The above case was heard on 30 april, @ lok adalath, city civil courts, hyd.
One mr yadaiah from the circle office and assured the court that fresh measurements for my property located in malakpet 16-2-146/d (Ptin no [protected]) and 16-2-146/d/1 (Ptin [protected]) circle 4a today at 10.30am.
He did not come till noon and the officials forged the signature as notice served. The matter pertains to abnormal & illogical tax hike.
I want that proper measurements need to be taken and tax revised as the case is now posted on 04 june, 2017.
I must be contacted at [protected] (Advocte) at least a couple of days in advance to take measurements in front of me.

Sir,
We are having daily disturbance more than 5 times from near by mosque. It is ok to have it for few min a day. But they are having it in loud speakers for hours. Even at 11pm it is going on and again at 5am. We have kids and old people who are unable to sleep. We are unable to attend phone meetings also. Please have them remove loud speakers or atleast reduce volume.

Subject : illegal construction of 30 sq yards commercial building g+1 on government road and water hand pumpu
We have already given complaints about this illegal construction of g+1 commercial building north 10 feet road, east 30 feet road at north side road occupied 3feet road and government boor pump at mettuguda very near by icici bank atm which is belong to secundrabad circle -18. No municipal officers till now not taken any action in this regard. We submitted all proofs of photo graphs stating that place belong to government road, municipal officers didn't taken any action,
No officers not taken any action till now, so that the owner continuing first floor rcc roofing, and he his using all the construction material dumping, mixing material on the road for his work. Local people suffering for going for his own house.
All are the local public demanding stop the work immediately, and take immediate action.
Note sir secunderabad circle town planning acp and other officers ku two time complaint, ghmc illegal constructions complaint cell ku complaint chesina no action sir. Public bore pump, govt road kabja chestunna pattincukovadam ledu.

Sir. There are nearly 4 street dogs that are causing lots of trouble. They are biting kids when returning from play. Our neighbour has tied 1 belt to one of the dog but it doesn't mean they are pet dogs. Old people n kids are terrified with the dogs. The children and elder people are not able to commute happily. Everyday the threat of those dogs have taken away our peace of mind. Please take this as high priority and take those dogs..

Dear sir,

I am a resident of huda layout, nallagandla, serilingampally constituency. We are having a severe problem in our area as there is no drainage system and some people of the apartments and individual houses are leaving the drainage onto the roads which is causing severe problem to the other residents. I am very much concerned as it will cause contagious diseases like malaria and typhoid to the young children living in our area.

There are 8 to 9 pigs staying beside my home, from last two weeks two pigs dies and we informed local gmhc people for collection of the bodies and the have collected it.

We want someone to get rids of the pigs from our street, they are causing bad smell an[censored]nhygienic to all the people.

There is also lot of garbage left next to our house.

We live in barkatpura bear bus depot and the two lanes beside our house has around 10-15 dogs which create a mess in the night time for people passing by and not allowing anyone to go or they chase them . Please do something for this . There are around 10-15 dogs who sit in the colony blocking the way and trying to attack the pedestrians also which is very harmful to the people living here . The exact location is near Barkatpura bus depot and the beside lane also .

This is to inform you that, there are lot of street dogs in my apartment and they are making our life miserable. They are biting us, they are huge threat to our kids and all o[censored]s in the apartment and also they are tearing the seat covers of our bikes.

I kindly request you to please send a dog catcher van and take away these dogs.

Dear sir, we are sufferers from drainage water frequently overflowing from manholes, due to the bad smell people near our houses suffering from viral fever. We gave several complaints to ghmc authorities to rectify permanently, they are coming and doing 10% work and going away, due to the incomplete job the problem repeating with in a week. Please rectify the problem completely, so that it may not repeat again and again.

We have like 2 groups of dogs in our locality, red hills and behind that jangam basti.

They are like 8 dogs in each clan atleast. They keep fighting over territory and continuously howl all through out the night. That moaning noise is very irritating and doesn't let us sleep. And they attack or follow bikers when we go past them on the street.

It is becoming dangerous for residents of both streets to stay in peace. You can come down and listen to the barking and moaning at night after 2am in the lane infront of hyder medical center in redhills.

Please do something about this as soon as possible

There are about 6 dogs in one spot on the footpath in one of the crowded places. These dogs come on to you and attack you if you are even walking on the footpath. The location is wipro circle, the road coming from q-city to isb road, financial district, gachibowli.

I am rakesh residential from tarnaka, i have ordered honey pepper chilly mushroom from swiggy at kim fung chines restaurant at tarnaka.

It's consists of cockroach, when i raised a concern to swiggy, they want to replace with another starter.

My concern is not about money or replacing the starter, i want your team to take a preventative action against this kind of restaurants and swiggy team who is not at all feeling responsible in serving quality food.

We are having a lot of problems with street dogs, in ratnanagar, new maruthinagar, kothapet. Gangs of dogs are creating terror and tension to walkers, they are coming into apartments. We are very much tensed about children and even to us also. Every night it is a very big problem to bear the shouts of these street dogs. Old people and heart patients are there in our colony.

Problem is mostly in lanes near sanjeevani medical shop.

Kindly take action about this problem at the earliest.
