OUR HOUSE B-71 VIVEK VIHAR PHASE 2 HAS GOT CRACKS AND WALL BROKE DOWN. IT IS VERY DANGEROUS.

Sir, On 27/06/2018 property tax of property ID[protected] was paid online using Credit Card of SBI. While an amount of Rs 741.55 got deducted from my card to Pay Payment Pvt Ltd, Gurgaon the Gateway, but the same still remains to be updated in your online system. You are requested to know the status of payment made.

1. I made an online payment of Rs 1346.72, using my debit card, on 22 June 2018. However, no receipt got generated. I checked with my bank and was told that the amount would be credited back into my account, if EDMC did not receive it.

2. Therefore, on 23 June 2018, I tried once again and made another online payment of Rs 1346.72 for the 2018-19 property tax. Once again, no receipt got generated.

3.I filed greivances on the site for non generation of the receipt and for the double payment..
So far, I have not got my greivances redressed.

With due respect, I am writing this complaint letter to you.

It is to inform you that the sanitation and road conditions in Dharampura (Geeta Gali) are deteriorating with the passing of each day. Neither are the roads in proper condition nor are they cleaned. Accumulation of garbage, stagnation of water are frequent. The drains seem to be blocked. The condition becomes worse everytime it rains as dirty water stagnates on road and drains overflow. As unpleasant it may sound but the truth is that one can faeces and other impurities floating in that dirty overflowing water. I would have surely liked to add some pictures for the reality check, but it would have made this complaint look gross.

Hence, I humbly request you to look into the matter and get the following things done:
1. maintenance of the roads,
2. opening of the blocked drains,
3. regular cleaning of roads.

The online portal of edmc is not working. When we click to file fresh tax returns it shows a 404 error message. I have tried it several times hoping the problem would get resolved but it doesn't work. The online portals are so outdated and the edmc officials seem to be too busy to pick phones. It has happened with me before also. It seems govt wants digital india but not ready to make everything digital friendly to make it digital india...

Also, garbage collection vans are irregular and rarely seen in streets.

I deposited Rs 1, 329.51 as house tax on June 23, 2018 but did not received the payment receipt in return. The amount got deducted from my account. Since the date, the edmc website is not working.

This is regarding property tax submission for east delhi mcd.

I have made the payment for property id :[protected] for Rs, 4907 on 30 June'18. But I did not get the receipt.
Now I am trying to get the receipt of file a grievance but unable to do so as all the links are disabled on their website.

Please help me to get the receipt.

This complaint is to bring to your notice of the unhygienic environment prevailing in the vicinity of Government girls /boys senior secondary school X-217/2, brahampuri, shahdara, Delhi - 110053

Due to the negligence of the municipal corporation of the area, the school surroundings has not been cleaned for many days and the garbage is getting accumulated day by day since there aren't any garbage bins too.

I would request the authority to kindly look into this matter since its causing adverse effects on the health of the school children. Installing garbage bins and assigning local department to clean the school surroundings regularly would suffice too.

4. Every successful transaction leads to generation of receipt of house tax which was never available till on 28.06.2018.

5. So, i had no option but to repeat the transaction using another gateway of hdfc and another credit card because last date was very close.

Therefore, you are requested to please refund my very hard earned money at the earliest, because it was a deficiency in providing service for which you have charged rs.44.12 without actually providing any service rather created a mess of my hard earned money. If transaction was done on[protected] and it is shown on[protected] without being reflected any where and customer kept in dark is also deficiency in service.
You are requested to please facilitate in refunding my very hard earned money at the earliest.

Not sure mcd / people started dumping grabage after cleaning the drain on master plan road near east laxmi market and enhancing other peoples of locality to create a new grabage dumping warehouse.
Although country is supporting swach bharat abhiyan but here it doesn't seems that they have any concerns for same.
Earlier there was no signs of grabage on the road and no fowl smell issue faced by the near by residents.
But now we are seeing both of these issue.
Kindly give concerns towards this issue and resolve asap

I have deposited house property tax of rs. 2, 566/- for the year 2018-19 on 29 june at 7.21 pm as amount has already debited from my icici credit card, but payment receipt did not generate on portal. Now i am trying to get payment receipts online but your server is not working due to any technical issue. I have registered a complaint on edmc portal on same day and this is grievance no.-32846. Kindly look into matter and sort out my problem asap.
