We are from Anand Nagar Road no 2, Hanumanpet Near Malkajgiri Railway station Pump house in 2004 Municipality has constructed drainage till today they have not cleaned there is no place to move to the water last year here in rainy season 2 feet water that time also we compliened Many times to Dy. Commissioner Mr. Samson he was not taken any action. Now New Dy. Commissioner has came . We request you in your period pls take action for the cleaning the drainage.drainage water is coming back to residential areas. this is the main problem and not only that some poison incests also coming into the houses. We informed to Sanitary Department persons they say you tell to Mr. Parthasarathi and some body says you tell to Mr. Sanjiv these are the answers from Municipal office. Some times they are directly disconnecting the Mobile calls. Pls we request you once again pls take action against the mentioned drainage for cleaning.

Shr.Narender, santary Inspector adviced me to inform the same to you and to put JCB to clear the main culvert.Please arrange the JCB to clear the culvert other wise rain water will come inside of all houses.

I would like to inform you that in the above said address drainage is blocked since two months and dirty water has become pound on the road since two months it is making unalbe to cross the road. The resident of the houses are keeping the manhole open and allowing lot of sand into manwhole, which leads to viral fever and unhealthy as well as we are unable to move on the street.
Last week also GHMC drainage clearing people have not come after repeated complaints. The shown houses were Outleting dirty water on road blocking way making people to go around 2 km from other lane and recently as you know news came in local News paper and TV channel a person died in drainage is from the same lane at Neredmet due to heavy downpour of rain last month the person is from the same lane.

Please inform the GHMC People to clean and make proper cover.

This matter was also taken to the notice of Mr. Mariam corporator but no response at all and this is the second complaint to consumer forum.

I sincerely request to take the matter as urgent and please do the need full.

Here we the people are facing inconvenience with nala (mori) in front of our house. it was been damaged due to rain water & side walls of nala also wiped off & now there is no side wall for the nala for which water is been stagnated due to mud accumulation,

I am resident of. We are facing a problem with drainage it is full.So I request you to take action about this issue as soon as possible.

Sir, we are residing at Shramik Nagar, near Eden School, and wish to inform you that our neighbor is constructing his house without any setbacks. This is highly objectionable as it is causing lack of daylight and road visionity to our house. We are feeling highly insecure because when we told him that if he doesn't follow the rules then we will lodge a complaint with the GHMC, he says that he will then file an atrocity case against us if we do so. This is the way he is threatening us which is causing mental tension to us for no fault of ours and constructing our house as per rules. Please attend to our problem and provide us relief.

We are facing problems due to bad roads, with pits, path holes from the Life Spring Maternity Hospital road towards stretch of Jawahar Nagar colony, Unani Bus stop (Moula Ali) making the life of 2wheelers miserable and it is so dangerous to walk / to ride a vehicles in this rainy season and the heavy vehicles will be moving from Dawn to Dusk 24/7 as these vehicles are not allowed to pass through the Moula Ali Kaman. For your reference please find the attached photos. Kindly see that proper road is laid.
Secondly the GHMC officials at Jawahar Nagar colony, Parisrama Nagar, Moula Ali from “ Venkata Sai Apartments to GMRC Fortune Towers” dug the Concrete/Cement road for laying down the underground pipes for drainage and closed but the mud and stones left on the road causing inconvenience for 2/4 wheelers. Proper road has to be laid as like previous one which was before they dug the road.

Please look into it and do the needful as early as possible.

Am laxmi narayana, Staying at H.no: 18-3-465/B Rajanna bowli o/s Aliabad Hyderabad -500053, All people is putting the garbage in front of house, it is main road, buses is also going from this place, There is also a school behind my house .A temple is also there beside by my house, childrens are passing from this place . so many times told to people and sweeper not to put the garbage here. sweeper's is also collecting garbage from the inside the colony put in the garbage here.sweeper is also not cleaning after removing the garbage. Distance of 100 meters there is arrangement from GHMC for garbage, but also not putting there . one more thing that when air comes the garbage is also comin to house like plastic covers clothes & etc& smell is also getting. after so many times informed to sweeper but also doing same thing . one more thing we may get so many disease like malyaria, dengu, any other viral fever due to this garbage . Please take serious action for this .

