Last few days ago, someone stolen my drain cover. So many times I just complained on my phone but nobody response. Due to uncovered, mosquito increase, bad smell, harmful gas which one harmful for asthama patient and others .

Last few days, somebody stolen drain cover from our area. Many times I complained but nobody resposnse.

I am contacting many time on phone to AE And JE but both are not pick up my phone even they have not visited my house. Dear sir/Mam,
I want to draw your attention towards illegal road encirclement by neighbours. They made the roads illegally without any approval there is huge variation and ups and down in the street.
And during rainy season there is water collection throughout the street, which leads to the raise of dangerous disease like malaria and dengue.
Also the road are now in such a manner that no vehicle can pass easily and major accident could happen. They are playing with the goverment property and doesn't listen to anyone.
I am attaching an image to see this issue more closely.
I request you to please take strict actions to such bad element of societies as soon as possible.
Visit the area please, and take actions in order to serve justice.

I wish to raise a complain against an old over 15 years old scrap car in our society in front of F-1122 C R Park.

The car belongs to a tenant who have 2 cars. Their maruti car is more than 15-20 years and a completely scrapped and piece of junk in the society. I am a female member and live with my senior citizen parents in our house.

My family is facing tremendous parking problem under my house the as the tenant is putting undue pressure on me not to park my only car under my own house and instead his own car that that should be scrapped as per ngt ‘end of vehicle life’ policy.

The car is a complete scrap, more than 15 years old . Yet i’m being pressurised by the to keep their dead car and us being threatened by them for parking our one car. They are parking the old car to block the space infront of their house. The landlord is very abusive and uses bad remarks and language.

Please come to our society and inspect on your own.

I would like to ask that is the space infront purchased by neighbours or is it the govt's area.

The tenant and landlord of the house F-1122, C R Park harasses me almost every day and I being a female with old parents seek your help and intervention please.

This is to inform you that our building located in Dilshad Colony have 2 sides.
One side residential and one side main road i.e. commercial area.

At commercial side, there is Canara Bank on the ground floor but their all AC compressors are planted in residential side.
which affect our space.
Even, in our balcony we can't stand, all heating is comes up in our home.

It's really difficult to stay with this all circumstances.

Now they are planting more compressor of AC here and not even listening for our concern.

So, I request you to please take a proper action and please request the bank to plant their AC in commercial side only.

It is reported that my neighbour, Resident of 40- Shyam Nagar, Street No 1, Delhi-110051 is encroaching the road by constructing a 5 feet platform outside his house on the Street. This encroachment will result in road-block, cramp the smooth passage and will pose inconvenience to the general public commuting on the road/street.

My house wall total damage your MCD worker not working good. Hi Sir, this is to bring to your kind notice that our neighbour is undergoing illegal construction at A-43 & A-44, Double Storey Kalkaji, New Delhi - 110019.

The construction being done is not only illegal but also there is huge encroachment of Public Land. There is a common public passage which now has been half illegally grabbed without the notice of anyone and walls are being constructed there.

Apart form this there is no covid safety protocol being followed and also no pollution safety protocol is ensured by the owner. This is posing immense risk to my family members, some of who are also senior citizen and are being daily impacted due to unsafe covid protocol and pollution issues. In addition the construction work starts early in the morning before 9 am that disturbs the sleep of elderly people and kids around.

In addition one of the balcony of the building is illegally stretched so much so close to the main road that it almost touches a public Electricity Pole. This is so dangerous for everyone around and poses a risk to public life and children in the area as it may cause mishap related to electrocution.


We request you to immediately take action and stall this illegal construction and also break down the sides that are stretching way beyond the limit set by the department.

MCD The employee cleaned the drain and put his dirt in front of our house and when asked to remove that dirt, he said that it will be cleaned tomorrow. But till now he has not cleaned anything nor has removed the dirt. You are requested to get it cleaned by tomorrow.

I’m Tarun kumar, resident of Raghu Nagar. House number RZ18A, block B, facing problems because o[censored]nauthorised parking by our neighbors. They do have parking space still they park their cars outside and block the road . When we request to give space to commute, they fight, even MCD garbage can can’t come Bec roads are blocked .

I’m resident of Raghu Nagar, block B street no 6, New Delhi 110045, here people park there cars outside and block the road from one side, when we ask them to give space, they argue and fight, we are facing a lot of issues because of such uncivilised people.

A number of illegal and unauthorised Speed breakers has been constructed for their personal desire behind DTC bus terminal Najafgarh road i.e Lokesh Park, Najafgarh.
According to Delhi High court orders no Speed breakers can be constructed without traffic police and concerned municipal corporation permission.
So, you are requested to take necessary action as early as possible to remove such breakers before they cause some serious accident and even results fatal.

