Hi mcd east delhi,

Please log my complaint on behalf of 3 families known to us. From many days we are suffering from water pollution, the water quality is so poor and not drinkable at all, daily necessary household works cant be done with such smelling water. Please resolve the query as quickly as possible.
This deficiency in utility service cannot be taken please.

Would request to please corporate with us. As we as consumers and citizens dissever the best quality clean water from mcd and awaiting for your prompt action and reply.

Since last 2 weeks i am continuously watch cases of dog biting in our locality.in my family also, my mother and mosi got injured by dog biting. There are many cases more than dozens of dogs are sitting in krishna mandir street.

Add: near krishna mandir, street no 3, 4.

Dear sir/madam, we want to register our complaint regarding stray dogs in our locality. I am a resident of chitra vihar, east delhi, i want to bring to your kind attention that there is a group of stray dogs who are highly violent
And wild in nature and attack any one and every one without any provocation. One of these dogs attacked my wife last week during evening walk, she got injured and forced to run back to home. Today while morning walk i faced similar situation when a group of stray dogs surrounded me and about to attack me, i somehow saved mylife with the help of a local resident.
Sir/madam, i am a patient of high cholesterol and fatty liver and on medication and doctor strictly adviced me one hour of walk both during morning and evening but i am not able to follow this routine because of this group of dogs which are spreaded in entire locality.

My humble request with folded hands is to save us from these wild dogs who are more violent towards young kids and aged people.

I'm residing in a136, gali no. 13 new ashok nagar, delhi 110096. I am submitting this complaint regarding the garbage outside my home since 3-4 days and the smell is very stinky in monsoon season.
Kindly look in this and take necessary action as in this current covid-19 situation, sanitation and hygiene is critical.
Please see this asap.

Mera naam s. P mishra hai aur main ek senior citizen hu. Mere ghar ke bahar wala sewer poora bhar gaya hai jiske wajah se mere ghar ke andar wala sewer khali nahi ho raha aur room mein pani bhar raha hai. Meri aapse request hai ki jaldi se jaldi ise khali karwaye kyuki corona ke chalte ye gandagi bohot khatarnaak ho sakti hai hamare liye.

For the last few days a heard of stray cows remain gathered and sitting through out the day on the main road out side boundary wall of manila apartments, i. P. Extension. Causing not only raid blockage but littering of lot of fun hand urine. People feeding them have converted this info shall. This is posing a serious health and accident threat.

It is requested to get these removed and also depute inspectors for issuing chaplains to throwing green manure and other waste on he main road.

Complaint regarding sanitation workers who recently came in covid patient home... As the person was announcing in a mike with respective concerned home address
. As it was a disturbing act.. No confidential had been implemented.. Creating a panic situation to all
. Plz guide or educate the concern person how to maintain patient matter confidential, without creating a chaos over the place.. The act was unacceptable and intolerance for a patient..
Please take action regarding for the same.

I live at brahmpuri street in seelampur delhi. There is over breeding of mosquitoes in our area which has made us vulnerable to different diseases like dengue, malaria, chikengunya etc. Already the spread of covid -19 has affected the lives o[censored]s.
Kindly spray the mosquito spray, so that we can be saved from these diseases and lead a protected life.

Tree trimming required near bses pole and cable at b-3 nand nagri, b-4 nand nagari as the tree bushes are touching bses pole and cable which can be damage/ broken in upcoming monsoon wind strom.

Hum gali no 3, near pooja public school, chauhan banger, seelampur, delhi me rehte hain.. Pichle kai dino baarish k hone k karan is area me bht mosquitoes paida ho chuke hain... Jiske karan na to gharo me betha jata h or na hi soya jata h... Agar yahi halat rahi to aane wale samay me corona k sath hume dengue, malaria jesi bimario ka bhi saamna karna padh sakta hai... Aapse anirodh hai ki aap cycle se machar maar dawa dalwae or jagah jagah se kuda bhi uthwae. Dhanyavaad.