My Request is to remove the Garbage point from here . Or please provide a vehicle here at the mornning to put the garbage directly in the vehicle .

Please do needful as early as possible as it is a serious problem.

Am santhosh residing at ramanthapur gandhinagar stno 5, we are facing drainage over flow on roads, muncipality people came but i dont know at what extent they resolved the solution 1week back now still the same problem and in the last week they removed some dump from drainage and left over there itself in front of home. I am staying in Allwyn Indra Reddy Colony, Miyapur. Daily after 12 at night we are facing problem with the street dogs. Dogs are running behind the vehicles and there are almost 12 to 15 dogs in that area. It is problem while coming after night shifts.

I, Dr.T.Nanda Kumar, S/o Late.T.Muthyalu, Occupation-Doctor owner of Plot No.151 situated at Karthikeya Nagar, Nacharam Village admeasuring 266.66 sq. yards vide registered sale deed no. 3676/1981 dated 17th June, 1981 in book 1 Volume 409 pages 37-39 in the office of District Registrar, Ranga Reddy.

Ever since the purchase I have been in peaceful possession of the said property one Mr.Kummari Kunta Lakshmi Narsaiah persons making use of fabricated documents falsely claims right over above-mentioned property. The said person has earlier applied for permission for house vide permit no. 140 of 97 dated 08/10/1997, the said permissions were given to one Mr. Mohan Reddy who does not have right over my property this permission came to light though O.S.NO.317 of 2001 on the file of Hon’ble Principal Jr. Civil Judge, Hyderabad, East & North, RR. District. Be, it as it may said Mr. Mohan Reddy did not make any constructions. The said suit was decreed in my favour vide orders dated 21st June 2003. The said orders have become final.

After receiving the injunction order from the Hon’ble court I have applied for municipal permission to construct a house and have remitted requisite fee through challan bearing No.76/54 dated 31.01.2004 through Andhra Bank, Kapra, Sainikpuri Branch. The Municipal authorities had directed me to apply for NOC from the MRO, Uppal and I have applied for the same the matter is pending.

Meanwhile the said Mr. Kummari Kunta Lakshmi Narsaiah had filed a suit for injunction vides O.S.No. 542 of 2005 on the file of Addl. Junior Civil Judge R.R. Dist. in the year 2005 by suppressing facts in the above mentioned suit for perpetual injunction. I have engaged the services of my advocate to defend my plea before the Hon’ble Court and have filed the relevant documents pertaining to the above-mentioned property to the Hon’ble Court.

I am a law-abiding citizen and presently executing my duties at Puducherry, the said person have taken undue advantage of my absence by taking law into their own hands and has established temporary settlement/makeshift rooms without obtaining permission from relevant authorities i.e. GHMC Kapra Circle. Local land mafia as well neighbours have colluded with Mr. Kummari Kunta Lakshmi Narsaiah and under their actively encouragement he is constructing during late hours of evening completing the same before daylight thus ensuring it evades the eyes of concerned authorities.

Once I got the news of this incident I had personally met TPS in charge Mr. Raghunandan- Kapra Circle (Mobile:[protected] on 7th June 2008 and pleaded my case with him but he expressed his inability to take action against illegal construction taking place at Plot No.151 situated at Street No. 4, Karthikeya Nagar, Nacharam Village admeasuring 266.66 sq. yards under the pretext that he does not have the requisite manpower at his disposal. Also, he went on to state that landowners should take steps to safeguard their property without placing faith on relevant authorities, as they simply cannot keep track of illegal construction taking place in jurisdiction.

I have submitted all relevant documents for perusal of GHMC-Kapra dated 7th June 2008 and requesting them to take necessary action against the said trespassers, as they even appear not to hesitate to create law and order problems. I also learnt through reliable sources that personnel from Municipal as well from MRO, Uppal have visited the above mentioned site and enquired about construction that is taking place but have somehow have just not mustered enough courage and will to enforce law and have just shied away from taking action against the trespasser Mr. Kummari Kunta Lakshmi Narsaiah.

My attempts to obtain justice thorough police have also failed when I presented my case with Nacharam CI-Mr. Panduranga Rao on 6th June 2008 with a view to lodge a complaint about this incident he expressed his inability to intervene in this matter is purely civil in nature and instead advised me to file a petition and obtain justice approaching the court.

