Mcd commissioner South zone green park New delhi Dear sir Kindly inform that 39/1327 dda flats madangir site to construed by builders in totally illegal construction 42 sq. Yd single story flats dda allotted. Builder construed to gf to 5 the floor 16 mtr above heights & 5 wide chazza to very large encroachment. No permission of authorized agency mcd, djb bses& mcd book on site in paper and not nesscary action & going on full swing construction work. We are surprising that even a mcd officers or any police man did not come to see this construction. Plz request taken necessary action.
