महोदय/महोदया,

मैं आपका ध्यान हमारे क्षेत्र भीम गली, कोंडली में लोगों द्वारा नालियों का अपनी मर्जी से स्तर बढ़ाने की समस्या की ओर दिलाना चाहता हूँ! महोदय यहाँ मकान नंबर A-63, मालिक- हरवंश और गली में अन्य मकान मालिक जो बालकिशन, नरेश ने अपनी मर्जी से गली में नाली का स्तर बढ़ा लिया है जिसका मैंने विरोध किया तो वे लोग उल्टे मुझसे लड़ने के लिए आ गये! महोदय गली में नाली का स्तर बढ़ने से हमारे घर के बाहर गंदा पानी जमा हो गया है जिससे डेंगू, मलेरिया जैसी गम्भीर बीमारियों के फैलने का भय बना हुआ है!
अतः आपने विनम्र निवेदन है कि उपरोक्त विषय में शीघ्र अति शीघ्र कार्यवाही की जाये और इस समस्या से निजात दिलाया जाए!

As in our all other streets except in which I live door to door garbage picking facility is being provided but no
such facility is rendered to us, only a lady comes who charges monthly amount despite being free services as part of citizen of EDMC
Kindly instruct to your junior n resume the service as soon as possible

There is a drain in our area which is very dirty and our house is also in front of the drain. Due to which we are facing a lot of problem because many mosquitoes are being born in our house also because the drain is very dirty.Please solve our problem. We are very upset. And I also have to study at night, but I can't even study at all because of mosquitoes. So please get this drain cleaned.

I live in yamuna vihar block c street no 3. I have complained many times in the past about not constructing the footpath but till now no solution has been found. Neither my comlaint has been resolved. While the work has been done in all the streets around us. The contractor says, complain as much as you have to, I will not make the footpath of this block. Somebody come once and make rounds here and see the condition of the footpaths. Unless an accident happens, no elderly person or children get hurt, nothing will happen. Complained everywhere, still nothing happens. Complaints do not pick up the phone.

At the passage area of (entry of flat no 119 and 120 A B C and D ) pocket A Dilshad garden Delhi, there is water logging due to blockage of drain system/NAALI which results in mosquitoes being spred around the area that is very harmful for the health of the residents. As you are aware these days diseases like Dengue, Malaria etc spread easily, you are therefore requested to kindly look into it and issue necessary directions to the concerned authorities to do the needful immediately

The mosquito repellent spray has been partially put in the area.The number of mosquitos has increased.

I request you to please take an action on my neighbour C-4/200 Yamuna Vihar, Delhi-110053. They are not live here from last 15 years. And not maintain there house. Therefore the house become a resident of lot pigeons and in both balcony they have to much items in which the rain water fill. Nowadays dengue is in peek so please take action.

would like to your kind attention that in my house my uncle open the goodown in our parking, I have requested many time to stop this work otherwise we will complaint for this but he said I don't care you can complaint any where he given Dhamki to my family that ( Tangey Tood dunga agar koi parking mey ghusa to ) so I requested you please look into this and take action ASAP..

Drain waste outside my house was withdrawn on 19th August 2021 but since then it is not being picked up from the street, i am unable to find the concerned person for this problem thats why i am writing u this complaint. As it has been more than a month so now people have also starting throwing waste there and it has now become a place for mosquitoe breeding. Kindly look into this matter ur help will be highly obliged.

The mosquito repellent spray has been partially put in the area by the person designated only in specific Houses of the locality due to which the number of mosquitos in the non sprayed houses and the locality (Mansarovar park{G and H blocks}, shahdara). It's a kind request to change the designated person who sprays mosquito repellent spray because such tupe of behaviour has happened for the first time instead happens everytime.

At the below lane address, mosquitoes are breeding freely in the open drain.
The situation is very bad for the residents as mosquitoes bites are very common now in the lane and in the houses.

Kindly help us in stopping this breeding by either any medicine or any other method. But if you opt for medicine then please make sure it's done on regular basis as cases of dengue/malaria are rising in the city.

My UPIC-0371815A9AA900, E mutation was applied on line with Application no -28776 Tranction payment Id [protected] on dated[protected], depsited₹1500/- Fee.
I visited EDMC office personally on[protected] and cleared all dues as per the requirement of the official in office, including difference vide SBI, anand Vihar Cheque no 601679 for ₹ 10481/- rest amount was also paid by me through credit cards. Your official had issued receipt no 70288 and said Mutation certificate will be delivered at my residence.

Neither Mutation certificate was received so far nor any status was informed to me.

I request may please provide exact information in this regards.

प्रेम गली, गांधी नगर में हमे गटर के ब्लॉक होने से काफी परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। गटर का ढक्कन भी टूटा है जिससे आए दिन काफी लोग गिर जाते हैं और छोटी गली होने से परेशानी ज्यादा है। कृपया आप इस समस्या का जल्द ही समाधान करें।

By breaking the pavement for 2 weeks, the people of the municipal corporation have kept troubling them, if they say anything, they will complain, we will not make the pavement of this block. There is a lot of trouble here, the water is getting filled in the rain and there is a lot of dirt too, big stones are deposited everywhere, due to which the children are afraid of getting hurt. Do something as soon as possible. Toll free number is also not available, please do something soon.

Above mentioned site is not working properly. It is showing wrong category of locality of property from "D" to "A", wrong UAV value and wrong Use factor as compared to last year. This is resulting in tax payment amount five times more than earlier years. Some property owners are unable to see their records for online payments. Kindly advise the concerned authorities and person to correct the things and extend the date for payment up to Dec22 with rebate, so that people can make payment correctly and smoothly.

Complaint against my Neighbour Sh. M.P. Gupta - CR-204C, lalita Park, laxmi Nagar, New Delhi - 110092

My Neighbour Sh. M. P. Gupta has constructed a 4/5 storey Paying Guest on his property with toilets of all room on my side of the property. The Pipelines of his toilets are always leaking and have requested him time and again to get them checked. Now for past 10 days he is constructing the toilets again and have asked him to check the leak and remove it but the leakage problem has gone up and he is not paying any response to my repeated requests.
The leakage is so much that all my walls towards his side of property are getting damp and paint is coming out which i got done in march this year. this is also affecting the structural health of my building

Request you to kindly take action on this immidietly and send someone to inspect

I am residing in H. No. 109-B, Ist Floor, Gali No.2, J-Extension, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092 since many years. My adjoining Property No.109-C, Gali No.2, J-Extension, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092 which is closed in last 4-5 months is owned by Mr. Neeraj Mittal ([protected]). Due to the accumulation of water in his house in this rainy season, there has been a lot of seepage on the walls of ground floor and first floor of our house, and continuous water falling from the ceiling of ground floor. This is causing a lot of damage to our house. I have spoken to Mr. Neeraj Mittal many times but he is not giving any answer to stop the leakage and neither is he getting to repair it done. Please take action promptly.
