Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — wrong deduct my mcd app

Dear sir

Kindly inform to you yesterday dt. 14th november 2019 our vehicle no. Hr55u6692 enter at dnd toll.

The vehicle was empty and inform to toll person and payment rs.1500 deduction from my account by online.

As per toll person rs.700 will be refund in your account but we have not get refund in our account till 10:40 am. On dt. 15/11/2019

Please help and arrange refund in our account.
