7 years ago a notice (Dated 13/7/2011) was issued in the newspapers regarding - mcd policy which allows construction on individual floors.
The matter stated that -
(The floor wise sanctioning will benefit property owners as they will be allowed to make alterations in their houses/floors without seeking a no - objection certificate (Noc) from owners of the other floors.)
The matter came and went but it was never implemented.
The major problems that are faced by people because of non - implementation of this law are -
*because of one illegal floor the entire building is considered to be illegal
*for regulising one's own house, the person has to take concern of all the other owners in that particular building and if one of the owner says no, the other owners are made to suffer
*no step has been taken by
Lg house yet, file has been submitted to them a long back but it has not been taken seriously
*courts are also not doing anything but giving dates
