A toy store plus supermarket is open in basement which is not legal they have put big boards on the road as well as on the foothpath. They have made washroom and kitchen in the basement.
Adress is b1/3 paschim vihar basement new delhi. I am a resident on the same road. The usually put big toys on the road to attract customers and block the boards of other establishments.
