To whomever it may concern, my neighbors, the resident of house no.-3, west mukherjee nagar, near vishal market, have boring motor installed. They are very negligent about the constant overflow of water from their water tank. They don't have the water overflow alarm. We have to call them up sometimes to remind them to switch off the motor as their tank is full. But they pay no heed. Kindly take some action.
