Ushodaya Apts in SVO Colony has 25 Flats . Out of the 25 flats only nine are owners occupied. Rests are rented except two which are not rented. Rented Flats are registered in the name of Armed forces personnel who are exempted from paying house tax if self occupied. The apts came into existence since 2002. Many of the flats owned previously by armed forces personnel have now been sold to civilians whoe are in-eligible for exeption of house taxes. Flat No 405 is registerd in the name of Smt Meenakshi , a civilian. However she is not paying the house tax since 2006 as neither Sub-Register , Malkajgiri had informed transfer of property to the GHMC nor the present owner of the flat 405. Ghmc field officer who is well aware of the fact is concealing the change of occupation to GHMC. Flat No 405 Ushodaya Apts is therefore still exempted from paying house tax.
There are other category where a flat owned by a serving soldier is rented to a civilian i.e not self occupied to claim exemption of house tax. But the defence personnel are availing exemption in collusion with the society executives as welll as the GHMC field official without whose help ( in exchange of some favour ) this will not be possible.
In both ways GHMC is loosing a large chunk of house tax. It is happening in many other apts in RK PURAM , Sainikpuri etc . Will GHMC take the concerned field officials and the officers responsible for such loos of revenue to GHMC?

Subject: Request to restore the bus-stop opposite NIN, Tarnaka.


Sir,
We the staff of National Institute of Nutrition, Tarnaka, wish to bring to your notice that the bus-stop shed which was right opposite to our institute (NIN) were the buses going from Secunderabad station towards Uppal, Nacharam, Dilsuknagar, Moulali etc. used to stop, was removed in the process of road widening. As there is no shed the buses are not stopping at this bus-stop now. The bus drivers are refusing to stop the bus saying that there is no bus stop here. Regarding this issue the Depot Manager, Dilsuknagar was also informed.
We request you to kindly restore the bus-stop shed, as not only NIN staff but also Railway Degree College students, employees of SBH, Lallaguda, Axis Bank, Lallaguda and many others are facing lot of inconvenience. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

We, the residents of Laxminagar Colony of Lalapet that, in our locality, the milk vendor Mr.Balraj ( resident of beside H.No:12-1-489/7, Laxminagar Colony, Lalapet, North Lallaguda, Secunderabad-5000 17) is tying the buffaloes on the roads and causing the lot of inconvinience to the Laxminagar Colony residents. He is throwing the garbage and wastage in the nearest drianage manholes, digging the roads, throwing watage on the roads etc., Due to that, drainage water is blocking in the manholes and dirty water is floating which is leading to lot of inconvinience for the tresspassers. By this, our children and we are getting various kinds of health problems. We had requested him so many times to remove the cattle from the said area but he had threatened to our life. Though, we had given numerous complaints to the respected authorities in your department but no one has taken any action on him.
We request you sir, to take the seroius action as soon as possible on the milk vendor Mr.Balraj and do the needfull to the residents of Laxminagar Colony, Lalapet which is having under your esteemed control.

I AM RESIDENT OF HYDERABAD.MY HOUSE NO IS 4-7-128/3, SIVAJI NAGAR(MARUTHI NAGAR), ATTAPUR, HYDERABAD COMING UNDER RAJENDRA NAGAR DIVISION OF GHMC. OPPOSITE TO MY HOUSE, THERE IS A LEAKAGE OF DRINAGE PIPE AND DRAINAGE WATER IS OVERFLOWING BEFORE MY HOUSE GIVING FOUL SMELL FOR THE LAST ONE WEEK. INSPITE OF MY REPEATED COMOMPLAINTS, NOTHING CONCRETE HAS TAKEN PLACE. MAY I REQUEST GHMC AUTHORITES TO UNER TAKE THE REPAIR WORKS URGENTLY.

The open NALA is occupying by the neighbors due to this the drainage system is damaged and the road is filled with full of drainage water and the road is damaged. People are facing problem with drainage water and due to this the mosquitoes are increased and also the smell is horrible. So please look into this issue and resolve the same.

We live in Miyapur area (near Talkie Town; road parallel to St. Rita's school).
There are too many stray dogs and puppies in this area.
We are afraid of coming on the roads. Also they bark too much in the nights.
We do not have the phone numbers for registering a complaint.
Can the Municipality people take away these stray dogs?

The approach road (parallel to St. Rita school) gets completely flooded during the rains.

There have been a severe drainage leaking in street no.6 west maredpally for the past 3 days. The sewage water is going like a small river causing health hazards to pedastrians.

Street No.6 can be renamed as a drainage street, because 95% of the time this road is flooded with drainage water.

No authorities is bothered to look into the same.

Hope the complaint is looked seriously and sorted out at the earliest.

There are many stray dogs in the following area Macleodguda , Next lane to Hindi marwadi Vidhyalaya , near kutchuria vatika , Laxmi narayan apartments , PG Road ,Secunderabad and lanes before that , Complete area there are at least more than 500 stray dogs which are attacking the passers by. You can find most of the dogs in midnight and during the day . I will be thankful if GHMC takes immediate action . I want them to take the dogs away on a daily basis till the dogs are not found as many a times when the van comes the dogs hid off and unless the vehicle comes for few days regularly the dogs cannot be removed.

