Respected sir/madam,
I k. Venugopal resident of h. No.:16-81, new mirjalguda, malkajgiri, ward no.141, request your kind consideration to construct speed breakers on the road which starts from new mirjalguda 'x' roads towards railway tunnel to jyotinagar. Not even a single speed breaker is installed on this lengthy road. Bikers and auto drivers are driving very rashly due to which we are frightened to get on the road from lanes. One week ago an old aged lady (Above 60yrs.) called rajamma a shopkeeper who stays beside mother india orphans home met with an accident because of high speed driving by one of the biker. Her leg got fractured immediately and the scene was so horrific that everyone who saw were fearful. Immediately her leg bone got seperated and the foot was hanging. She was admitted in l. K. Hospital, malkajgiri and undergone a surgery. Children will be crossing the road to go to shops and if the same happens to any child, they can't survive. It's really very urgent to install the speed breakers on this road with immediate effect.
Hence request you to kindly consider the above and take the necessary action as early as possible on priority. The photos of the road are attached in this regard.

There are lot of street dogs in our are maheah nagar, new mallepally and they are becoming serious threat to kids and even adults. Get them under control as soon as possible and stop spreading of any epidemic.

The problem here is serious and may lead to severe casualties.

Hi sir, we have 7 speed breakers within a range of 1000 mts each and causing lot of inconvenience to commuters. We have corporaters and colony members in that road and no one is ready to complaint on it, request you to kindly take immediate action.

We tried to speak with members in that road and they are shouting like anything and nothing is working.

On 7/3/18 i took mushroom manchurian and tangdi chicken parcel from kings bar & restaurant, located on vst road, vidyanagar for my daughter, since mid night she vomiting frequently due food poison, i think they supplied me the stored food, hence i request you to inspect the above said restaurant and take necessary action.

Hawkers selling items like brooms, ginger, garlic, onion, biscuits, repairs etc. Are making speaker announcements. These announcements are loud, begin early in the morning till evening causing noise pollution. Request authorities to check this noise pollution in the alwal area and impose restrictions inside colonies on a daily basis, the level of sound from these speakers or atleast the timings.

Complaint against drainage leakage & drainage water coming out from drainage

I am rathnam ravi kumar resident of # 16-8-108, kaladera, chanchalguda, hyderabad.

I would like to inform you that in my street last 4 days drainage are blocking and drainage water coming out from drainage, in my home and in street small children and senior citizen, they and all suffering lot

I sincerely requesting you sir please to take the matter serious and please solve it as soon as possible (Before health probles come to small children and senior citizen)

Subject: Dairy farm in Mytri nagar Colony.

This is in regards to the Dairy and Poultry farm in street no 4, @3-1-242 Mytri nagar Colony, L b nagar, Hyderabad. The dairy farm is built in a residential area thereby causing problems for the people in the society. The animals are kept in very conjusted often Screams for unhealthy maintainance causing sound position also the dung is not being cleaned even after repeated requests. There are even pests, mosquitoes and foul smell in the society due to unhygienic maintenance of the buffalo house and because of this small children in the society are often fell sick. Is there a law for removing a dairy farm from the residential area. If so please take necessary steps.

For the last nine months the number of stray dogs in the locality have increased manifold and the people living in this area have been terror-striken by such dogs.

It is also most obnoxious and disturbing when these stray dogs start barking in chorus continuing for prolonged time at all the nights robbing of slumber of the people. It is now of paramount necessity to get rid of these dogs immediately from this locality so that the residents living in this area can heave a sigh of relief.

Looking to the gravity of the situation i would request your good-self to take immediate remedial measures to rid this area from the obnoxious menace.

Your immediate action in the matter will be highly appreciated.

We are living in balanagar area near x roads.
Here street dogs became a problem to lot of people. They are chasiing down kids and elders and barking whole night disturbing whole neighborhood.
I am living here from past 4 months are the street dogs count is just increasing and i never saw a dog catching van in this area.
Kindly look into this matter and solve this problem as soon as possible.

