Dear sir

We would like to inform you that i was informed my mr karan singh mcf water inspector that we have to install water meter on pump and after that our bill be reduced and he had taken money from us for the same from our college and informed us otherwise our water will be discontented therefore we had paid him cash for meter installation entire money and we keep informing him for the same but every thing he assured us do not worry we will take care for the same

He had not issued any bill from so many months and even we had visited his office there also he had the staff which we can recognize in case we will meet him again even they had taken money on mr karan behalf

Kindly take action against mr karan singh mobile [protected] and we had audio and video recording of mr karan to support the fact

As discussed we are enclosing the three month mcf water charges from current fy 2019 and regarding the previous please do guide us adjust our payment and we had submitted the payment by check the same is not acknowledge in the bill which had forced him to make for our building so please adjust the cash and bank payment and allow us to pay the same in 10 installment

We are enclosing the payment of rs 15000 for the month of april may and june today

Please take action against mr karan singh and resolve our issue

Respected sir,
I have been complaining for the last ten days about the blockage of sewer line serving my house. Sewage is stuck up on the line resulting in backing of water into the toilets creating foul smell, mosquito breeding etc. And may spread denque fever. Mcf is bragging of a sewer cleaning machine and nothing has been done so far. Does the mcf care for the health and well being citizens? It is really a shame to wait for the basic services for weeks!

The street light is situated on the pole in front of h. No.=2397, jawahar colony nit, faridabad.

I live in faridabad sec 62 and the person who come to collect garbage is collecting the money more than its standard rates. Its clearly written that rs. 24 for one month and he is charging rs. 50 and when we told him that we had paid for two months he said he whould not collect the garbage from your house.. So i want to ask, is he working for government or he is running his own company?... So kindly clear this issue as soon as possible its a humble request...

There are numerous number of monkey's in our area who are constantly proving to be a threat for our ladies and children in the family.

Our children cannot go out and play outside or even the ladies in the house cannot do household work safely. There have been so many instances where the monkey's have spoiled our garden and broken glasses of our window's....

I am a resident of house no-4319 street no-143, parvatiya colony faridabad near shivaji public school from last 15 days our locality is facing sewage blockage problem. We wrote many complaints in our sector sewage complaint register but there is no response till now even the complaints after us has been solved. Whole sewage line in our street is blocked & our toilet pots also gets filled with that dirty & smelly sewage water.
Please take an immediate action.

We are living in sector 21d faridabad haryana. There are several dogs in our locality near sector 21d police station.
In fact infront of our house there lives a pack of 7 dogs. They have created a menace in our area.

They have bitten about 10 people in our area including my son, neighborhood children and some ladies and maids that come to our homes for cleaning and laundry.

We had raised our concerns to mcf earlier also

Request you to kindly take some action in this regard, so that our children feel safe playing outside without fear of dogs biting them. Right now many children stay indoors due to this fear that if that go outside the dog will bite them.

We don't want our children to inside games with the fearful dogs.

Please take some action as soon as possible.

I am shubham dhoundiyal resident at gali no.-3, 22 feet road, sgm nagar, faridabad (121001). We are not getting a of water from last 6 months due non working tubewells of our area. We have been to parshad & mla of our constituency with a hope that they will resolve the problem, but no one is interested in our issue. So sir/ma'am you are hereby requested to help us as we r feeling very much helpless because government is not ready to listen our problem.

I'm resident of sector 55 faridabad. Where is lot of problem of water supply. We are receiving water supply only 2-3 days in a week. Water supply start at the time of 8:oo pm and to be received around 11pm to 1 am and some time we slept without a drop of water. No one are giving a valuable or logical issue for this matter. Some time we are thinking that leave this sector because of water supply.

Please tell us how can we survive...

Sir, we got allotment letter copy of above shop no in nov 2018 along with a letter in which certain documents are required. So for further query we visited your office from ferozepur punjab. As we shifted in punjab long back. This case was pending with you from a long time.in june 2018 the person in the name of which allotment letter was issued sh. Mohinder singh expired. We came to the office with all documents we have. Your senior officers checked and asked us to complete legal formalities so that the shop could be allotted in the name of wife of deceased person.

Nov 2018 they completed all formalities and deposited documents required by you. But now when we inquired the case they said allotment is cancelled because deceased person has not deposited second installment in 2004.in 2004 we (Family of deceased 0) haven't received any letter. All letters were received only in 2018. And so the case to you submitted in2018. Now we want allotment of shop and we are ready to pay all pending dues. If the shop could not be allotted to us then why your official has asked us to complete legal formalities. Which was very tough for us, being the non state residents. Please reply what is the case now

I belongs to block e s g m nagar near sector 48 hanuman mandir and i would like to inform to u that ecogreen does not come regularly and no time schedule in this area and if we talk to ecogreen vechical driver and owner than they reply in very rude manner and threat us not to collect kuda in future. I have also called to the toll-free number of ecogreen but did not resolve our problem.