I'm residing in b2/75, gali no. 14/3 pratap nagar saboli, delhi 110093. From the last one the garbage collection van is juts coming one or two days a week. This is creating a lot of problem in garbage disposal.

The garbage collection vans are coming in all the neighboring ares but not in our area.

Kindly look in this and take necessary action as in this current covid-19 situation, sanitation and hygiene is critical, also remember swach bharat abhiyan.in this area no any dhalao for garbage please see this matter asap.

Wall of garbage house (Dhallan no. 56) situated in block 3 of khichri pur delhi had been broken by jcb since past one month. Due tho this, rats and other insects are coming into the neighbouring sites and increases rate of infection by microorganisms.
After complaining so many times no one from mcd section has come and check the issue which makes the situation worsen.
I hope you will resolve this issue as soon as possible.

From past 3 months no one is coming for garbage collection now it is going very pathetic (Mosquitoes/disease outbreak)

Three big drainage slabs open at the back of our residence, has not been covered since last one year. There is accumulation of water during rains. You are requested to cover the drain with the slabs which are lying nearby. The local sweepers and others are refusing to do this and asking for money. This drain is built and managed by mcd. So you are requested to get it done by drain sweepers/keepers.

Sir, the widow lady namely chandra is the seniror citizen and owner of the property/house no. 175, block no. 24 trilok puri delhi and residing on the first floor and on the ground floor her nephews namely bodhey, radhey and his wife geeta illegall occupied the ground floor and they illegally raised the construciton of the latrin by encrohed the govt land in front of her house on 07/06/2020 and the widow applciant informed the police by dialed 100 number several times but intially they got stopped the work but later on they again started illegal construction but police did not take any action desptite made more than 40 calls on the 100 number even they mercilessly beaten to widow and helpless old lady chandra resealted sustained grivous injuries but police saying that they are informing the edmc but till so far no action has been taken aginst them despite made written complaint to police, senior citizen cell in writing on 10/06/2020.
Now it is prayed to yout goodself to take stern action agaisnt them by demolishing the illegal constrcted of the latrin in front of the house of the appliant chandra by encroched the govt lands.

This is to inform you that unauthorized mobile tower installed on the roof top of the building (Residential area). The radiation is too high the area is central block dilshad garden near m-17 a-5, i request you to take strict action against the tower company as well as the lease owner of the tower, law has also been passed that no mobile tower can be installed in dense populated residential area and the law also said mobile tower should be 75 meter far from the residential area.
As per process when this tower was installed that time no objection also not taken from building residents. Would request you to take immediate action else it will be escalated further & soon i'll also go for rti to mcd about installed tower, if no action taken.

Neighborhood flat at house no. G-40 has water pipe fitting leakage at ground floor wall of house no. G-40, skakarpur, east delhi-110092
Due to that pipe leakage at adjacent neighbor flat, the entire wall of my house i. E g - 41, shakarpur, ground is wet and in bad condition.
The entire wall is wet and electrity meter are at risk of fire due to leakage issue in neighborhood.
I have tried to contact and resolve this issue with neighbors but they are neglecting this serious issue.

My entire house is at high risk of fire due electricity meter explosion if this problem is not addressed at reasonable time.

I, a resident of gali no. 25, guru nanak nagar, old mustafabad, delhi-110094, want to state that the garbage collecting vehicles don't stop to collect garbage in our street. Residents have to rush and run for waste collecting vehicles. Neither do these officials stop the vehicles nor do they announce of their presence so that we can throw our waste. Whenever these officials were asked to stop the vehicles, they misbehaved with us. So many times many people throw the garbage on street instead of the garbage truck. This led to the problem of dirty surrounding in and out of houses causing breeding flies and mosquitoes in our locality. The frequency of these garbage collecting van should also be increased.
I hope you will take an right action as soon as possible.
