Dear sir,

I am staying at rahamath nagar, due to some problem the municipal department has opend the drainage 15 days back they digged the road and coverd 3/4 of the road with solil and open driange water flow due to that we are getting bad smell and health problems and other issues. Please look into it asap.

This to bring the issue in notice the main street light which is not working from months in musheerabad cross roads signals. the signal which is connected with busstop and metro work is 24 hours. still they don't have street light working. this is so careless ness. i request on behalf of everyone safety please send the electrician as soon as possible.

I am writing this complaint regarding area garbage cleaning. I stay near hight court, ghansi bazar, h. No 21-6-307.
The garbage cleaning persons hardly shows up once in a week. We need to throw our garbage by our own, which is very irritating. So requesting you to. Follw up properly and make sure that cleaning persons visit properly and regularly

Gram panchayat lohraula me gram pardhan dwara manrega me dhandhli ka aarop hai.. Gram pradhan dwara ganv le apatra vyktiyo ke naam dala ke paisa nikalwa lets hai... Usse bada aarop ye hai ki jin logo ne manrega me kaam kiya hai unko wo 150 rupee par day ke hisab se paisa de raha hai... Jo ki akdam nazayaz hai... Issi tarah gram pradhan ke upar kai aur aarop hai... Jo ki jaanch ke baad pata chalega...

Ganv ke log pradhan ke is rawaiye se paresan hai...

Ganv wale pradhan ke khilaf kadi karwai ki many kr rahe hai...

We are unable to get sleep because of these Street dogs.so many time we complained about this issue.no one is resolved.especially in borabanda Raj nagar area nearly 30 Street dogs are living.we are very much scared about these dogs.please provide solution for this.at night these Street dogs making so much of noise.we are unable to get sleep and we are unable to prepare for examinations also.

We are seeing a gradual increase in number of stray dogs in our area in recent times.People travelling during night time are having a hard time to go alone on roads.

Being a school and college zone many children and youngsters walk on roads daily and necessary steps needs to be taken to control them otherwise it could become an alarming situation.

Especially females are having a nightmare during evening hours with these dogs running here and there and trying to attack people near to them.

Please look into this issue very seriously and do the needful on priority.

Hi sir,

I am rangareddy residence of h. No: 12-7-134, plot no: 281, flat no - g-2, sai krupa nilayam, anjaneya nagar, moosapet, hyderabad. We are getting a huge problem with our neighbour dog. We have told them so, many times but no use. Kindly please help us in this issue.

Garbage is a major issue in our effort to keep india clean. Our pm had launched the swachh bharat program and a lot of our politicians used this as a photo shoot opportunity but with little traction on the ground. I am today highlighting one such problem with garbage.

- people still throw garbage on the roads with impunity. Is it time to penalize them for making our city dirty?
- municipal workers offcourse are doing the world a favor by taking a salary because they definitely are not doing their jobs. Is it time to shut down such behemoth organizations and privatize the cleaning operations?

The sweepers get a good salary with benefits but when they come for work they ask for money from the residents to clean the road and the garbage. Why are we tolerating this corruption? Will this be taken up and resolved or as usual nothing will be done?

This is street no 2, st. John's road, east marredpally, secunderabad where the local residents have made the end of the street a garbage dump.
- the garbage man says he has strict instructions only to pick up household garbage. He will not pick it up even if you are willing to pay for the same.
- the municipal sweepers state that they have strict instructions to only clean main roads and not side streets. They will offcourse come over and pick up bottles and other stuff that they can sell from the same spot walking over the garbage thrown here.
- talking to the residents of the apartment and the independent houses refuse to listen when we try to stop them and their workers from throwing the garbage on the street.
- i have filed 3 complaints on the ghmc site and everytime they have closed the complaints stating "will look into it".
- how can a complaint be closed without an action being taken? Thinking about an action or reading the complaint is not a resolution but this being a govt organization expecting a solution may be asking for too much.
- why have a grievance cell when no action is taken?
- the feedback on the performance of the cell is very low and there seems to be no effort to make an improvement to make them efficient and effective.