Garbage Disposal on the main road
Hi,

We the residents of Kacheguda, Hyderabad. would like to bring to your kind notice that the newly constructed CC road here is not been able to be used as it is always flooded with garbage from the nearby Hotels. This has been a hub for breeading mosquitos and making the area very un-hygienic to live around. As we did not know the proper channel to lodge a complain. We are hereby taking the help of this site to send our grivences.

dear sir ,

i had applied for voter id 2004 year i got voter registration number AC part no 86 Sl.No 748 for mansoorabad division i applied in the last month with relevant form by attaching pass port size photo;s also still i had not received voter ID but in the ghmc and news papers and news govt.officials are stating that public is not submitting photo's and their staff is going to collect photo's from houses no body had not visited the houses.

The Drainage water is overflowing on Dharam karam Road , near to Nature Cure Hospital, next lane to Chief Ministers Residence for the past 15 days , because of this there is a stinking smell and mosquito menance, which is leading to fever in the area.

Kindly initiate an early action on the same.

Sir,
I wonder who decides about the location and size of the speedbreakers. They do not have any guidelines or standards. They build where ever they want and what ever size they want. These non-standard speedbreakers keep hitting the vehicle even at low speeds. They are causing damage to our vehicles- both 2-wheelers and 4-wheelers. With plenty of pot holes and broken roads for years, thanks to the apathy of government, why do we need extra speedbreakers? In some places instead of repairing the potholes they are laying new speedbreakers in front of potholes.
I hope somebody takes responsible action and solve this problem.

As per the law of the land whenever there is a transfer of property it is to be registered at the office of SRO. In the instant case Flat No 405 @ Ushodaya Apts , SV COLONY RK PURAM -500056 was transferred from Maj Joshy to one Mrs Meenakshi from Haryana, a civilian . Maj Joshy being from armed forces was exempted from paying house taxes as per the existing rules . Mrs Meenakshi was not . No house tax is being paid since 2006 by Mrs Meenakshi . SRO says it is not his duty to inform the GHMC . GHMC says its field officer's report does not mention any change of owner . Exemption is continued despite written complaint to Dy Commissioner GHMC .
This one of the hundred such cases where SRO/GHMC/Field officer GHMc are in collusion . GHMC , THE STATE is loosing House Tax by the crores . Obviously some body is pocketing some part of the money . The registered ( at SRO ) is happy , the fd officer is happy , GHMC is aloof & SRO is indifferent .
Will somebody in the AP govt take suo motto notice and take penal/disciplinary action action against the defaulters ?

I purchased GHMC prepaid smart card with Rs 250. But no body is carrying parking swipe machines where they can scratch the cards and they are simply telling these cards will not work and you need to parking fee then what is use the use introducing this smart card system. And also they are informing the contract has been changed and we are not provided with any machines. No body is responsible for the Smart Card system. GHMC is one of the worst municipalities through out the world. If you give money to the employees of the GHMC they can even eat the . Irresponsible people no body saves them. We are fools. To drink a cup of tea we need to park the vehicle and directly the people will come and college the parking free. Tea cost is Rs 4 and the parking fee is Rs 5. What is this all bull things. Governemt always tried squeeze middle class peoples. We are born to be slaves. We will be slaves all the time.

I, G.V.Deenabandhu aged 76 years,resident of H.no 11-3-386/4 in Srinivas Nagar colony,Secunderabad-061 submit the following complaint.
A few days ago,a tree located on a foothpath in front of my house had fallen and rested on the electrical street lines.As a result,lights in the house were off since then and in addition to this,the roots of the tree have come out causing heavy damage to the underlying drinking water pipe.As a result of this , the entire street was flooded as and when the water was released.The electrical people have removed the brances to some extent and paved way,thus restoring electricity to my house and told me the rest of the tree had to be cut and removed by the municipality.The waterworks informed me that the pipes would be restored as and when the tree is removed by the municipality.When we approached the municipality over phone,they have inspected the site and left without any action.Even today, no one has attended to the work.
I request your goodself to kindly take immediate steps by removing the tree immediately,giving room to the water works to restore water to the residents of the colony.Hope this will receive your personal attention.

Dear Commissioner

Dasarambashti, sitauted in the vicinity of BK Guda, SR Nagar and ESI hospital. Everyday tons of lorries and trucks of hotel waste and other wastage transported to Dasrambahi slum area and process among residentail areas causing helath hazards to the residents of BK GUDA, SR Nagar area surroundings. Umpteen times complaints have been given to the BK Guda municipal authorities and requested not to allowed wastage trucks into residnetial area but they are least bothered about civil sanitation. Brought to the notice of Municipal health authorities in Khairatabad also but result is same. Residents are not expecting to remove the huts of slum area and their only request is not to allow wastage trucks in side slum area allow to process the same among the residentail area. Most of the diseas like Dengue, Chicken ganya, malaria start from this area as worst sanitation facilities.
We sincerely request Muncipal authorities take proper action against wastage transprot to Dasarambasthi and also request to maitaon proper sanitation facilities to this area.

There is no Public Garden in Nizampet village. This area is a very big residential area and has developing day by day. However there is no public garden or such area where once can go for a morning walk or for spending some time with family outside.

Proposing a garden for such a big residential area will be very good step and most people residing here are awaiting for it.
