I am Chinnaiah Dasari, applied for birth certificate for Charisa Dasari who is my daughter born on 14.Sep.2011 in prime hospital SR Nagar. Mother name is wrongly entered by Eseva in SR Nagar and received the certificate on 15.Sep.2011. They are asking to meet some other agent to get corrected of the mother name in birth certificate which is their mistake in data feeding. It seems the negligence/tie up with agents. I hope that you can make justice for me and warn them not to repeat the same thing in other's case. Who is going to bear for their negligence sri/Madam?

Iam a resident of Street No 20, Himayat nagar, Hyderabad. from the past one month the street light is not working and it is causing a lot of problems. Kindly attend the problem as soon as poosible....

Beef,Mutton and chicken shops in and around Hyderabad in general and in old city particularly are in very unhygienic conditions, the staff manning the shops are in poor health, untidy, the stocks are displayed out of the shops without any cover or mesh, leaked drainge water flows in front of the shops attracting fleas , mosquitoes, and other insects, shops do not have any kind of ventilation and drainage. All these shops do not meet the licensing conditions of GHMC.

The GHMC staff are least bothered to check, their lethargic behavior in checking these shops is the main reason behind the uncleanliness in the shops. The Dengue fever and malaria has hit the city once again, GHMC should take a special drive to check all these shops and order to maintain cleanliness in the shop. Any kind of delay may only add to the health problems which old city is presently facing.

Request to all the concerned officials in GHMC to initiate a cleanliness drive in all these shops regularly.

We the residents of Ghansi Bazar,Old City, Hyderabad. would like to bring to your kind notice that the concerned area of Ghansi Bazar has become a dumping ground for garbage and this has become has become a serious cause of concern. Moreover despite repeated complaints it is being left uncleaned for weeks that is causing serious problems for the resident staying here. The size of the garbage bin is increasing day by day and flooding the roads. This has been a hub for breeding mosquitos and making the area very un-hygienic to live around. We request the GHMC authorities to look into the matter immediately as it is a residential area and Hence the garbage dump be permanently removed. Also, to prevent the problem from persisting in future, we suggest a parking area be created in its place.
As we did not know the proper channel to lodge a complain. We are hereby taking the help of this site to send our grivences.

I am Siva Kumar. I stay at house no:8-5-158/1, Road No.3, Mallikarjuna Colony, Old Bowenpally, Secunderabad-500011. The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation workers are not properly performing duties. The sweepers are throwing sweeped garbage beside of our house which is not suppoosed to be the garbage point. I've several times informed the same to them & requested not to do so. The same thing was infomed to their immediate official but no use. The garbage thrown was also been removed after one week to ten days. The smell is really stinking. So, I request the government offical /department of respected area look further & see that garbage is not been thrown near our house and keep the sorroundings neat & clean.

Drain line overflowing twice in a month.A Cell.No is displayed in municipal office,to lodge complaint. This number, when dialed, not available once, not answered once, finally answered, that they will send men. And the result, no men turn up. Whole locality became stinky. After waiting for two days, got it done by a private labor.

I was happy to see a site "ON LINE RAPID GRIEVANCE REDDRESSAL SYSTEM", and eagerly filled the columns and pressed sumit. The system of registering grievance is not functioning. What this site is for ? Hence, came over to this site.Is this site useful for such grievance registration and is there any body to look into it? Awaiting the appraisal.

The drains in our locality overflows for every month or so. The given cell No.by the officials, is not available. If it rings, it is not answered. If answered, false assurance is given, that men are sent to attend the problem. No men come. It is the situation encountered by me at the following address, since yesterday. Unable to live in filth, which is flowing on the roads, putting thousands of citizens to sufferings. Concerned authorities pl.help.

Sheer Negligence on the part of Govt. GHMC- Hyderabad, A.P, India.

When there is high demand and shortage for Electricity and when capital city of A.P. is experiencing 4-6 hours of official power cuts, GHMC electricity maintenance maintain its sheer negligence. Today 11th Oct.2011 here in Moosarambagh, Malakpet in very all around the Govt offices ie., MRO Office and Sub Registrar Ofiice all the street neon lights are glowing in hot sunshine even at 10.30 AM.
We are very sorry about all these negligent govt. authorities and strongly complaining about their acts like this.

I am from chinamagera, afzalpur tq, Gulbarga dist, karnataka. i wanted to tel u about our village bad conditions. panchayat members in our villege has made it, looting the money from govt schemes as their duty. till today ladies don hav toilets, no cc roads, no drainage, no street lamps,even we dn hav a good road to reach our village...
last time for few pples they hav given 100 bricks and one small sheet for roofing, and toilet component went off. I heard that they sanctioned a bill of 25lack for such toilets. hope you will consider this complaint

in o0ur village-ramnagar.post-adampur doaba,distt-jalandhar the work of latreins are in a great progress during the election japda(not knowing the corect word to pronounce) as election commisin has said that the during the sgpc election are not yet held the sarkari paisa will not be expend on any thing but our sarpanch is going through his way only not obeying the rules and regulation of election commision

I am a resident of Padmarao Nagar, Hyderabad. Of late, the number of stray dogs (close to 15) in our Brrokebond colony, near park, have increased. They are entering houses when not noticed. As it is a residential colony, many of the children (including infants) play outside our houses, but these stray dogs are posing a threat especially to little children. Many times, we read in the news papers about pack of stray dogs attacking and injuring infants and children.I request to catch them before there is an another threat. We request the concerned authorities to take action before any such incidents take place.