I have lodged various complaints to the law enforcement agencies (Nacharam P.S.) and the local body i.e. GHMC-Kapra Circle seeking their intervention to help prevent illegal activities of the said Mr.Lakshmi Narasaiah. But, sadly have my complaints have fallen on deaf ears and rather they have turned a blind eye towards such activities and I am being forced to move from pillar to post seeking intervention without yielding any fruitful results.

I therefore request you to demolish the structure immediately, which has been raised without obtaining relevant permission for Municipal authorities. Please make use of your good offices and protect my property for which I shall be thankful to you.

GHMC — Excess flow from drainages

This is complaint regarding sewerage problem in Phool Bagh, Basheerbagh, Hyderabad-500004. Road not seen — regarding road construction

My name is gagandeep singh i am living in ram nagar, 33 feet road . and on behalf of 23934 people i want to state that the construction of 33 feet road has been unwatched or ignored by many of the leaders and councelor for the last 6 years. 33 feet road is the main road for the people living around. You can say that it is the major road of the area. And the roads that are far most away from 33 feet road has been properly constructed. many of the people says that due to some personal reasons between the present and ex.counselor the road has not recieved justice. Grants for 33 feet road has recieved many of times from the govt . but the road is still waiting for justice. 33 feet is the only road which has not been constructed, due to which people are suffering a lot. there are many deep holes, pits and zig zaw path which caused many accident recently.leaders always makes commitment regarding road but of no use. they appeared only in the election days and make promise that 33 feet road in now going to get justive if people make them win. after election no leaders seen easily. so please consider this case seriously otherwise 24000 people can do things which can, t be handled by any govt. easily.

Subject: BAD & NARROW ROADS

We are the residents of Gudimalkapur (Hyderabad) facing the problem of bad roads and traffic congestion due to the illegal encroachment of the Government Roadside land by other residents in the area. We have given 7 complaints in the past by dropping in person in the Muncipal Ward office but no action has been taken by the authorities since then. This is causing a big health problems to the residents as the streets are not cleaned/sweeped/maintained properly. The trash from the sewerage is taken out and has to be put in the middle of the road which is a big threat and posting health hazard for the residents. Sometimes I just wonder whether the Muncipal officers are ignoring our case... But this has become a very serious problem in our community. I hope by posting this complaint here should solve our problem.

We request the GHMC body to take the strict action and do the needful immediately.

MY YEARLY TAX WAS Rs.1680 PER YEAR AND EVERY YEAR WITH PUNCTUALITY I USED TO PAY 1680 TAX IN THE FIRST WEEK OF APRIL. NOW TO MY SHOCK THE GHMC SAYS THE TAX IS DUE + PENALTY FOR[protected] = RS. 4305 (WHEN I HAD ALREADY PAID TAX)

PENALTY = RS. 775
TOTAL = RS. 9491.

GHMC — Water Logging In Open Sewage

We are facing with severe water logging in the open sewage. The stagnant water in the drains are there for more than a month and become a perfect ground for breeding Mosquitos.

We have been hearing that the probelm would be attended to shortly but there has been no relief.

Hello ,i am a resident of green park colony,road no.10,sarror nagar tank area,hyderabad -500035 roads were laid in my colony a year ago and only our lane is the only one where the road work is not completed and due to that garbage is being piled up infront of our home laeding to serious health hazards and infections .we have made numerous complaints to the society members to complete the road work but no action has been taken even though we have paid all the taxes plus additional charges to the colony association this has been the same since one year and only one lane ot being completed i dont think ghmc will be at loss if they complete the road work of only one lane and to be precise just half the lane which is occupied by garbage no action has been taken by the L.B.Nagar municipal corporation and hence i request GHMC to complete the road work which is not so dfifficult and can be done in half a day and also to evacuate the slum dwellers from the nearby colony director of industries,chamapapet as the land has been occupied illegally and hence causing all this problem

Building dranage complaint — Construction

Hi,

In feb 2008 I purchased 2bhk flat in Dombivli and as per agreement builder promissed us to provide dranage facility and other basic amenities. After one year we have realised that there is no proper dranage outlet made by builder. He has just forwarded our dranage in to the nearby open plot now the plot owner has sent us a notice to stop our dranage and wastage water. Still our society is not registered and our builder is not ready to help us to solve this poblem.
Kindly advise us what kind of action we (building members) can take against him.

