Municipal Corporation Of Delhi (Mcd) — stray dogs

I live in 5C block, New Rohtak Road, Karol Bagh (Near Liberty Cinema). In my block there are over 20 stray dogs who haunt the residents almost every hour of the day specially during nights.

I work in a call centre and come back late night or early morning and I am every day scared of how I will be dealing with these dangerous dogs. The worst part is that give birth to additional 6-8 puppies every 5-6 months.

I request your department to please pick up these dogs and bless us with some peace.

Recently there has been an increase in number of stray dogs in our locality (Block B-2, Sector-16, Rohini). The MCD online complaint portal doesn't work. I tried to call the MCD Rohini Sec-5 office and luckily got connected once. The operator listened to my complaint and disconnected the phone without giving me any complaint number or tracking information. Its been a month since and nothing has happened. These dogs bark at everyone and kids can't play around. I had a hard time getting to my home last night because of these dogs. Please take the necessary actions.

there are about 8 to 9 dogs in the minto road which is next to civic centre MCD which barks whole night bite childrens n people walking on the road. a
urgent action to remove these dogs is required.

I am resident of Jwala heri market (Paschim Vihar).There are many stray street dogs in our area and number of dogs is consistently increasing which are creating many troubles to the residents. I cant go with our child to the frount park becouse of street dog problm .

I want to bring into notice that we are having problem with the stray dogs in C- block West Patel Nagar. They have bitten many people due to these dogs the atmosphere of the gali is too bad.These dogs regularly moves here and there in the gali and spread loiter

Dear Sir, I am a resident of z -block of Rajouri garden, new Delhi. There is a large number of street dogs around our area and they roam in groups openly . These dogs are not afraid of any one and have even bitten some people and children. We have tried so many time but failed as they keep on coming back. One reason is that, very close by their is garbage collection corner which is alway source of feeding for them.

Dear sir, we the residents of kohat enclave lane house no. 191 to 228, adjacent to park of vasundhra enclave have a bad situation of stray dogs in our areas. There are lot of stray dogs loitering in this area and incidents of dog attack on children and dog bits have also been reported. I am harit gulia, residing in w z -4 shiv nagar gali no 1 near jail road . There are a lot of stray dogs in my area. Many people and two person from my family have been bitten by dogs recently. Dogs used to bark and follow us when walking on our streets, we use back door entry to visit market to avoid such nonsense .Dogs used on sleep and jump over the car thus damaging the car paints making scratch all over the car. Kindly address to the situation as soon as possible.

There are a lot of stray dogs on our road. They bark very loud at night and donot allow us to sleep.

This is to bring to your kind notice the stray dogs in Vikas Puri especially in the behind side of Vardhman market J Block Vikas Puri New delhi-110018. It is a complete nuisance in Vikas Puri. Every now and then somebody or the other is bitten by these stray dogs.

I am sure these dogs should be taken care of and this also I guess is what the Delhi High Court has also suggested. The volunteers can feed and give shelter to these dogs. There are many examples where these stray dogs have been adopted and taken home for proper care.

However, I would like to complain about the pseudo dog lovers who just come and feed them in the markets. After doing this, can they guarantee that these dogs are no nuisance?? If they are really sympathetic, some isolated places, where the kids and people seldom visit, should be identified to keep and feed these dogs.

It is, in no circumstances, safe to have stray dogs in public areas where they can be danger to kids and people.

Please help keep these dogs away from the public places.

Dog in the colony have bit kids and elderl. Need urgent attention. It's in the back lane of the house and a day to day passage.. It is really scary and is very risky. Pls do the needful
