Dear Sir/Madam, I paid property tax for 2015-16 for PTIN - [protected], Circle - 16, Locality - Turkapally Village on 28th April 2015 through ICICI Bank Netbanking for Rs. 2628.49. The transaction was successful and amount has been deducted from my account. but receipt was not generated. Moveover, amount is still showing as unpaid in your online portal. I have filed online complaint to GHMC with no. 2015-05-W161235, but did not receive any...

It has been more than a month now that drinking water has been leaking and over flowing onto the road near lingampally railway station. We had given a complaint in the GHMC but they said it is not under their jurisdiction. People have been washing, bathing, cleaning animals and vehicles as well. One end of the city doesn't have water for consumption for drinking while the other end water is over flowing. I am providing images for your perusal.

Dear Sir, I would like to bring to your kind notice that the parking fee collected for my two-wheeler was Rs. 30 for 3 hours in the Unani Hospital campus parking lot. I was handed over a Rs. 10 receipt, but charged Rs. 10 for hour so for three hours Rs. 10 X 3 = Rs. 30. Kindly advice if that is the correct parking fee. Thanks a lot.

Sir, We are the Residents of Shabazguda, Secunderabad near Mazdoor Hotel. A Open Nala flows in our area. This Nala Flows from Chilkalguda to warisguda (L Narayan nagar) via Shabazguda near mazdoor hotel. As this is a open nala in our area the people such as milkman, chicken shoppers, Butchers are throws the animal wastage. Due to this the wastage struct in the Nala and a foul smell blows in our area. We are not able to sleep in night due to spread of mosquitoes in our area. This is a density populated area nearly 2000 houses located aroound this nala. There is Possibility of spreading diseases such as Malaria etc. In other areas such as chilkalguda (kindi Basti) and L Narayan Nagar a slab has constructed on this Nala many years before. In our aread it is open due this people throws the wastage. Every year cleaning of nala will be done but cleaning is not permanent solution. The permanent solution is to construct the slab on this Nala. Residents of this area not able live due to foul smell. So we are requesting to construct the slab on this Nala like a chilkalguda Kindi Basti Nala. If the Slab construct on this Nala, our locality looks tidy and clean. sir/mam, I am resident of small village of Shimla, Himachal and I went to register my complaint about poor management of water drainage system that can cause erosion or even can flush my only piece of land on which I used to harvest seasonal crops. An year ago some people ( mostly big land lords ) had decided to build a road to their farms. They shoved up a nalah ( rivulet ) that turned all its water towards my land. Inspite, of being small rivulet it can flush my land with my crop in rainy season. Because of the troublesome nature of these landlords they and because of quid pro quo approach with panchayat members and pradhan, any attention has not been paid to solve my problem. Can you please suggest me any way out..

Hi, We live in indranagar, Gachibowli. Near kendriya vihar we can see 10 to 20 dogs. we are not getting whether the street is for dogs or humanbeings. If anybody will not take action on this will go legally with the help of media. We met with accident beacuse of dogs and many people fell down from the bike and 1 girl seriously injured. we gave complaint so many times but no use hope this will be the last chance to GHMC to Prove. -Guy who fed up of giving complaints

GHMC workers who should prevent the pollution are burning the plastic waste and creating pollution all over the city, GHMC workers who are mostly uneducated should be trained in segregating the waste and disposing the waste properly and there is a ban on plastic in andhrapradesh but we see plastic being sold all over the state all the time and none of the officials dont care about people throwing waste besides the roads .So i request the officials to do there job and implement fines on colonies and people who are allowing or throwing the waste besides the roads and please educate your workers before giving them a job.

Hi Sir/ Mdm,

I am Rajesh and have a 1 year old kid. From past 1 year 5 floor construction happening next to our house.
Place is SG’s Mulberry Court, sirimalle nagar colony, nalanda nagar, upperpally, Opp to Sirimalle
classiq Apartments.
we have beared the sound and dust. But from
Past 4 to 5 months every alternative day they are burning empty cement bags and some other pastics after they have utilized. please Do helpfull, a lot of smoke entering our homes, as this smoke burns for day and night.

Hello Sir, I have raised a complaint with grievance number[protected]W158447) with GHMC(Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation) on 28th April, 2015. The complaint was for issue of birth certificate of my newly born son on 25th march, 2015. Though the hosipal authorities have submitted the details to GHMC within 21 days, till date they have not yet registered my son's details in the records. The hospital also has raised complaint but there is no update so far from them. Below are the list of things which I have been doing for the past 2 week and this was the response from GHMC. 1) Raised a complaint to GHMC on 28th April, 2015. Got a grievance number online and the message that it has been forwarded to Yadagiri Rao, DC of Circle9 of GHMC. 2) I called the DC Yadagiri Rao on 30th in order to know the reason for delay and he said he has moved to different department and asked me to call Kota Rama Rao, AMOH of Circle 9 3) I called up GHMC customer care and got the details of Kota Rama Rao. He asked us to come to GHMC municipal office of circle 9 section and get in contact with Narsaiah of Birth/Death section department anytime from 2 to 6PM. 4) We went on the same day in order to know the reason for delay and met Narsaiah. This person says that they are busy in GHMC elections verification and that is why even though they got details from hospital, they would not add. He accused that the detials would be added by next day. 5) I verified the ghmc site to check if the registration was done or not on may5th, 2015. Since there was no update, I waited for 2 to 3 more days and called up Kota Rama Rao, AMOH of circle9. This guy either did not pick up calls or when ever he picked up he said he was in meeting and call later. 6) Finally after couple of calls, when he was not responding, I asked one of my family members to call from different number. THis time he picked up the call and when we asked the reason for delay, this person was asking us to contact Mallikarjuna rao as it is his responsibiility and when we asked him the his number, he told us to get it from the place where we got his number. 7) When we called up customer support for mallikarjuna rao's details, they were reluctant to provide details. Interesting fact is that this circle 09 under GHMC is registering only details of Fernandes Hospital and no other hospital child births are getting registered. Why is it that only Fernandes hospital details are getting registered why not other hospitals birth registration? I would request GHMC authorities to atleast take action now

Finally after following up with all the officials, my request has been resolved. As a last attempt, I have called Zonal Commissioner of GHMC and because of his quick action, the issue got resolved in an hour. I called up Zonal Commissioner of Abids, the details of his number was mentioned in the complaint I raised and told him the problem I was facing in getting the certificate. He asked us to go to the office and you will give be given the registration immediately. After 5 minutes, I got a call from Abids zone health officer to give the details about the complaint and within an hour the registration was done. Thanks to the GHMC Zonal Commissioner Ravi Kumar sir for the appropriate and prompt action and response.

Dear sir, we are facing lot of issues with street dogs. They are barking and biting children playing outside.please look into the issue.Issue place vanasthalipuram beside andhrabank street.Here we have more than 10 street dogs which are creating nuisance.

Though I have applied on 21.04.2015 and though it is mentioned on the receipt that the application will be uploaded within 6 working days from the requested date, the same was not uploaded till date. As there is every urgency of the certificate to produce before the passport and visa authorities, I request you sir to upload the same immediately.

I paid the property tax for Rs. 3428.49 (SMT Maniamma S) New PTIN/ASMT NO : [protected] Old PTIN/ASMT No : [protected]on 08 April 2015. Reference # is IG00VSMPK2 Citrus reference # is [protected] The online account still says property tax due. Can GHMC do something?? I lodged several complaints. BUT the response has been not satisfactory.