I request the you to from this dt. 04/07/10, whatever, wherever the constructions permission is given by you GHMC in hydearbad and outskirts, pls put some restrictions to follow the rules- like leaving space between house to house or complex, apartments and ask them allow space for water harvesting and plant atleast one tree per every100 sqyd house (only G+1), complexes apartments (only 5 floors) basing on their land and construtuon area ask them maintain these rules.

We are the residents of paramount colony gate no. 4 first left then second left exactly opp to kirana cum tea stall hut . one uttar pradesh builder named Nazar has constructed 5 floors in that he occupied 10ft road . Actually road is 20ft he took 10ft in his construction and also there is small way comming from janaki nagr colony to paramout colony this comes at the back of his building he has blocked that way and constructed a wall . if anybody dares to ask him he started rowdyism . he brought many guys from bihar . We have given many complaints in the past by dropping in person in the Muncipal Ward office but no action has been taken by the authorities since then. Sometimes we just wonder whether the Muncipal officers are ignoring our case. I hope by posting this complaint here should solve our problem.

We request the GHMC body to take the strict action.

Kindly refer Grievance Reg.No.11tpg1154, action was initiated by ACP18 & stopped the work in encroached CC Road & GHMC children Play Ground & submitted ATR, on the direction of City Planner, Secbad. But, Santoshimaa Temple private management(trespassers) ignored notice of the GHMC authorities, started illegal construction of Basement stone masonary, Plinth beams, & RCC pillers in encroached GHMC(Govt.land)children play ground and completed the 18 RCC Pillers. It is to inform that the Action Taken Report (ATR) submitted by ACP-18 to CP, Secunderabad in response to the Grievance 11tpg1154 (copy attached) it is clear that unauthorised construction was going on in the encroached GHMC CC Road & GHMC children Play Ground and the same was stopped by ACP-18.

Subsequently, the same ACP-18, Secunderabad reported dated[protected] &[protected] inresponse to Grievance 11tpg1194, 11tpg1195 (copy attached) stated that ' No construction work is in progress'. But, whereas the fact is that the trespassers have successfully removed the Children Playing Equipment, Cut the Green Trees and completed Foundation Basement stone masonary, Plinth beams, & 18 RCC pillers and planning to complete slab by sunday. Such a massive unauthorised construction is in progress in the encroached GHMC chidren play Ground and ACP-18, Secunderabad along with his AE Mr Sai, reporting such a false report to his higher authorities by colluding with private temple management (trespassers) is clearly 'unbecoming of Government Servant'.

Hence, I hereby hubly request the GHMC Authorities to kindly inspect the Children Play Ground and take suitable necessary action against the trespassers and the GHMC officers who are colluding with the trespassers.

KINDLY SAVE CHILDREN PLAY GROUND FROM TRESPASSERS.

This is to bring to your cognizance, the havoc unleashed by the field personnel, attached to G.H.M.C, kapra. We are the residence of nacharam errakunta to karthiyanagar middle of the colony. We would like to bring it to your notice. There is drainage flowing through our area from tarnaka to karthiyanaar for the past 20years. eelier the structure of the drainage was in a straight way and the flow was smooth and fast without any interruption. Unfortunately some unauthorized construction’s have been made in the form of apartment‘s (creative elegance ) by changing the inter drainage structure rout of “C” shape. We feel this happened because o[censored]nauthorized occupation of land by the builder’s as for their convinces due to this the drainage flow instructed of gowning in a straight way taking three to four turning’s by causing chocking of garbage at cover point’s resulting the danger’s diseases like causes to colony . as well as surrounding slum area residences who are staying about 1500to 2000 family’s





Further we would also bring it to your notice that this drainage flow is also charring the hazardous materials related to the Vijay dairy, railway work shop like apartments like so on due to the change of the drainage structure this hazardous materials also chocking at caver’s further carting



So, in the light of the foregoing, I request you to cause an enquiry into the matter and see that the drainage flow in a straight line by taking knackery action agonies’ the unauthorized occupants concrete slabs are constructed across the open drains at the earliest possible opportunity .

We, all the residents of SRT Colony, Yakuthpura, Hyderabad submit the following few lines for kind consideration and necessary immediate action.