They take the charge monthly basis regularly.

What the hell is going on by waste or garbage pickup van... Why they are so attitudic?
They don't come to home and don't pick the waste. They don't clean the sewerages lines. Even they charge money from us to collect garbage from home inspite of salary from mcf.
Who will be responsible if anyone from my home and my neighbourhood would get diseased.
Please help us all. Kindly reslove this issue as soon as possible...

This is not fair...
Being Citizen of Faridabad, India we have the right to live in clean environment.
The garbage pickup van don't come to our house and in most of houses in my neighbourhood. Even they charge money from us inspite of being given salary by MCF.

The sewerages are not being cleaned since so many days...
Who will be responsible if Anyone would suffer diseases because of the negligence and activities and ignoring behaviour of waster collection man...
Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible...

I state that i'm staying at h.no 2963 street no 8 parwatiya colony near chacha chowk NIT faridabad 121005, would like to inform you that we are leaving in very difficult living conditions wherein no draining system is available, cever water is flowing all over the street even though water is entering in our home. no solution at all from MCF after multiple complaints.
also would like to inform you that there few milk dairies those are flowing all cow dunks in these cevers because of that all cevers are getting stuck with in few hour just after cleaning the cever hall.

therefoe request you to kindly look into this on priority.

I am resident of hno-254 sec-8 faridabad.
Our whole colony sewer is chowked. From past 1 month. Due to over flow of sewer water percolates in our basement and still percolating. When i filed a written complaint they came back with machine and told me that your personal sewer is chowked.
They demand me 1000 rs for opening the my personal sewage line. I gave them the money within 5 minutes they open the line.
I immedieatly hired a private worker to clean all our sewage system. I paid him 1200 rs to clean the sewages. Next morning again sewages start over flowing i went fo complain again. They came back to check the line and told me that the money which you gave them is not distributed within us so we will not clean this sewage system and went back. Again i hired a private worker he told me that mcf making fool to you goverment sewage line is chowked. 5 day has been spent no action has been taken yet. This is very clear that goverment assest is using for personal benefits.

One thing i want clear any thing happens ex malaria, dengue or other miss happening goverment will be totally responsible and i will not pay house tax for one year.
I will also dairy this complain to commissioner of faridabad

We the people of mohalla bassa para, old faridabad ward no. 5 is getting very bad quality of water supply. First of all the supply of water is not adequate and the amount of water we are getting is very bad and a very pungent smell like of sewer is coming from it and the colour of the water is yellow, you can see the colour from the attached video. It has been more than 3 days that we are getting such quality of water. Please take some action as soon as possible.

This is to bring in your notice that street light are not working in my area (Near house no 1290, sector 8 faridabad).
Six month back, existing lights were replaced by led light. They worked fine for couple of months. However now, some of them have stopped working. It gets too dark in evening.in absence of light, people halt near road side and drink alcohol at night.
So i would like to request you to please take action on it.

We, the residents of house no. A-23, a-22, a-50 and a-56 ashoka enclave part-ii, sector-37, faridabad-121003 have been facing extreme difficulties for last two years due to blockage and overflow of the main sewer line connecting above houses. The dirty water of sewage flows on the road side during the peak hours of morning and evening. This line does not dispose of the flow of the sewage due to blockage.

2. We have lodged so many complaints in the municipal corporation faridabad office (Mcf), sector-37, near police station, faridabad-121003 and these complaints can be seen in complaint register (Copy enclosed) for ready reference. We had also tried to meet the concerned j. E. And a. E. On various occasions to explain the matter but we have always been replied by the staff that the concerned officers are in the field. They have not monitored the complaint registered where the sewer complaint lodge. Most of the complaints have been shown disposed off by the staff in their record without attending the complaint in the complaint register.

3. The sewer men who come to attend the sewer complaint demands money for cleaning the sewer line and they have been told many times that the existing sewer lines is very old and does not bear the existing sewerage loads due to small size of sewer line. We are told by mcf staff that without pressure machine we cannot do anything. The problem of overflow in main sewer line still remains and there is no improvement in blockage and overflow.

4. You are requested to kindly instruct the concerned officer/authority for arrangement of cleaning the main sewer line connecting house no. A-23 to a-56 by pressure machine and also requested for changing the main sewer line with big one for permanent solution of the problem.
