Dear sir, Iam a resident of suleman nagar Hno: 4-3-/5/1/D rajendra nagar opposite pillar no 242. We the residents of suleman nagar are facing the problem of drainage overflow from the past 1 week garbage is spreading all over the road this is not the first time we are facing the problm once in a month this issue comes due to this overflow people are facing health issues after giving several complaints no action has been taken till now we request you to solve the issue as soon as possible. We are residents of Kartikeyanagar, Nacharam of Kapra Municipal area. The drain near the manhole on the road near our house is chocked and the waste water is not flowing into the drain. The water is coming out from drain near our house. It can become a breeding ground for dangerous mosquitoes of Dengue, malaria and other deadly diseases. We are hereby complaining about the huge garbage that is collected on the dust bins and also on the streets. Does anybody official taking interest about the health of the public.During the last 10 days nobody turns up to lift the garbage .Please take this on war footing basis, otherwise if any epidemic disease can spread the department will be held responsible.
We want to see Hyderabad a clean and Green city.city. Dont take it easy and take a firm action against the sanitary staff.

Dear sir,

Its a complain about garbage in my street and no garbage collector has responded on their work properly. From last 7 days the garbage is stored and flowing in the street and we and neighborhood getting and awful bad smell, bacteria flies is spreading more in our houses.
Please try to do something for a clearance and good environment regularly and not to happen an irresponsible work in the future.

Global warning states us for a clean and green environment all over the world.

I would appreciate your work will be done soon.

I, Mohamed Zia ur Rahman, resident of H.No 17-3-1/3, Suryarjung Dewdi, Yakhutpura, Hyderabad - 500023 has been following up with GHMC Electricians time and again for a very small task of installing a street light in my lane with a switch. That street light has to be operated by connecting open wires which poses a serious danger to the citizens including playful children. At first, i have raised complaint number 2015-06-W166268 on Jun 1, 2015. This was assigned to Sri.Nageshwara Rao, AE, [protected] who then assigned it to K.Venkata Amaranath, Dy EE, [protected]. I had reminded them twice about this small work and they responded saying they will install the switch once new Electrical stock arrives (really?). To my surprise, Sri.Nageshwara Rao closed this ticket while still waiting for the new Electrical stock to arrive. I then raised complaint number 2015-06-W171236 on Jun 22, 2015. This was assigned to Sri.Nageshwara Rao, AE, [protected] who then assigned it to K.Venkata Amaranath, Dy EE, [protected]. The story repeated. I reminded them on multiple occasions about this and the latest response from them was the same i.e. they are waiting for new Electrical stock to arrive (where can i bang my head?). This ticket was closed on 25th Jun 2015, 27th Jun 2015, 30th Jun 2015 and i kept calling the GHMC call center and got them reopened everytime they were closed without rectification. I think i have spent more amount in calling them than the Amount required for purchasing a switch for the street light in my locality. These guys have their cell phones switched off during working hours. At times I succeed in getting hold of them when attempting to call after 7pm but their response is callous. GHMC is so busy doing nothing and eating up the Tax payers hard earned money

In our area hand pump is working good condition but one of the resident removed hand pump and kept motor pump and using for his home
We already given a complaint in ur 121 division office for this issue, so they have installed a water tank at bore well for public purpose. We are happy for take action and solving public problem. But that person is using same and broken the water taps. I request you to please remove the tank and keep hand pump as usual. So that when ever we need we can water.

Sir, I am resident of H. No.12-1-119/1, Ayodhya Nagar colony Nagole, Bandlaguda, Hyderabad-500 068. In recent times, one stray Pig is roaming across our colony and it seems Pregnant. To avoid further health problems to our colony residents, requesting you to kindly shift the Pig from our colony without further delay. Opposite to Verabadreya Bhavanam in Suryanagar, Chikkadpally, they are constructing the house without permission. In an area of 90 yards they constructed 3 floors and a pent house on 4th floor. while constructing 3rd floor the balcony part has been fell down at the time of 2.00am (Mid night). we are very panic about the situation. we request you to take necessary actions on owner of the building and the engineer who supported him for the construction.

