Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — illegal construction of 3rd floor at a-198, hari nagar without having sufficient pillar support

Dear sir,

This is to bring in your kind notice that owner of terrace/roof top of a-198, hari nagar, new delhi -110064 is going to construct 3rd floor but, building only has pillar support in the front portion and there is no pillar support at the back side of the building.

Also, there is no other building support on the left/west and right/east side of the building i. E. A-198, hari nagar, new delhi-64.

We are taking it as a risk to our life on following grounds:

1. If the 3rd floor is constructed, we fear that building may collapse due to less pillar support and no other support on the each side of the said building.
2. As the building is having 4inches wall support on its 3 sides and if the 3rd floor is constructed then the 4 inch wall will not be able to take the extra load.
3. There is a high chance that the whole building may collapse during earthquake situation.

There is a shop at the ground floor and two of the families already living at the 1st floor and 2nd floor and we all feel threat of our lives due to construction of 3rd floor. Therefore, we request the capable authorities to stop this illegal construction and help us in living a safe/secure life.
