitable. The noise from the factory machine, have turned this quiet neighborhood into a factory area.

I`m a resident of Asha Park, Delhi 18 and have a illegal furniture factory in operation almost 24 hours. They have their machines running making humming noises at even 12 in the night making it almost impossible to sleep and get any rest. They always have their rickshaw waalas ferrying off their sofas & bed all day around causing a distress on the roads and damaging my cars. & to top that they have 2 phases electricity connections and have allowed a dhobi ( press wala) to settle exactly in front of my house. this dhobi has always has someone or the other talking loudly and using abusive language. I have filed a written complaint about this about 9 years, but our ever- so- great ( always looking to make the money from the plaintiff) plocie force did nothing. they came and took a bribe from the Dhobi waala and went on their way.

Everybody who is coming to our home the dog attacks on the person and bite them as this is not a pet dog then we should get relief from this kind of dog. This dog lives in front of a flat owner in our building on first floor and they use to give him the foods etc but they keep him outside their home and if he wants to make him pet then they should keep him inside their home. that flat owner also having another pet dog in his home and that also attacks the people in our building area as they use to make him without chain at the time of his evening walk.

I am a residant of school block part-II, where lots commercial activities have been going on. They usually load or unload their trucks in the evening when our female memers go out for purchasing of household items. Trucks walas they totally block the gali(near by Goel Exports, school block) that even a cycle can't pass, and their workers make comments, abusing without taking care of anthything.

Dairy owner got a place to shift his buffalows to commercial dairy area but he has sold the plot allocated and keeps the buffaloes tied up in the Street.
The Dairy which is located Najafgarh Park Colony Najafgarn, right in his house causes sewer blockage and flooding of the street during rains.
One of his buffalo hit a small child on street who was sevrely injured. On complaining to the Dairy owner he always abused.

Many Complaints had previously gone to MCD but no response, there is no action on that.

This particular dairy owner openly declares that he will keep buffaloes tied up in the street and threatens dire consequences if anyone dares complaint.

Sir we request you to please look into the matter and do the needful. All the neighbours are ready to collect the money and help MCD to evict this bullying Dairy from the colony.

There is road sweepers are not come since 25 days and one month ago some MCD persons came and clean the water drainage (Naliya)

since that day the mud put in front of mine house and on roads, no body come to take off that mud as well as nobody clean the roads too.

Then why the MCD pay full month salary to them or those sweepers whom on duty in this area and not clean the roads or say not on duty and get the free full salary.

Why?

Please look in to the matter and take the action against the wrong persons and oblige and requested you to please order to some of your sweepers for clean the roads and takeoff the mud from in front of mine house.

I live in north delhi and the roads there are full of path holes, muds, pebbles & stones. Some of the roads in mukherjee nagar were repaired just a month or two back and now again they are again badly damaged. we were told that after elections everything will be fine but no one has even turned up even once after the elections. Roads to Nirankari colony are damaged to an extent now that at some places there is no existence of road was ever made. It is worse than the village's road.

It is your kind notice and that we are mobilising a protest rally against MCD regarding street lights for main road connecting to pocket-E through pocket-D. Since last four months more than 50 odds nos. are not in operation and issue already been taken up with higher autheriry of MCD/BSES and even CWC people who had commitioned the poles during CWC-2010. We have waited quite a lot and the time has come to act. During moonsoon the situation will become worst because the main street is dark during night. We could have stop the payment of property tax but paying property tax is our moral duty.

16th July my complaint was written on the "right of Burari Sant Nagar public" black out in night on main road Burari.I am sorry to say that MCD/NDPL they switch on street light only for three days due to Kavarias occasion now again black out in night hours in Burari Sant Nagar.The related authorities could read our complaint and feel 10 lak population of Burari problem. Please put ON the main road light.

Hi Sir,
I am Rakshit and staying at Q-34, Malka Ganj, Delhi. In our area, there is no public lighting in the any of the stairs of the blocks. In some of the blocks, people have installed lighting in the block stairs with their own private funds. But in my block's stairs facing Mother dairy, there is no lighting.

My request to the authority is to please provide lighting at the said location, as it is not only discomfort residents in our area. But it has become an heaven for slum people to have drugs in the dark area near stairs.

