Hi I am a resident of NIT3 - A BLOCK
This is to bring to your notice that roads are in real bad situation here due to street dogs poops and dust.
One side of the roads are clean since it gets cleaned up on monthly basis by a lady sweeper while the other side remains dirty all through out. When asked this lady to clean the other side she said it doesn't come under her coverage and she can not clean this portion

I would like to understand who is responsible and whom should we contact to get this cleaned on regular basis. Considering pandemic cleanliness is all more important and I would like to understand who is responsible to keep the roads and roadsides clean if these are getting dumped by street dogs and other animals?

We are residing at H No 1980, Sec 16 Near Jain Mandir, Faridabad.
Since one month, we are getting contaminated Supply of water .Lots of sand/mud come along with the water. Water is not even usable to washing clothes and bathing.
Drinking such water creating health problems and even damages our RO and geyser element many times.
Please resolve the issue at earliest

Roads and nali are not getting clean. No one comes to get them clean in Mukesh Colony Ballabgarh, gali number 17. MCF workers are roaming here and there but no one clean them.

I am resident of HOuse No. 1307 sector 9 faridabad. Sever blockage is recurring problem in our line and every time I need to complaint again and again and after follow up MCF staff come to open the sever. This time also sever is blocked and fillled. PLease send the staff for opening the sever and requested to quarterly or atleast 6 monthly inspection by MCF staff be done.

As you know there is tough time now and face dune to covid19. But we are facing another major problem of shortage of water supply. Our house is located in (Block - C house no- 469, 470, 603, 604, 605, 22feet Road, SGM Nagar FBD). Our house line is attached to three mainly gail's that are (5, 6, 7) in which there are three tubewells respectively. But we don't get a single drop of water a day, this problem was from past 2-3 months but now we are facing tough time due to shortage of water supply. Please get the issue resolved.

Garbage collection is not done regularly in sector 18 faridabad, When we complaint about it, they behave rudely and threaten that they wont pick garbage and we can do whatever we can do. Is this how this works??? He comes in 4-5 days in a month. Every month, they come to collect money, but they dont pick garbage. MCF helplines are of no use.

Garbage collection people do not come at fixed time.. niether they ring a bell nor music so that person should know that they came..my gatbage is kept from last 1 week and they didnt picked that up.. when they collect money they ring bell for garbage they dont..

I want to bring in your notice that very dirty water, yellowish, sewerage mixed is coming in our colony from past 4/5 days.

I request to kindly take action on this on priority and resolve it soon, otherwise people of whole colony will get ill .
Drinking such a contaminated water will result into spreading of
mass disease .

I am a resident of H.no. MCF 22, Gali No 1, Shiv Colony, Tigaon Road, Ballabgarh . I want to bring in your notice that the water in Water Supply line coming in our colony and vicinity from past 3/4 days is very dirty, foul smell, mixed with mud and sewerage water.

Whole colony and nearby vicinity may get sick by drinking such water.
And in this covid time this may result into some deaths also, due to non availability...

There is an empty plot next to my building people throw their dust and wastage in that plot, I have personally stoped so many people to throw their wastage there but they never listen. By seeing that wastage cows come there in search of food but from yesterday there is a cow lying there and not moving I went to see that cow and I found that poor thing dead . It's my humble request to your team to please come here and collect the body of the cow before it will start decomposing.

Sewer line in our area got stuck the sewer water is coming on the road just because of this the people live around the gatar from which the sewer water is coming are facing so many problem they are geting sick so please come over here to remove the waste from the sewer line .so that the sewer water which is coming on the road will not come and this is the second time when i'm writting this complaint so please take some action as soon as possible

I am a resident of Sector 7A, Housing Board Colony, Faridabad. The street lights in the front of House No. 2491 and other street lights in the same area sharing common connection are not working since 7 days and the roads are completely dark. People have fallen many times on roads as roads are in very poor condition and absence of street light make it worse to walk on roads. Kindly see to it and fix the problem as soon as possible.