Such great is the city where we pay our hard earned money to stay comfortable...but ..if you really look at the greater slum ( not being exaggerating)..there no road to our house. we are son 50 families...where a slum is just chocking our road.. This slum with people on road is a private area which belongs to a school ...donated by some guy but best of the goons are in charge of the slum....hope this city has some genuine bearcats or people in govt, whom we can believe upon...Will tell people trying to settle in this city that this city looks green ..or a pasture from outside but what looks isn't always greener...software buddies in Bangalore & Chennai...be hear my words u will suffer if coming or planning to come to GHMC or greater heyerabad or other w9ise hyderabad....these are some good loots. worst then those on the street who snatch ur chain.....ur city is the best don't ever think to come to this city which is full of goons and dacoits....who will/can loot in broad day light.

My name is Santosh Bhargawa S/o Chouth mal Bhargawa live in village post Chharsa, vaya gathwari Tehsil Shahpura Dist. Jaipur Rajasthan . i had applied for water connection and deposited Rs. 1000 as a charge for Water Connection in village Gram Panchayat dated 27.06.2011 & i have authorized receipt but Gram Panchayat not provided me the Connection from Govt. Authorized water Tank & Gram panchayat's SARPANCH & UPSARPANCH refused for providing connection, so i am suffering from water problem. For The same i had sent complain to Shahpura Tehsil's Concern department but there is no action till now .

I'm Attaching the Receipt and Application which i had provided to Gram Panchayat on 12.08.2011 in Regard on same complain.

Sub: Unathorised allotment and construction on Housing Board land.

This is to bring to your kind notice that there has been unathorised construction on Housing board land in New malakpet under ward 16 municipality back side of Malakpet railway station lalazar hotel lane ,the road along side musi river which is connected to Dabeerpura along side musi river which is causing lot of problems to the residents living in that area.

I want to bring to your notice one more important aspect to this is that one of the haleem seller brand name shah gold who is doing all his cooking on the main road which is causing lot of traffice problems and all the wastages and polluted water after washing the utensils is standing in front of the houses that is the old CIB quarters which is causing dirty stagnant water which is leading to mosquito breeding and which can results in malaria and other disease for the residents who are living in this society.The residents of this colony are highly educated and this is happening in front of the retd IAS office and collectors residence of Mr Asad ullan sayeed and we have people holding good positons in various departments.

We tried to bring to the notice of the local authorities and nothing has happened ,first we thougt that the cooking is confined to the month of Ramzan we kept quiet but now they have extending for this month also which can lead to the cause of many hazardous disease and making the life of the people misearble.

WE request your esteem media take interest in this issues relating to
1.Illegal allotment of Housing board property
2.Untauthorised construction on this land.
3.Roads in front of the houses being used as the kitchen for coking and creating water stagnation,waste dunks in front of the houses which can be harmful to the residents of this colony.

A GHMC Sweeping Machine was left unattaindable in the Middle of the road near Towli Chowki Area. Because of this, I met with an accident when i was going to office in the early hours of this morning.
The Driver was not there in that Machine at the time of my Accident.

I request senior officials of this department to atleast put some Sign around the Vehicle. So, we could know its in a Stationary position.

2) Injunction not to alienate the property by Daniel& others (Ph.No:[protected]) still subsisting in the orders given by Chief Judge in X111 Addl. Chief Judge Fast Track Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad in I.A. 94/11 in O.S. No. 378/2008, Dt. 04/02/2011.



3) Injunction order not to make any constructions by Mr.Daniel and others (Ph.No:[protected]) in I.A.380 of 2011 in Partition Suit O.S. No.378 of 2008 Dated 27Th June 2011 ordered by Chief Judge X111 Addl. Fast Track Court of City Civil Court , Hyderabad which is still in force.



Inspite of all these court orders against the constructions and even though permits are cancelled constructions are going on in total support of GHMC circle 7,Khairtabad officials since the last 3 months.



Sir ,I request you to take appropriate steps for immediate stoppage of illegal constructions being carried out by Daniel & others with the use of Muscle Power and Money Power without permissions.



Request to demolish the structures ,give police protection to us and strict action to be taken on the dishonest GHMC officials especially the ACP&DCP of Circle 7,Khairtabad GHMC who on repeated complaints and court orders also are not taking any action since the last 3 months and encouraging Un-Authorized constructions causing utmost injustice to us and threat to our lives and give police protection to us as we are being in constant threat.

Respected Sir,

I am residing at H.No. 12-2-417/A/26, LIC Colony, Jayanagar, Gudimalkapur, Hyderabad - 500028.

For the past 1 week the streetlight is not working (not glowing at all) at the T junction beside my house. It is completely dark and we are having lot of inconvinience as lot of people are coming and smoking cigarettes near our house and it has become difficult for women and children to move near that T junction as it is very dark.

Kindly fix the streetlight as soon as possible.

CONTRACTORS HAVE STARTED DIGGING ROAD NEAR BSNL OFFICE -YELLAREDDY GUDA - AMEERPET TWO MONTHS AGO FOR LYING OF PIPE LINES STILL THEY HAVE NOT DONE ANY WORK AND THE ROADS ARE REMAIN CLOSED WHICH CAUSE A LOT OF PROBLEMS KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER
