Dear sir,

I was trying to find out link for deposit of house tax online, but there is no link available.

How it not happening, when there are last dates to deposit house tax at the same time site is not working. It seems it is deliberately done this. Our neighboring city gurugram has the facility to deposit house tax online then why it is not possible in faridabad. The matter is of software implementation. We are stuck to the old system of 1947 to make paper work and trouble to the consumer. I want to pay something to government that too is not possible easily. I have to take leave and stand in line for hours and then deposit the house tax.

With regret I’m complaining against one unauthorised shopkeeper in our colony who has been throwing garbage like egg trays, Gurkha polyethylene, boxes etc on street of colony.. this garbage is choking sewerage as well street dog spread this garbage in street even at our door too.. despite of many warnings he is not refraining from this act.

Please note heavy trucks are getting stuck under the bridge as the passage is too small for them. No traffic management, and no stoppage iron pillar guards at the entry& exit point.
Heavy traffic jam for sector 25 employees and bridge also can be damaged if immediate action is not taken. Road in side need total repairs as dangerous holes have come up,
Dirty garbage is lying all over under the bridge need attention urgently.

I am a resident of omaxe heights sector 86 faridabad. I live in ritz tower bt-9 of this society.in front of our buildings there is a free space occupied by some man who runs a dairy. Two days ago, while he was taking those to graze, buffaloes died bacause of some electric current as some wires passes through that area and it was raining heavily. Since that day on, those buffaloes are degrading in front of our building and society is not taking any action as it does not come under the vicinity of our society. This is the area between omaxe heights and princess park society and no action had been taken so far. It is going to pollute air and spread diseases in our people. Please take a look into this matter and send someone to pick those up from here.

Respected officers, there is no water drainage facility in jawahar colony, 60 foot raod. And also there is no dustbin installed in streets & roads and drains are not cleaned, they are full of plastics. You can see that by visiting 60 feet road on any day. This becomes a very huge problem during these days. We request you, please resolve this matter as soon as possible.

My name is naresh kumar and i am live in faridabad baselwa colony gali no. 14 near citu office.
I have inform you that about illegal road construction by normal people of this colony.
One and more people has done illegal road construction in front of his house's road, all gali has bricks road but some people has done re-construction in front house road and he done up road construction compare to all gali road.
And now when rainy season come all gali fill by water because there is no way for water movement, because ahead road level is up and back side road level is down, many problem have face lot of people by this illegal road construction.
Please take some action about responsible people for this problem.
Please do something asap.

Respected sir,

Sewer line is blocked near main entrance gate of block 7 & 6 near to small park of block-6 of spring field colony faridabad. During heavy rain public is facing big problem. Water of sever does not pass. Please take action in this regard.
It is humbly suggested that during monsoon season we should focus on sewer line. People particularly living in ground floor face huge problem if sewer does not pass smoothly.

We hope necessary action will taken on top priority basis.

Your house tax department not resolving our house tax matter. Our house is 71 gaj. Our number as per registery is 2597 but your department give notice of 2616 to us. And they provides dates and dates and one year is gone but no solution is there.

Can you please provide me the name who solve the problems.

Can i apply the rti in this case.

Sir, i am a resident of house no.1182, sector 37, faridabad. The sewer of this lane has been mostly blocked. They are in very bad condition in rainy season, all the waste is over flowing on the road. There is no proper drainage facility in the sector. I request the concerned authorities to take necessary action and change the sewer line. If this situation prevails, children and elderly will catch health problems easily and authorities would be to blame. Please undertake necessary steps to ensure that the sewage line is changed.

This is to inform you that we are facing a problem of blocked sewer in front of our house (D-318, bhagat singh colony, ballabgarh). Due to blockage of sewer we are facing the overflow of dirty water inside our house.
It mostly even overflows on the road. The street gets flooded with dirty water and filled with bad smell. It is an unhygienic state of living and a great nuisance to us. We are facing intolerable issue due to smell of sewer.
I kindly request the concerned authorities to look into this serious matter and we request you to clean blocked sewer asap.

Please do the needful asap.

I am residing near children park sainik colony. It is located behind sainik cly market there is huge sewage problem there. Sewage water spilling out of the sewage and spread all over the roads. We have complaint multiple times in mcf but nobody listens so far. It is very annoying that these people are not taking responsibility and just doing pass on messages. If calls multiple time then they become very rude.

Last one month and no action has been taken by any one. It’s a season of dengue and if this can’t be looked upon the people will start suffering from these serious diseases. Appreciate if you can look into this issue. Thanks

Eco green company take charges per room too pickup Kuda at each house.not for each house kindly please inform regarding this issue it has too pickup Kuda charges for house or for each room or floor wise .
(1) eco green company vechile which are coming in our area take
charges 30rupees per room in each house
(2) like tat if you ave 5 rooms in your house they take charges 150
rupees
(3 ) in our area...

This is to bring in your notice that from 2-3 weeks manually garbage collecting person not coming in our streets. Even garbage collecting van are running in all areas of sector-23 but not coming inside gali no.53 of sanjay colony which is just distance of 500 meters from sector-23.
You are requested to please send the van for garbage collection in this area, so that clean and healthy environment should be maintained.

I am a resudent of sainik colony, block E. There is no water for rhe last 3-4 days. The complaint customer service reprentative is useless and lacks manners while communicating. If there is problem then it should be communicated to the residents so that they can make arrangements accordingly. In this heat its utter nonsense that there is no water and there is no explanation either.

Kindly rectify this problem as it is getting too much to bear. And also please teach your staff some manners.

we have been filling number of written complaints for Sewer Blockage and Overflow.
Old House No. - 7645 (New House No. - 286 ), Street no. - 6, 60 feet road near masjid parvatiya colony NIT Faridabad, full street are flooded with Sewer water and its back-flow complete street are dirty due to sewer dirty water.
most important thing is that in this street one school K.B. Sr. Sec school is present. In this school many children are comes to learn and they are also facing the problem.
Small children are come to school due to this they are not able to pass the road and not arrive in school on time.
Because of this, there is lots of smell, mosquitoes and other problems that we are facing.
Humble request to you please take necessary action.

Sir,

This is to inform you that the road side drains was cleaned by the agency appointed by MCF. But, they have not cleaned it properly and they did not cover the drains after cleaning. This is happened near Sihi moad (behind H. No. 914, sector-7C, Faridabad. Therefore, it is requested to kindly take action against the agency or send the person to cover all the drain. These drains grows the mosquitoes and other insect in the rainy season.

This issue is going on from a month now, govt has taken over from pvt water supplier but has not taken any steps to put motors to supply in blocks. We are given option of free water tanker which absolutly currpt and blackmales us in the govt water supply, we will call him but he will make fake peomises to come but never does for free unless we tip him 200buks for every tanker. Its been over a month now and our frustation has reach at top, how much time does a motor installation takes a month? You should quit if cant work, let the capable show them how work is done. Our humble request is to you is take a strong follow up and atleast let us live peacefully.

Once again unscrupulous land mafia is trying to grab the MCF land in front of suraj kund the venue of the prestigious Suraj Kund Mela. The huts were removed last Sunday and in the four days again the people have moved in to set up tents.
Thia has to be stopped as it sewms like a planned action to occupy govt land. Soon this will lead to this becoming an unauthorised colony with open defecation on prime govt land.
