I am a resident of nizamuddin east railway colony, new delhi - 110013. Here dog owners have left their dogs in open and they are biting people. We are scared and owners are stubborn and do not care about anything. They are shamelessly paying 30 rupees for treatment. Kindly pick these dogs as the owners have no license/papers/medical or anything and dogs are stray dogs. Kindly pick these dogs from here and save us. Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||