The main drainage line in our residence lane was blocked from a week and the manholes in that line were overflowing.The same problem was repeating from few months but the management resolving the problem temporarily.Kindly consider the problem and resolve it permanently without causing road blockage from drainage waste, mosquitoes from spreading diseases and inconvenience to the residents.

Dear sir,

I am staying with my family in allapur, sri vivekananda nagar, borabanda division, near to hanuman and ayyappa swamy temple from the past 3 years. The whole area is suffering with moquitos not only in the night and also in the day time. Children, youngers, elders everyone was feeling uncomfortable with these mosquitos in the night as we dont have proper sleep in the night. As dengue and malaria fevers are caused by the mosquitos, in this regards i request you to kindly advice the municipal commissioner and the area corporator to take necessary action on this and keep the area to be clean and i request you to please send the mosquito fogging machine atleast thrice in a month to avoid and kill them.

We live in milan colony, bandlaguda, chandrayan gutta, hyderabad.
Our complaint is regarding scrap factories in our colony they are using the colony park as dump yard and burning the scrap over there. So please take an action against them and please renovate our colony park so that children play in the park.

There is a lot of suffering and pain occurred due to street dogs on arunodaya colony of bandlaguda road. The dogs are coming over pedestrians, walkers and bike goers creating panic to the people around. The situation is becoming worse and threatening to the people. Please take immediate action.

Dear sir,

I stay in bsv enclave, (Lean besides mother & child hospital) temple alwal road. Yesterday the neighbors dog (Staying exactly opposite mata temple) went berserk and rampaged around the residential area for 5 minutes threatening children and elders alike. Since the last couple of months this is the third time and the owners are least bothered and the people living are scared. The dog is ferocious and the owners are not able to control / rein-in the same.

We want you to act upon the same urgently as its poising a life threat to children and adults alike.

Dear officer,

We are residents of 21-14, sharada nagar, dilsukhnagar, hyderabad.

We are writing this in regards to the struggle we are facing with mosquitoes and diseases caused by mosquito bites. The current situation is worst in the known history, as the mosquitoes are countless in number. It is so bad that we are afraid of opening doors and windows throughout the day.in spite of all the safety measures kids are falling sick every other day and we are spending sleepless nights trying to kill the mosquitoes. Please find a picture attached with this message.

The vexation is beyond description and i hope you understand the severity of the problem. We request you to kindly take necessary action to control the mosquitoes and the spread of viral diseases.

A victim of mosquitoes.

I am a resident of kondapur raja rajeshwari nagar. There is a building construction going just behind my building. They continue the work till night 2 am which creates lots of problems for us. We cannot sleep properly even at midnight. Some action should be taken for these things to stop to atleast let the public rest at night. The site is bringing trucks and unloading materials, doing some work with concrete and all at night. Won't the noise effect us in sleep after whole days work. Why is construction at night allowed. They have whole day to do things.

My son born on 10/10/2013 at pvt hospital at domalguda. At the time of recharge, hospital said that they will submit a copy of birth certificate at the local office of ghmc.

But they did not submit any such information at the local ghmc circle office. I was trying to follow up the same with hospital. The hospital staff says that there management team got changed and they have no idea about the same. When i have shown all the bills at the hospitals then the lady doctor dr suvarna (Gynecologist) gave a letter about my son's birth and asked to me to go the local ghmc circle office.

The ghmc circle office of domalguda is asking me to submit an affidavit along with 5000/- bribe.

I know that i have to produce an affidavit but why should i bribe.

Please look into this and help me out of the situation.

Just to let you know that all my father as sanitary inspector and mother as a sweeper used to work for mch.

We have been in trouble by the increase in the number of street dogs in bhel (Tharuns shopping complex near zphs). They are very wild and chasing the people and kids. Please send a dog van to catch them. There soo many kids daily and it's a school zone, i hope you understand.

Garbage and dirty water thrown by neighbours building in front of our showroom road. No action taken by them despite several complaints for a very long time. The place is getting dirty day by day. People has even started littering there. And the road flows with dirty water which inturn is increasing mosquitoes in the area. Hence kindly do the needful.
