Hi sir, I am inderpal kalra i am surprised to see that in delhi no one cares and fear from police or about legal authorities i dont know why. Today i am complaining about our neighbours we live in 4 storey building since year 1999 on ground floor. Our top floor neighbour is building another floor on terrace without anyone permission.in this area even having forth floor is illegal but everyone here constructed 4 floor in every building... Anyways i am complaining about my neighbour who live in a same building on top floor they are consturcting 5th floor without any legal permission now please help its request. I want to know have they taken any permission from you guys? If not how did they start construction? It is illegal to construct fifth floor or above 45 ft. I want to bring to your notice that in jiwan park uttam nagar 110058 lot of factory s are creating pollution & pruducing duplicate electrical items, and not paying any kind of tax

To the concern Authorities-
E-114, Jeevan Park, Uttam Nagar- Third Floor and Fourth Floor is Unauthorized Construction. The entire building is very weak and falling apart. I am scared that the building will come down and lead to a big misshaping. Lot of families are at risk. We requested Mr Ramesh Kataria who is owner of the property to not build the 4th floor however he bribed the authorities and constructed the 4th floor as well and currently he has put it on rent. We were already scared with the third floor was constructed as bad material was used. However now with the 4th floor built with no solid and good material as it is build just to renting purpose, the risk on the building has increased.
He is violating the laws and putting lot of families at risk, just to make money through renting the property for Rs10, 000. No house tax is being paid on these two properties owned by Mr Ramesh Kataria.
I have made number of complains regarding pulling down this illegal construction and save lives. Please visit the property from inside and look how the walls are falling. Please visit the Third and fouth floor and look at the conditions of the walls and water sipping into the walls and making the building even weaker.
I would request the authorities to please take action against this illegal construction and save many families from losing there lives. I have made several complains and no action has been taken. My family is risk and lot of our neighbors have been complain as well. We wish to see some action. The building might collapse anytime as it cannot handle the burden for an extra 4th floor .. and Mr Ramesh Karatria is planning to built 5th floor to rent out.