Action required :
- regular cleaning of all main roads, bylanes, streets and lanes in east marredpally.
- communication to the residents on the cleaning schedule and who is responsible to ensure the work is done. This should be displayed prominantly in all localities.
- holding the ghmc officials accountable for not doing their job as they are responsible to ensure that secunderabad is a clean city
- accountability of the sweepers who are not doing their job and are blackmailing the residents to dish out money to clean the streets.

Who will make this street swatch because as per ghmc this road and umpteen other such roads are not in india as the swatch bharat drive does not apply here?

Dear sir/madam,

I am the resident of h. no. 5-14-115/5c/p, indira nagar, hb colony phase ii, moula-ali, near amena masjid. i would like to inform you that, opposite to my resident frequently drainage is blocking near to the manhole, which is leaing to viral fever, unbearable smell and we are unable to move on the street. this is happening due to sewage from pariwar function hall not being cleared for several days (please find the pictures attached) and food waste left on the road for many days due to this dogs and pigs are roaming around.

I have raising this issue from last 6 months. however, facilities from ghmc are not taking severe action on this and the problem still persists immediately after occurrence of any function at pariwar function hall.

I request you to take this matter as urgent and make an arrangement for new chamber for function hall. please take an action at the earliest possible because devotees are also facing problem while going to masjid.

I'm kiran resident of moosapet (balaji nagar), i would like to bring this problem to your notice, there are 100's of street dogs in my locality and biting every one, chasing bikes and make them fall, this causes injuring public in both ways.

This number got increased day by day (both injuries and dogs).

I would like to bring to your kind attention that there is no road present for colony street next to our colony has been provided with road by local municipal but our colony has no road for past two years
As of now mud road is present with lot of damaged and irregular bumps in the street and its not able to walk on the roads also due rains water is getting stagnated . We have lot of small kids going to school every lady through this road it's very dangerous as they can't see the depth of they filled with water also cars n bikes involved I risk factor .
Please look into it and make us walk and drive with out any fear...

This is a complaint regarding drainage water which is flowing on the roads when ever it rains in vijay nagar colony, humayunagar, hyderabad...
When it rains the full road will be blocked with drainage water.
This dirty water is creating much problems for the people who are leaving in our locality & raising the mosquitoes in the area which is leading health issues.

Dear sir/ madam, i am rahul k from serene homes, pragathi enclave, miyapur, hyderabad-500049. stay dogs became a threat for the kids playing around the home. request you to please send stay dog catching van to our eleven housed gated community, serene homes. there are around ten stay dogs roaming together and threatening people walking around. also they are running behind vehicles and thus becoming cause for accidents. request you to take necessary steps to provide us better living in our great hyderabad. thank you, rahul

In vijaya nagar colony near asif nagar near meena function hall. There is drainage near the newly build ghmc park where all the kids play, the drainage is not closed properly and making people sick. Could you please consider this as a priority and close the drainage system. As there are chances kids falling into the deep drainage.

This is also making surrounding neighbors sick. Please can you let mch workers complete their work

We as citizens, wish to draw your attention towards, the illegal usage of public space/ footpaths used by local shopkeepers at nampally, opposite bsnl bhavan, specially below hotel annapurna, hyderabad.
Pin 500003.

Public footpaths are for public to walk and not for shopkeepers to display all their products. this is creating a problem for people walking on the footpath.

Please take necessary action, i hope the authorities understand us public.

I am the resident of opp upperpally piller no 193 main road saroornagar, piller no 193. drainage cleaning people have opened the drainage lid infront of our shop since 3month and it is near to my shop and there is a way to colony. they have opened it 3 month ago and still they have not closed it. now it is releasing a foul smell and no way to go. our kids also getting problem to go school and no bus and auto coming to our colony. we are unable to tolerate that smell and getting lot of problem it is becoming a problem for vehicles to go by this route. if it's rain then it is filling with water and flowing on the road. small children are effecting with diseases.
