Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — Pet Dogs causing nuisance in public parks

This is to inform you that many people take their dogs to the public park adjacent to our residence (C block, East of Kailash). They do not tie them; hence the dogs roam freely in the park, refraining us from visiting it. Not everyone is comfortable going to the park when there is a constant scare of the dogs biting and jumping on you.
I asked the society's watchman too, but he seems not interested in taking any action. Other residents are deaf to our requests for tying their dogs.
Therefore, I request you to take some action regarding this matter as it hinders our leisure time visiting the park.