dear sir recently government passed a budget of 30 laks for our village located in balrampur rehrabazar and village name is banjariya husain, it hardly past 3 to 4 month and the road has been ruined in first month of rainy season sir we villager ask that where has all budget gone.pls take some serious action against all crrupt leader including pardhan.please send some of officer to examine the road

Respected sir, Sub - Poor Drainage Arrangements In Balaji Nagar Layout Defense Colony Division (135) We the residents of Balaji Nagar Layout bring to your kindly notice that the drainage which is laid by GHMC had not maintained the level from the existing houses and whenever the drainage is blocked the drainage is flowing back to our septic tank and further coming into our bathrooms The line from the Balaji Temple to Mr K.Sudhakar house ( H.No 35-77/17 ) to opposite lane up to H.No 34-149, north side of Balaji Nagar layout do not have any proper drainage arrangements . the existing 6” diameter line laid long back with the contributions from the residents, at that time very few houses were there, now many houses came up in the area. Hence the existing small size line is not adequate to cater the needs. More over the last length of the line do not have manholes for a length of about 100 feet and a part of line runs through a private plot hence the line get choked (blocked ) frequently and the cleaning is difficult due to lack of manholes and also if the owner of the plot block the line at any time it will be most difficult for all the residents of the area, since all the toilets gets blocked and it may lack of lot of time to lay a new line all of a sudden at that time, In view of all the above and in view of frequent blockages the GHMC authorities were requested many times to take up the underground drainage systems but no action was taken either by GHMC or HMWSSB till now. Very frequent blocks are causing the health problems in the area In view of all the above it is requested to kindly instruct concerned authorities to take up the work on the top priority to save us from an SOS situation and consequent health hazards Thanking you Yours faithfully

Hi Sir, I am Lohith Reddy Kakulavaram resides in Plot no : 31 Dwaraka Thriumala Colony, Omkar nagar - 500079. There was continuous drainage overflow from past 25 days which causing bad smell and leading to habitat of mosquitoes and flies. Its very hard walk daily because it is right in front of the house. I have reported the issue to the commissioner a week back but i heard no response from them. I kindly request you to address the problem immediately as it is causing deep trouble . Roads are worst in the line of global edge school, lane right side of image hospitals madhapur. most of the people who work in mindspace, hitec city come by this lane...its very dangerous roads here leads to accidents daily ...every time drainage water is flowing from this school lane.dont know how govt has given permission...plz check and give better service to the people. plz repair this road immediately...Nearest door no. 1-190

The persistent garbage problem on Darulshifa Road, Hyderabad 500024. immediately next to Focus High school, behind Salarjung museum causing hazardous problems to the school and the pedestrians too. The new school ( Focus high School ) has come into existence in the year 2013 and since then many requests and complaints have been made in news papers as well as in the GHMC but to no avail. All the complaints seem to have fallen on deaf ears.It has been more than two years that the school teachers and the students are suffering discomfort from the garbage's stench and unbearable and disgusting foul smell. The school being on the main road, the presence of the garbage dump makes it difficult for the parents and school kids to even stand or park or wait outside the school. Also there is an electrical transformer, which happens to lie between the school and the garbage bin.So in between this lies a sea of filth and stinky garbage of almost 10 meters. To make matters worst the male citizens of our beautiful city glorify it with their glorious yellow rain. Meaning ...they pee on it. This is a very pathetic and disgusting situation for the new school and it's members.Staff and students are always prone to the danger of contracting air-borne diseases as well as insect-carrying diseases. Often the Dengue causing mosquito ( female anopheles mosquito moves around the daytime ) It can enter the school building and bite the kids at school. Sometimes the garbage is burnt too. Another hazard for the transformer, which is again in danger of catching fire.( could explode too ) I am a concerned citizen and a friend to the school management. I request you to take immediate action and to clean up and lift off the blue bin for good and put an end to the misery of the school, which they have been facing since 2013. There are many delegates and visitors from other countries and cities visiting the school throughout the year.It looks really bad and embarrassing during their visit. It also happens that this school happens to lie just behind the famous Salarjung Museum.A regular tourist spot. We don't want all of them to see our city like this, do we? So please help make "Swacch Bharat Abhiyaan " a truth. I have high hopes on you that you will do the needful at the earliest.
