This to bring to your notice that Mrs Sunita and Mr. Dharampal Chaudhary R/o H. No. E-16/1120 Khalsa Nagar, Tank Road, Karol Bagh, New Delhi, have been persuing illegal construction through fraudulent means, as the plot is under dispute and a case of specific performance has been going on related to it in the court of Mr. Gaurav Khatana, JMIC, Faridabad and an appeal has been filed with next date of hearing on 16/08/21 in the court of Mr. Rajesh Sharma ADJ, Faridabad. It is illegal to persue construction on a property during the appellate period of its suit pendency before any court of law. The aforesaid plot is situated in Rajender Colony, Village Mawai, Faridabad, which falls under the municipal corporation of Faridabad, on plot bearing khewat no. 32/24, khatoni no. 37/31, khasra no. 11/2/2 measuring 5 kanal to the extent of ½ share 2 kanal 10 marla, khewat no. 58/50, khatoni no. 67/72 rect. no. 3 killa no’s 1, 9, 10, 11, 12, 19, 20, 21, rect. no. 4 killa no. 6, 15/1, 15/2, 16/1, rect. No. 30 killa no. 7/2, 8/1, 13, 18, 23/2, 24, 25/1, rect. no. 42 killa no. 10, 11, 26, rect. no. 43 killa no. 5/2, 6/1, 15/1, 15/2 measuring 117 kanal 8 marla, khewat no. 131/116, khatoni. No. 190 rect. no. 5 killa no. 21/2, 22/1, rect. no. 11 killa no. 1/1 total 122 kanals of piece of land situated in the revenue estate of Village Mawai Tehsil and Distt. Faridabad. The plot is measuring 225 sq. yards (33’*61.4’). The boundaries of the plot in dispute are as follows:
Towards North: Land of others
Towards South: Rasta Aam
Towards East: Land/ Plot of Rao Mahender
Towards West: Land/ Plot of Anand Khanna
Mr. Chaudhary has been doing construction on the abovementioned plot during the pendency of the mentioned suit, which is illegal, unlawful and fraudulent. He has been in connivance with MCF officials, who have time and again allowed him to raise the illegal structure despite knowing the fact that Mr. Chaudhary does not have proper approvals required for raising the illegal construction on the mentioned plot.
I request your goodself hereby to lodge an FIR in this matter, and take necessary actions as per the rules.