We submit that some anti social elements who are not the residents of the above said locality encroached a corner of Road land which is in front of the houses bearing No.H.No.17-3-118/23/C, 17-3-444, 17-3-445, near Govt. Primary & High School, Yakuthpura, Hyderabad.

We submit that earlier there existed a small religious ‘Chilla’ Chabuthra at the corner Road of SRT Colony, behind this there is a graveyard.

Now some antisocial elements, among them Mr.Khaled (owns sound systems shop) Mr.Addu(pet name) and others started illegal constructions on the public Road which the Housing Board Authorities used earlier for public purpose of the SRT Colony, Yakuthpura, with malicious intentions by extending this ‘Chilla’ Chabuthra in the name of religious purpose, occupying around 800 sft. Road land (some photos of this illegal construction are enclosed for your kind reference).

Previously at this place and in the graveyard which is behind this ‘Chilla’ Chabuthra many illegal activities went on and even incidents such as murders had happened, which can be checked with the local Police Station, Rein Bazar, Hyderabad.

When the residents of this locality stands against this illegal constructions, these anti social elements gathered in night hours in an inebriated condition threatened our families with dire consequences using filthy language, because of this reason and with fear no person is coming forward to complain or object against this illegal construction on this Road which is meant for public purpose. Sir, if this is allowed, it will be a great nuisance for our locality, school children, but also causes inconvenience for the common public as the Road will become narrow and this kinds of construction will be an encouragement to the land grabbers and anti social elements to keep such illegal constructions going on.

We, therefore humbly request your good self to take necessary immediate action in this matter, stop this illegal construction on the Road in the above said locality in the interest of our locality and also in the interest of common public.

For this act, we all the residents of SRT Colony, Yaktuthpura, Hyderabad will ever be grateful to you Sir.

GHMC — No Garbage collector

Garbage collectors setup is required in Kondapur, Raghavendra colony ,behind Raghavendra swamy temple. The premises has many vacant plot in which garbage is thrown at will and not really bothered about cleaning or centralizing the garbage around. Several times I discussed with the concerned persons as we are fed up giving complaints going to municipal daily and they are not taking any action .. how can municipal officers give permission to construct. we request concerned authority to look the above matter immediately since our drainage line is under illegal construction.

1. Firstly the roads blocked with sand & brick ash powder since last one month. The blockage is due to left over material of construction debris. Which is not being cleared by the concerned person after several requests. It is very difficult to commute on daily basis.

I am here with a request to your department . I would like to mention a few things for your kind consideration and immediate action.

Few years back your demolition squad team has come to deepthi apartments for investigation of our parking area and they have demolished the shutters in a couple of parking areas stating that the parking areas should not have shutters and they should be opened as per the MCH rules, and we also accepted to what they said and most of the flat owners parking shutters were broken. In fact one doctor who had a homeo clinic in one of the parking place which he brought it for commercial clinic use was also demolished. And we do not have any complains in regards to that. We understand that it is a rule from your GHMC that not to have shutters in the parking lot and we do accept and respect your decision. However your demolition squad had demolished all the parking shutters baring(leaving) one flat owners. Your demolition team did not demolish the shutters of one flat owner by the name M. Santosh Kumar, who is residing in flat number 9 on 3rd floor of deepthi apartments. I am sorry to say that your team is very biased(partial) in doing things as per your guidelines. This person M Santosh Kumar gave a good bribe close to some 5000 Rs to your demolition squad not to demolish his parking garage shutters and managed to have his garage shutters till date, because during the night hours M Santosh Kumar uses the same closed parking garge for wrong purposes like some prostitutions and to conduct illegal activities. When one of the flat owners questioned your demolition squad that when they demolished his parking shutters which he used for storing his office materials then why arent they demolishing the garage owned by flat no 9 Mr Santosh Kumar then your demolishing team replied by saying that they have given Santosh Kumar couple of days time to vacate the garage and said they will come back in a couple of days and demolish the shutters of the parking of flat no 9. But as on date nothing is done, its been like more than a year your team never turned back to demolish the shutters of the parking lot owned by flat no 9, M Santosh Kumar. And now that one garage in the entire apartments of deepthi apartments is being used for commercial purpose Frankly speaking its being used for illegal activities. The flat no 9 owner M Santosh kumar is piling up commercial fast food carts(Like those Franki Bandis) and causing a lot of inconvinience to everyone in the apartments. They are like 15 fast food bandis in deepthi apartments and also he is doing some kind of illegal business during midnights in the parking which he brought and his parking garage has big mettalic door shutters. I request you to please look into this and be equally fair with everyone but not biased by demolishing a few parking shutters of some flat owners and by not demolishing Mr Santosh Kumars parking shutters for few thousands. I request your higherups to please look into this on a serious note and send in honest demolishing team who can do justice to they duty and not be easily attracted towards the bribe. By doing this your demolishing team not only is being fair with everyone but also protecting the people around and also advising M Santosh Kumar to stop his illegal business in the closed parking shutters which he does in midnights.
Please do the needful. I am also sending in a letter to the consumer affairs in the regards as well and see something is done on a serious note.

