Hello, i'm a resident of nizampet village living in palampally villas second gate. On the road opposite to the gate there is a large dump of waste thrown daily. At night there a like atleast 30 dogs in front of our gates barking and making a lot of noise. Packs of dogs run after people and groan. Outside our apartment, a dog given birth to 6 kids. Two of them expired by falling into drainage. 4 more are left with their mom. Most of the time quarrelling, biting each other and following us.