I, Dr. Debashis Pramanik (Age 60.6 years as of 16.7.2021) is a contractual employee (Guest Faculty - Professor) in the Tool Engineering Dept. of Delhi Institute of Tool Engineering (DITE/affiliated under GGSIPU), Okhla, New Delhi.
My house (H3/116 A, FF, CORNER PLOT, MAHAVIR ENCLAVE BENGALI COLONY, PALAM DABRI ROAD, NEW DELHI - 10045). Sir, my 2 ft long portion roof (chajja) fell and extra 6 ft along edge long stretch up to balcony overhead corner additional crack line occurred on 15 Jan. 2021. Past history is that my upper (2nd) floor owner (Mr. Amal Nath/Mob. [protected] & Mrs. Swati Nath/Mob. [protected]) was maintaining mini nursery in their balcony for last 7-8 years with around 15 concrete loaded tubs (10-13 kg weight of each) of ‘Paodha’ (even after repeated reminders), which caused severe damage of white cement between slabs, subsequent water seepage of through edges & corners and rusted (normally happens in oxidation months over months) major iron thin rods (sarias). However, I never encouraged him/them to maintain ‘balcony garden’ over our chajja. Since chajja fall, I followed up the matter 6 times (till 27 May 2021) with him also and had been receiving the same verbal message from him. It is also marked that the builder’s constructed wall patches are poor due to mix salty water use since construction, which couldn’t be struck or pointed out by Valuer of Allahabad Bank (house loan provider) also.
Anyway, I have been humbly requesting my overhead flat owner to get it repaired, but he is not agreeing to pay the total amount. Then I agreed to pay material cost for the masonry work and thereafter reminded him a minimum of 6 times. Now, he is ignoring the totally risky thing (without getting chajja repaired or giving repairing cost), rather secretly sold (at Rs. 25.5 Lakhs recently disclosed) the flat and taken plan for SHIFTING (or TRANSPORTING HOUSEHOLD ITEMS) to 1600 kms distant place Burdwan, West Bengal on 07.08.2021 leaving my very risky balcony’s chajja/roof dangerous condition. Surprisingly, his son has been working in MALAYSIA, son-in-law is in American Express Bank and they are intrinsically in very good financial state of affair. I have heard that he is a13-14 years back retired (from Aya Nagar) MWO (promoted) of IAF. I too have many contacts (even worked together as MR university faculty & Tata Energy Research Institute’s Fellow/colleague) in retired/on-role IAF very highly qualified Senior Officers (Col. Sachin Marwah, Col. RK Singh, WgC Anil Chopra, Late Col. Puri/ex-CAS, Grp. Cpt. Rajiv Seth/ec-Registrar & many others), but never seen such an evil/hostile/naughty (in continuity for number of semesters) person/human.
I would like to inform you that I have been suffering from high BP, prostate swelling, mild blood sugar and is extremely in urgent need of money for an operating prostate. It seems like my requests have fallen on deaf ears by the Nath Family and in case of my health deterioration, concerned they shall be held responsible for causing immense mental harassment and financial pressure. To my utter shock, I never expected this kind of bluffing, maintaining silence and intentionally delaying my legal claim of receiving payment of chajja/roof repairing from them.
My family members are scared throughout and even to stand at that balcony because of this next chance/moment of roof fall problem. Kindly urgently instruct Mr. & Mrs. Nath to get my chajja/roof repaired urgently (before leaving Delhi) or give the cost of its repairing to bring it to original condition as I had been alerting the overhead owners since 2016. Is it possible for you to contact me & him/them (overhead owners), inspect the broken chajja, knock/stop them by your esteemed Authority and get my roof repaired shortly and positively? I have a request to you, Sir, to urgently recover the cost of my balcony’s chajja repair from my overhead flat owner. Then, we can get it repaired soon to be safe and grateful to you. The cost estimate for chajja/roof patch repairing given by a third party promoter/builder is Rs. 35, 000.00.
I need your urgent kind attention, otherwise, we will remain in prolonged risk. I request you to issue necessary instructions to them as per law on house chajja/roof repairing or to process the payment of Rs. 35, 000.00 and issue the cheque of aforesaid amount.

In Tikri kalan village garbage truck is not mostly interested in visiting our village which has resulted in a very harsh and dirty surrounding nearby . Most of the neighborhood bare lands are filled with lumps of trash mountains .
The environment here in TIKRI KALAN is sick . The poor air quality was something which was affecting us but we managed to get used to it but now the poor trash management was all that was left to see.
CAN WE JUST ATLEAST GET A PROPER AND SCHEDULED TRASH TRUCK TO COLLECT THE NEIGHBORHOOD GARBAGE AND DISPOSE SOMEWHERE FAR FROM THE VILLAGE OR ANYWHERE WHERE IT IS NOT AFFECTING SOMEONE's HEALTH .

The cleaning lady came after a very long time to clean and instead of cleaning it, she just set aside the waste in front of my house which is completely unhygienic and unacceptable. Also she has done it many times even after confronting her.

I have a pipal tree outside my house no UC 31, usha park, Jail road hari nagar, new delhi 110064 and 2 weeks back the electricity board trimmed the tree as it was overgrown and branches are falling on electricity wires. Since then, the cut branches are lying outside my house and creating a big problem for everyone passing through and creating lot of mess outside my house.

Sir,
This is Regarding complaint of wrong construction of street drain in shyam vihar phase 2, Najafgarh new delhi 110043.

It's Newly constructed drain in shyam vihar phase 2, which has given wrong side flow direction.

Result the drain water is not going to main drain.
It's coming back and stopped in front of home, which can be cause of dengue, Maleriya and other so many deases.

It's also making disputes in between neighbour.

It's requested that please look into matter so that it can be rectify.

I received a call from MCD dept saying that someone from MCD dept would come and sanitize our house. Mr. Naresh Yadav called saying " Mujhe phasa dia, aana dusra tha" this is the actual words he used. When he came to our place, he said I won't be sanitising your house you will have to do it yourself " hum na krte, khud lelo or krlo" these were his words. He wasn't helpful at all, he wasn't talking in a nice manner as well. Such bad behaviour from anyone isn't acceptable. I request you to please consider my complaint, take strict action against him. Anyway we never asked to get our house sanitized, we recieved a call from your end and this is what we got.