I, being a responsible citizen and a taxpayer wants to request to the authority that my request should be considered. For further information I can be contacted at my address.

Sir,

I am a resident of West Punjabi Bagh and I want to draw your attention towards the divider on the Punjabi Bagh Club Road which was recently constructed by your Department by replacing a lower height bricks with a considerable high bricks. It has become very difficult for people to go across the road as the divider is quite high and especially for the elderly people it is a daunting task to climb that divider to cross the road.

It would be grateful if you make on the divider certain pavements by replacing the bricks with concrete pavements of less height so that people can cross the road easily and also to avoid any eventuality of an accident of any person because of these sky high dividers.

Street light is out of order since last several months near F- 25, MIG FLAT old pump house, MIG FLATS opp BSES office, Hari Nagar, new delhi 110064 tube light frequently fused. no one is there to rectify, is there any govt authority to change it with hologen bulb. in this f pocket at few places there are many tube poles, and few streets are in darkness. during every small rain water logged in front of F 25 MIG FLATS HARI NAGAR, OPP BSES OFF new Delhi 110064. About 7-8 year rain water drainge line construct but due to non cleaning these lines and no linkage to main drain water remain logged for several days and create lot of problem to public. though several time complaint to MCD staff but no action taken we also complaint to several authourities and local representative but no action taken similiarly in the back lane dirt with water remain in the drainage without proper out flow . will authorities take some corrective measure and relieve us from these complaints.

this is to inform you that there is no light in front of F 25 and F 26 and near pump house and on back lanes...pls improve the light facility so that it becomes easy to commute in dark. there is a big pole installed in park on front side but the lights installed are not working . we have spoken to various departments regarding the issue but its not looked into regularly...please install the lights on urgent basis

Garbage or Waste

There is lot of garbage or waste due to this lot of disease are active in our society like Degu, malaria. Plot No - B-16/26, 17/27 Sewak park, Uttam nagar, Street no - 3, New delhi - 110059 Please take action!!

Garbage is not collected by MCD Sweeper and kept in front of our premises. They charge extra money from us per month but still never clean streets properly.Mosquitoes are in area never any effort by MCD of area .

Arya Samaj, Vasant Kunj, is located in B-2, near Muscan NGO, in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi 110070. Besides, there is also 'MUSCAN' - A school for mentally retarded children.

We have some problems of street lighting on the road leading to these institutions and nearby Sector B2 dwellers, from Sector B1, Vasant Kunj. In the night time, when it is dark, it is impossible for ladies to use this road as the social bad elements from nearby juggi colony, drink and make nuisances on the road. In the past there were some mis-happenings.

I am attaching a google map for your guidance. The road in reference is hardly 300 meters and shown in red color on the map.

We request to get feasibility done and provide street lights on this road. This may require installation of 3 or 4 street lights. We have at our own put up some wall lights which are not sufficient to light the road.

We are not getting supply of even a single drop of drinking water in our locality of Parampuri, Uttam Nagar since last over two years. The survival of living life is too much tricky due to non availability of drinking water in streets of our area. The life has become worst by using salty water by using hand-pumps, while pumps are dry due to gradually going ground water level down day by day. And being a working in Govt. sector, we have to go out for office early in the morning and come back late in the evening. To cop-up our livelihood we have to fetch drinking water from main Najafgarh road which is not viable daily. I can pay more than one lakh asi an income tax to our Govt through TDS on my salary income every year but not able to get single glass of drinking water from our Government. It is our humble request by folding hands to the competent authority to look into the genuine problem of drinking water in the area of Parampuri, Uttam Nagar at your early convenience please.

complaint from DA BLOCK HARI NAGAR DELHI PO0LICE AND DELHI OFFICERS FLATS. we are fully dependent on the water/ tubewell located one in DA BLOCK. It supplies water in the area from 6to7 AM 6TO7 PM but from the last six months the tubewell is not receiving the ground levelled water and mcd is giving two/three water tanker to store in the tube well and the pump attendand is supplying the same water in the colony. this water is not good in taste and quality. the supply of the tankers water is not sufficient to the people living in the area. some time people failed to get the water supply also. kindly do the need full and arrange the new borewell to solve the problem. if the govt. employees will not get the ater how can they perform their duties well in time.