The street lights in this road end after the under construction Leon Tree Apts, VERY OFTEN IS NOT THERE. It is very very difficult when we return from office and have to walk home in this street. There is absoluitely no street light in this stretch from yesterday ( 27th Aug). This happens very often in spite of repeated complaints. Request authorities to look into this matter urgently and work out a peranent solution for the street lights in this stretch towards end of Iage Hospital Road,.

Secondly the Road is completely in a iserable state in this Image Hospital Road more in the end ( Gafoor Nagar ). The road is full of pit holes and it is terrible when it rains. It is just too difficult to walk with nio lights and holes and water stagnant also. Authorities are requested to do the needful to repair the roads and also reqgularly put on street lights in this area.

Sir, you are aware that the Survey No. 15, Nirmalnagar, Malkajgiri Mandal was allotted for poor Dalit families in the year 1982 and the open area in the colony was requested for community use by the locals.

We the residents of Nirmalnagar colony are facing acute problem, recently some people (Bad elements) were putting Dabbas (shops) in The open area and started illegal business (selling of Gudumba), the drunken people was creating nuisance in nights creating horrible situation to the colony people.

The residents are facing lot of inconvenience from these shops. Some rowdies are occupied by arranging of dabbas in this open land. Most of the residents in these Colony are poor and they were scare to ask these people and to face physical attacks, threatening.

In view of the above, we request your good self Sir, to kindly intervention is urgently needed on humanitarian grounds to monitor the system to stop putting dabbas in open area of Nirmalnagar. If this shops problem is solved the environment will also be free from making nuisance of drunken people and rowdies.

The road between borabanda and parvat nagar is full of patholes speed breakers and is full of dust due to cement roads so please lay tar road

I am resident of Yakutpura SRT Colony, Hyderabad and I have noticed that the road from Yakutpura Darwaza to Edi Bazar since several years are in bad condition due to which it is unable to drive the vehicle and also that the vehicle is being regularly damaged and further I have got severe back pain because of the bad condition of the roads and even though on the roads there is several mud which is not yet been cleaned by the GHMC authorities. It is not for me only but it is for all the people of the above said locality as that is the only road connected upto the Gulzar House, Charminar. In this regard, it is requested that the matter may please be taken up with concerned section for doing the needful at the earliest as many people may not suffer form the bad roads.

I M.VENU KUMAR residing in ameerpet locality, , facing problem with the dustbin, overhere.As it is the place where many people dump their wastes here, , not only people living in this locality, , but also the restaurants wastes, shops stuff etc is being dumped here.Besides dumpnig, , this place is being used as public urination, , which is troubling the people living here..Many of people use it, as public toilets, , and no measures has been taken to stop the public urination.I request you to take certain measures inorder to avoid urination, and also to remove the dustbin..and not even once in a month, , they come and clean this place...please do take..proper measures, as we are the ones to suffer, , as it has become very difficult to walk through the road, , just because of the smell of the urination and dustbin over here..this is major problem in our locality, , and none are ready to complaint against it, , as they are busy with their own stuff...and people living in the vindhya enclave dump their waste, , as it is the only place for dustbin...so please take appropriate measures, , , as this is beside ameerpet petrol bunk lane...

Main Trimulgherry road of Sardar Patel colony is all badly badly broken from the past 2-3 months. Its really sad to see the state of our public property when we pay such hefty Income taxes.
The cars cannot even go through the road on first gear as it is so badly damaged to the core.
