Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — complaint against stray dogs and cows.

I reside in dakshin puri.in my area, there are lots of stray animals like dogs and cows. Some animals are gone insane as they bite the travellers often. Children fear to play in streets as dogs biting incidents on the rise.
Today early morning, a dog bit my uncle very terribly.
Two weeks ago, a cow attack a boy riding a bike, the bike fell aside and the boy was grappling with the cow by holding its horns to save his life. Another day, a cow attack on my mother. Snatching vegetables from hawkers and buyers have become a common incident.
These stray animals also litter the streets which are very unhygienic. Even our sweepers deny to pick up cow dung and dogs stools.
Please catch these stray animals from our area asap.
