I bought a sweet samosa box from keshav reddy sweets, banjara hills branch through swiggy and found live cockroach when i opened the box. I had to throw away the box and had to get refund from swiggy. I dont have photos of the cockroach since it skittered away as soon as i opened the box. This is not the first instance though.in my earlier visits got cockroaches crawling over my food. Inspite of repeated requests there is least action from the management. Hi today we went to cream chemistry ice cream shop.. We asked to parcel ice creams for kids... Ordered two. Added some ice smoke producing agent even though we told not to.. And charging 20 rupees extra for each parcel... We paid 40 rupees extra just for paper cups parcel for 2 ice creams... Which is not acceptable... When we asked them.. Also request you to distribute few trees to plant in front of house to increase greenery.
