from last i year fabrication work is going on in the residential area of quardri bagh, amberpet, hyd.

My neighbour Gnaneshwar who is residing at 1-7-510/8/C/4, started constructing his house in the month of August 2007. He started contructing his house in 62.5 yrds. For this he has to permission from authorities or not. But he constructed Ground flooor + 2 stories and he wants to constuct the third floor. Without permisssion how many floor he can Construct? But he has no set back, and we are facing lot of problems.

He construct his bathroom adjacent to my compound wall, the bathroom water is falling into my wall. He put his pillars into my compound wall.

Now he want to make plastering adjacent to my compound wall. I did not give any permission to make plastering. He has no place to make plastering. Now they are harassing for plastering.

Right now My husband is at Kolkata on office work, myself and my mother is staying alone at my premises

Please look into the matter and do the needful

Several times we went to GHMC Circle III till today no action was taken

Once again I am requesting to look into the matter and do the needful for me

As such you are hereby requested to take action against the above said person immediately which been illegally constructed by above said person other wise we will put loss and hardship.

We have to further submit that in view of the construction raised by the said land owner have obstructed the ingress and out-gress as well as circulation of air of all the inhabitants and since the above said persons played mischief as such they are liable to demolish the illegal construction in the interest of justice.

Sub: Regarding Drainage problem and no regular sweeping arrangement in our area.

Inspite of lodging a complaint several times at MCH (Moghalpura Water Tank) since last 3 months their is no action taken from swerage workers, According to the swerage workers it requires Full Through it seems, and this Full through work is pending from last 3years. Now the situation of our area is every drainage is neck to neck.In some houses the drainage water is overflowing from the gates.

So, I kindly request the concerned authority to take necessary actions as soon as possible. Due to this drainage problem even the tap water is getting mixed with the drainage water.

Also there is no regular sweeping in Kalyani Nawab Devdi, Bibi Bazar X road, Moghalpura, due to which a heap of garbage is getting formed.

Suggestions: The concerned authority should grant the permission of Full through.
The MCH should see for the regular sweeping in the Kalyani Nawab Devdi area, and should arrange a vehicle(lorry) for picking up the Mud and garbage in Kalyani Nawab Devdi.

I will be very much thankfull, if my both the issues get considered and taken immediate action.

Subject: Illigal, Unauthoried construction neglecting neighbor’s privacy

Dear Sir/Madam,

I M.A Waheed Khan retired employee resident of D.N.M Colony H.No: 7-2-49/5/A/31, Sanath nagar, Hyd-18 wants to lodge a complaint against my neighbor for the illegal construction of three floors house no 7-2-49/5/A/32(owner Shafi uddin).

Regarding my financial background Iam a retired employee from private factory, my house was built in 1980 with asbestos sheets. Due to my poor financial position and family responsibility I could not construct slab house till now. Iam residing at H.No: 7-2-49/5/A/31

My complaints on construction of neighbor house are as follows.

· My neighbor has encroached 3 to 4 feet on both sides, which is un authorized and illegal. The encroachment has been dismantled by MCH, but still the same has been reconstructed, this is causing my house elevation back by three feet.

· My main objection is the behind wall of his house which is facing to our house has five balcony openings in 1st and 2nd floor affecting disturbance in my main passage.

Due to the above-mentioned opening I am facing the following problems.

· Breach of Privacy

· Disturbance and pollution from the construction activity.


· Ladies & Kids are unable to come out in the main passage from the house, because this is the only passage for main entrance, toilets and all practical purposes.

· Insecurity to my house as any person can enter in my house though these opening.

I and my colony president has several times warned him not to have such opening towards our side which is illegal, but all efforts are in vain.




My neighbor is saying that these openings are the ducts for his house for air and ventilation, which is against construction rules. Moreover he has the corner plot where he is getting openings on two sides, which gives enough ventilation and air to his house.

In view of the above problems I here by request the authorities to look into the matter for needful justice.

Request to Municipal Corporation Permanently Vacated that footpath stall vendors from the Main road of Secunderabad Railway Station.
All walking persons are very much suffered from that footpath grabbers.

1) It is completely a residential area and there should not be any commercial activities which causes disturbace to the people. They do not have permission to carry on the milk business in this area.
2) They are occupying the road to tie the Carts and goats.
3) They are not keeping the premises neat due to which road is getting dirty.
4) They are not removing the dung regularly due to which, it is causing smell to the neighbors and also in the MCH park which is beside this dairy. Lot of insects like flies, Mosquitoes, Bugs, Ants etc are coming into neigbors houses.
5) There are already many of the diseases that started in neighborhood due to above cause.
6) Many of the house owners have asked them to keep the premises clean butthey did not react positively.

