Sir/mam, i have a complaint regarding a shop holder chawla electronics in sector 29, huda market, faridabad. He has blocked the whole way of market kept all his stuff in front of other shops. He has illegaly displayed all his banners over trees and pillars. I have earlier also filed a complaint against this. Please look forward into this matter i will be highly obliged. Remedial action

Sir, reliance and airtel have dug sidewalks in the pocket, house no 660-795, sector 14, faridabad. They have taken out the tiles put by the complex and residents. The mud is lying giving the pocket an untidy look and also contributing to the dust pollution. Even after finishing the work they are not cleaning it and creating nuisance for the residents. Please see that they clean it before diwali. There is even risk of somebody falling in the uncovered pits left by them.

Sub: maintenance of street lights.

Dear sir,

Most of the street lights are not working in our sector 21 d faridabad and we're sorry to say that whenever we complain, we get a standard reply (S. D. E) that we are short of funds hence no goods to rectify the faults and no maintenance could be done.
Sir, if you don't have funds for such basic requirements, how will you go for making faridabad a smart city?
We request you to look into this matter immediately to get all the street lights working, mainly the service road beside lallashwari appartments and the road passing through the housing societies near gbn school & sector21d housing board in front sector21d police chaukee.

Hi,

I live in adarsh nagar, ballabgarh. I have to make a complaint regarding the poor condition of the park which is near d. P doors, adarsh nagar. Earlier this park was quite decent with all the facilities like garden gym and swings etc. But from past six months it is in very poor condition. Leave the garden gym but the tracks are so uneven that one can't jog properly. Tiles are off tracks and many areas of park which were digged earlier are not settled due to which there is a lot of dust.
Usually i work out at gym but today i decided to go for outdoor running and came to know about this condition of park.

Every month a large part of my salary is deducted as tax, but seeing that condition of park, i was very much disappointed.

Don’t i deserve a better place to jog?

Please look into this matter and do the needful.

The dogs in house no 924, sector 21 c, faridabad make immemse noise in the day time as well as night. The owners are least bothered. They do not own the entire sector 21 c society. I have kids who need to go to school, like wise others have to go to office, college etc.
They are not the only family in the society. Please take a look at this on priority

Hi, this is vijay kumar dubey, my born a female child on 29/08/2016 at sri vinayak haspital, agawanpur chauk, near sector 91 faridabad.

As per government guidelines they transfer detail to mcf office in sec 30 located in fire station building and said to receive my child birth certificate from mcf office sec 30 faridabad.

I went there twice, thrice and many more. They said, give aadhar card of child first first then birth certificate will be issued.
I went to aadhar center sec 12 faridabad court building. They said that they need birth certificate to issue aadhar card of child.

Now my child become 2+ year old but not get birth certificate of my child
Although birth certificate already issued by mcf digitally. But employ of mcf sec 30 not giving it to me.

There is a notice downloaded from net regarding house tax of property id 950/14 sector, faridabad. Which says the due date:-31/07/2018 which gives the figure of rs 1680/- for a 420 yds plot. I may mention that the said plot is 350 sq. Yds and not 420 sq. Yds..
I deposited the property tax online vide receipt no. Online/o1/4861 dated[protected] under self assessment 350x4=1400-140/- (10%)=1260/-
But it appears that there is no co-ordination with in different offices of mcf.
Now i have received another notice no mcf/1490/2018 dated asking me to deposit rs. 2643/- as house tax for the same house of same period (This means 963/ interest on 1680 within 3 months. Period. God knows how 1680/- has become 2643/-
I may add here that i am a senior citizen of 75 yrs and it would not be possible for me make rounds of your offices

Dear concern
For the last over 15 days sewer are badly chocked.
Water is over flooding from street gutters.
Neither cleaning nor booster pump has yet been initiated to clear the same.
Life of local residents are badly affected.
This very frequent repetition, no local authorities are taking pain for this.
Pl look in to the matter and feasible pl arrange visit to analyse severity.

Sir, despite our repeated reminders, no action is taken on the proper maintenance and functioning of street in our sector 21 d faridabad kindly take note of this nexus between contractors and the officers of (Street lights) electricity department in faridabad haryana.

Note:-. All the street lights with the laleshwari apartment, which is the service road, are closed, which goes towards samanvay temple.

Dear sir/mam,
We are living in parvatiya colony near netram sariya wala in street no. 7.in that street the sweeper who is appointed for cleaning of drain is not cleaning drain properly and also asking for money and told to every person if you will give money rs. 50/- for the same then i will clean your drain and lift the garbage comes out from drain. Kindly confirm us that we have to pay money to him for this drain cleaning and lifting of garbage which is comes out from the drain, if not so please take action against him. If yes then kindly confirm us.

Sir, my name is barkat ali. Mere father ki death december 2012 m ghar pr hi hui thi. Mera ghar haryana m padta h (F1/107 shiv durga vihar, lakkarpur, fbd, hr.). But dead body delhi m dafnaai gyi kyu ki vahi kabrstaan paas padta h (Prahlaadpur). Bk mcd office vale ne death certificate banaae se mana kr diya. Or delhi vali ne bhi mana kr diya. Sir fir kaha banega certificate. Sir bohat paresaan hu hr. Mere paas saare proof h haryana k.

A huge area near my house is full of stagnant dirty sewage water where mosquitoes are breeding and dogs and rats are coming. Please clear the place of this dirty water so that mosquitoes donot spread disease in my locality. This is very urgent for health of the citizens. On day to day basis people are suffering from mosquito born diseases like dengue and malaria. My address is sector 49, c block, sainik colony, house no 1021. Near shiv mandir. Children are unable to play outside due to this flooded area with smell and dirty sewage water. I request you to resolve this as soon as possible.

I am sorry to say that we are living in utter worst conditions in one of the posh societies of ballabgarh i. E. Chawla colony. Here the condition of waste lines are so bad that the water overflows on road even without rain because its been blocked by people. Here the condition is so bad that we are facing a lot of mosquito issues such as malaria, dengue and other infections. Which needs to be taken care of or admitted in hospitals.
Its a kind request to take some strict action against this and help with the cleaning of waste lines before some serious health hazard happens.

Request you to take immediate action as leading to Dengue and other communicable disease in the colony and water logging

Hello, i am rajni bhatia resident of faridabad, haryana and wants to inform you that i have faced so many problems regarding parking area. One of my neighbour jitender bhatia parked their vehicles (Two wheelers as well as cars) wrongly in front of the home gate. House no is (5l-130). Vehicles are usually parked in such a way that the front passage to the house is totally blocked or hindered. Apart of it, he opened a general store and made a shed beyond the alloted area. Due to this so much traffic over there and accidents are happening on daily basis as well as all neighbours are suffering from this problem and when i told him that you have to remove your shed or adjust your shed according to alloted area then he use to say mera monthly jata hai koi mcf, commisioner kuch nahi kar sakte mera... You can well understand that the gate of the home is not a proper place for making shed and also it is prohibited area for the same. So please modi ji tell me one thing is it right way for parking infront of house gate or trouble to all neighbours like this. Because he has no fear from government and he never worry about it. So its my humble request to you that please take strict action against jitender bhatia and also give instructions to police
Commisioner or mcf member for visit the place once a while and take strict action regarding this, not take a money from him. And settle all the matter back again to the starting point.
I shall be very thankful to you if you will help me and kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

In our society the no. Of stray monkeys are increasing very rapidly they roam everywhere and bite anyone which could not be fine.
So i request you to please send any monkey catcher van or bus to catch the monkeys so that we will be safe for future.