I am staying in the above said House from the last 55 years and proud of excercising my franchaize during general elections along with my family members till 2004 elections. Unfortunately during last elections in the year 2009 my name was deleted and I could not cast my vote for both Assembly and Parliamentory elections. I have applied for new Voter Id card in Malkajgiri Muncipality along with required documents. The muncipal athorities have asked me to come after two months to get a new id card. I have visited the office atleast 5 to 6 times to know the status of my card. I am very sorry to say that no body is bothered to address my request and have to run from table to table, as no body knows who is actually resposible for issuing the new card. Finally I was told that the new card will be send directly to my local address by GHMC Hyderabad. I have waited patiently till yesterday with a hope that I can vote for local body ellections scheduled for 23-11-09. But to my misfortune i am again deprived of vote in this elections too.

We the residents of Feroz Manzil, Chanchal Guda Hyderabad, bearing House no's starting from 16-4-52 to 16-4-62, would like to bring to your notice that there is an illegal demolition of a common property called FEROZ MANZIL which belongs to all the resident owners of Feroz Manzil is under process. There are two commonly located Gate pillars named FEROZ MANZIL situated at the entrance of our locality. These pillars are used as a Land Mark, Locality Identification, and as an entrance gate by the residents of Feroz Manzil.

Feroz Manzil has its own significance since years for all the residents of above stated house owners, as the name Feroz Manzil is used by all the residents of Feroz Manzil as a legal and government documentation address since many years.

The new owner of the property Mr. Sardar Khan whose plot is situated adjacent to Feroz Manzil is trying to demolish the year’s old private pillars which are used by resident owners of Feroz Manzil as a Land Mark, Locality Identification and as a form of entrance gate.

Around three weeks back the new owner of the plot Mr Sardar Khan and his associates tried to demolish the pillars, but all the resident owners of Feroz Manzil gathered and somehow opposed and stopped him from doing so and logged a written complaint against them to the Dabirpura Police Station, and a letter was submitted to Dabirpura Police complaining about the incident which was signed by all the resident owners of Feroz Manzil dated 09/July/2009. Soon after that Dabirpura police came into action and stopped the demolition immediately considering the demolition as an illegal act.

Observation: Mr Sardar Khan and his associates are still trying to demolish the pillar even upon getting an oral warning from Dabirpura police. And slowly at every night they are destroying the pillar, and every next morning we the residents of Feroz manzil can see the debris near the pillar.

We the resident’s of Feroz Manzil request you kindly to take action and stop the demolition of Feroz Manzil and issue a serious warning to Sardar Khan and his associates not to ignore police warning and not to touch any side of Feroz Manzil.

When we protested their act, they promised us that they would construct new slabs across the drains at the earliest, but to our astonishment and dismay they have not turned up so far.AE MAHESH was not giving answer to people correct

So, in the light of the foregoing, I request you to cause an enquiry into the matter and see that new concrete slabs are constructed across the open drains at the earliest possible opportunity

This is to bring your notice that since 7 days we are served drainage water through tap. Drainages are not cleaned properly. Drainage Man holes are open and the residents are throwing the garbage wastage's into drainage due to which they are getting blocked and overflowing and the drain water is getting mixed with tap water. Due to drainage blockage neighbor's septic tank is overflowing, even after informing many times they are not taking care and surroundings are smelling badly.
In-spite of complaining at the Kapra muncipal office there was no response, equest you to kindly inform the concerned officers to get it resolved.

They sleep in the middle of the road and keep running behind vehicles. These dogs roam about in groups and keep barking at each other in night. They also jump the compound walls and sleep in the houses. This is causing very unpleasant atmosphere in our locality. Previously your staff has come twice and catched the dogs and next day they appear in the street, asked about this they say that they have operated and they leave them but it is no use. they say that they have some problems with blue cross society. so please catch the dogs and make our lifes safe and happy.

i live in kaladhar nagar, zamistanpur, musheerabad. the following are my problems:

kumara sangam present in my place is a big nuisance. there is a function going on daily with full loud noises and music till 2 am, dirtying the place with urinals and lfet over food, occupying neigboring gates with their vehicles

boys sit in the sangam and booze, play cricket, and fight. please take out this sangam which is in the residential area which is disturbing us daily and spoiling our peaceful life we are unable to sleep with all sorts of disturbances from the sangam

people park lorries autos cars adn sit in them and booze and fight many times

market goes on every wednesday blocking the roads and throwing left over vegetables on the roads, vegetable sellers pass urinlas near by houses

people block the roads with tents duirng functions

school in sangam which goes on during functions too, students dirty the bear by houses with their lunch boxes and also urinals

street lights never work in this colony which makes the colony dark and unsafe place at night with people drinking on the roads at night
